Quick and easy find after a short walk. Nice to pick up another "Dial before you dig"TFTC!
Happy to pick this one up today and claim the yellow smiley. Helpful hint, TFTC
After picking up one of my Grandsons, DragonDefender, this morning for him to spend a few days with me in my caravan, we were on our way to Otorohanga. I noticed this cache had popped up on my GPS so we detoured to sign it off. No digging was involved with retrieving the cache.Cheers for the cache, eyespyben.
Making our way from Hamilton to New Plymouth today - grabbed a few caches on the way. Here a quick findTFTCTim and Viv - ddm
A nice quick find and a quick Park o er while visiting family at the weekend. TFTC
Stopped in the side of the highway and walk to this one. We did a few of this series last year. TFTC

A nice big pullover area here gave us the opportunity to let the dogs out of the van for a quick run around and to have a drink. They were very grateful, the cache was quickly found whilst they frolicked around. TFTC

While taking the long way into town we stopped to collect a few caches. This was the first for the day and an easy find for little miss. Thanks for the excuse to go for a drive.
On the way to South we stopped here to have a look for this Cache.
Thanks for hiding say GeoGrillen

No sign of any friends for missy mooloo in this paddock. A nice view of mt pirongia in the background. An easy stop and grab as described. Thankyou for the cache.
Day 10 of my Spring Holiday. Spending a couple of days in Cambridge. Sun is finally out today so heading over to Raglan for lunch and a look around. Quick find here on our way and what a great hiding spot for a cache! Haven't come across one of these signs before TFTC
Found on a pit stop as we made our way to Auckland. Needed a leg stretch and to put some more layers on, so we waited for the nearest GC. Looks like a fun series but it'll be a while before we can tackle any more. We did squeeze a unicorn pencil in before we left though. TFTC
Located this one with kiwitrecker1 whilst on our way to the central north. Enjoying the odd pause from driving and picking up a cache or two on the way. TFTC!!
First stop here and the road surface was obscured by leaves. No problem with the cache, getting used to these now. Quite a bunch of log rolled up and added my name to it. Cheers eyespyben.
After a good week away from my new workplace in both Whangamata and then at home in Auckland it was time to head back down the line to Manawatu. Problem is, there's a 'bit of weather' going on outside, In fact the artist formerly known as Cyclone Dovi is weakening over the North Island n=but wow, what winds there were at home before I left with bins blowing over, the door off the BBQ cabinet whizzing across the garden and leaves being distributed all around. The trip South was interesting to say the least with branches down all over the place and even a tree across most of the road South of Te Kuiti. A steady drive back as in no rush and stopped for just the five caches as it was also pouring down for the latter part of the trip. Thanks to the COs for helping me break it up a little.

Almost a year to the day some of the Team SEAC (South East Auckland Crew) walked a short track in Pirongia and vowed to come back to complete a longer one and add a hut stay in. With the various lockdowns this didn't eventuate as planned and had to be cancelled a couple of times but this weekend the mission was ON! After completing the challenge B4Dawn, cragger and I were carpooling home and noticed a couple of caches we would literally be passing along the way....well we just had to stop of course!!
Quick find....thanks for the cache.
Quick find....thanks for the cache.
This was on the cards for Team SEAC for a while but because of the last lockdown, we had to put off for a while. Finally it was back on and off we went! Most of us were in pain at the end, some of us comtemplated life choices but I think we all came out of it proud to finally get to the summit and back again.
With cragger about to zzzzz off, I asked Keylev, how about a couple on the way home? Didn't take long for a smile to appear on her face! Quick find. TFTC

Down to Te Awamutu for work. On the way down had made good time so took some time to do some caching.
Just doing park and grabs. Nice easy find close to the road.

Nice quick park and grab. Slowly picking these ones up. Thanks for the placement.
#10,538. I have been away on a ten day road trip which has taken me from Wellington to the Far North and back home to Wellington. Of course geocaching was a major focus of the trip and hence I have sheets of papers with the caches I visited to write up logs. I made a few brief notes to help me remember the majority. It was a long hot summer road trip and a memorable one as I have now completed the first geotour and made good inroads into the second tour.
Driving north once again and saw another in this Dial Before You Dig series. So diverted down the side road and parked near GZ. Raced over to the pipeline for a quick find. Signed the logbook and returned the cache where found. Thanks eyespyben for hiding it here.

Climbing Kilamanjaro. Reached the peak but might as well collect some stragglers on the way home. TFTC.
All good here thanks Ben....
Quick jump out of car...no need to turn engine off!

Was driving past here as I headed south and did a quick detour to be able to sign this one off. TFTC
A nice quick find thanks.
Ms_KR and I are on our annual pilgrimage to Auckland for our family Christmas. A biggish day km wise, from Gordonton to Stratford, via the Forgotten World Highway. A nice place for driving and views at times of Mounts Ruapehu and Taranaki. Please excuse the generic logs, there have been a few finds and they get muddled up sometimes.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Didn't know about this or PJs. It's not anything to do with pyjamas. So a peta jule is 10 to the power 15 of a joule. I'm going to read 'The lady who changed her brain' now. Just expanding my horizons. Tftc
Travelling south and this was a nice quick park and grab, which was lucky as it was chucking it down, TFTC!
Straightforward find on a nice quiet road. I'm now going to investigate the rest of this cache series so the next time I head south I'll look for some more. TFTC!
We were out this way for a Football game and took a detour here afterwards. Nice quick find and everything in order. Thanks for the cache.
Heading home from a morning on Mt. Pirongia, as I found no caches up there I thought I'd stop and grab a few on the way home. Liked that this one was off the main road, made for a safe and easy find.
Made a little detour to the cache, happy to find, thanks eyespyben, with muggles in car it had to be a quick one
Swung past here on our way home to Taranaki. Swapped a TB out. Hard to believe that after 140 odd geocaches found this weekend that this is the first TB we have come across. TFTC
Our last find of the day as we headed back to Auckland after a day in Otorohanga.
A nice quiet road and a quick find. TFTC.

As I was heading south today I thought I'd stop by and see if I could find this cache. Once at GZ I made a nice quick find thanks. So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in it's spot all ready for the next hunter. Thanks heaps for taking the time to set up this cache. I really appreciate your efforts in doing so. TFTC
Rain coming down now - last one for the day - we are heading for tea and our motel

Just for fun, I tried to spot GZ without the aid of my GPSr. I found a place that looked right, but it turned out to be on the wrong road. After moving 300m closer, I got another one in this new series and a lesson in humility. TFTC.
On s Waikato trip before the rain comes. Doing some caching on these back roads. Nicely done cache TFTC
It's a nice crisp morning for caching tho jandals probably wasn't the best choice of footwear. Nice series Ben.
First cache of the night. Off on a caching date night with Mr Kiwi.
A lot of space on log sheets for future finders!!

Find number 4778. A drive around to clear the caches in this area. I missed the turn off so had to do a u turn. I was then able to park in the shade. Cache quickly located and signed. Thank you for the placement,
Heading down to my parents so took the scenic route and though to collect a few along the way. Nice quick find and continuing south
