My first event in quote some time. Only a few people present this year, but great as always to catch up with people with a common interest. Juno thanks everyone for their ball throwing.

Thanks to the ICC Caching Community for your 13th annual Event.
It was good to be able to give Riley a run and enjoy another ICC Event. Numbers might have been down but it gave me a chance to chat with some people for longer than I would normally do. Good to hear about the next probable Event which I am available for.
I even managed a Puzzle DNF and a traditional cache found it after leaving.

Yes turned up today early, no one around, checked we had the correct coords. It was not long before someone turned up. Great to catch up with other geocachers and have a chat. Thanks to I.C.C.
This is my 6th Annual event. Always great to meet up with other cachers at events and this is a good opportunity to visit the beautiful Shellharbour and surrounds. Small crowd this year but lots of chatting and catching up. Great to meet Hoojar's Juno. Such a fun pup to play with.

Got there about just as the group photo had been taken so to include me the took another group photo & I had tried to miss the photo. Well with not many they were finishing up early. Hung around with tronador, wazza9, Nana Nel & Wilber67 sat & talked till the official end the went off to other things.

It was a bit of struggle to get to this years event, but after taking care of work and sporting commitments I able to make it in time. A smaller crowd than usual but plenty of long-time cachers in attendance were still able to have a good laugh and chat.

Had to do some last minute adjustments to my plans as I almost forgot it moved to the Saturday this year! Still made it in time and enjoyed the company of the smaller crowd then usual, but good talks and laughs! 11 years in a row now. only missed the first two as I was not living in Australia.

Attended every year since the 4th and wasn’t going to let house/dogsitting over an hour away stop me from making a day trip back to the Illawarra for the 13th gathering. While the regular local faces were outnumbered by those who also travelled greater distances, was a great event to catch up with those I get to meet up with more often at other events I now attend outside my own area too. Hopefully we can come up with some ideas as to why event numbers are declining while our Community is growing (at least according to the fb page members). Maybe this year’s local Mega will trigger more interest for “Get-together #14”. Thanks to the ICC for providing an annual and valuable resource for our community to come together in friendship not only today but ongoing throughout the year.

It's a shame that the NSW Events are in Newcastle on the same weekend. I don't know if it can be done, but the community needs a planner that shows all the events across the state that everyone can review to decide what they will attend well in advance.
