Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for us to enjoy. Found this one a little creepy Favourite point added
Found this one with Geodog R and gave her her last little walk before calling it a day. This one nearly got me as I've been thinking about these lately as it's coming into that time of year. Tftc OOH YEAH
Exactly what i was expecting from reading the notes so i was a little apprehensive approaching this on my own..... my gz had me on the other side of the path at a different tree so there was alot of poking around with a stick before i read the logs again and headed to the other side. Saw the blackboy and went to the tree that lined up with that and bingo.
Found what i thought was the cache but still alot of poking before i was game enough to get it in hand and log my find.

Nice. Geo-Bunny was a little put off approaching this hide. Good "natural " camo.

While the two geo-hubby's went south to do the Jackylegs series, Mrs ILT and I dodged the showers to grab some caches nearby our accommodation. Thanks Ooh Yeh
We split into 2 teams today. While the boys headed south Mrs richlink and I cached closer to 'home'. Thanks for the cache OOH YEH.
On the MTB and cruising Kwinana for some urban caching. I would prefer to be in the hills but was surprised how good the bush and parks were in K-Town.
Normally when I see a cache like this I throw a rock at it, but today I didn’t.

Out gathering a few smileys in the area, we stopped to hunt this one down. After the short walk to gz we spotted the prize and added our names to your log. We returned your cache back to where it lives, now onto the next. TFTC OOH YEH
A good day out to gather more smilies, we made the find and returned the cache. Thanks for the cache.
Out for a morning run and arrived here and GZ had me at a large grass tree that had recently been burnt. I hoped the cache wasn't in it. I had a look around and spotted more grass trees that someone had set on fire along with much of the surrounding grass. I then saw something else that caught my attention. The cache was safe but the host was just a little burnt.

Out and about today and I decided to check the map to see what was nearby.
I find myself with time to kill so I stopped by here for a find.
Many thanks to OOH YEH for placing and maintaining Shake, Rattle and Roll "OOH YEH". I found it, I signed it, and put it back as found.

Inline with the grass tree but 6m further into the bush. Coordinates were off but I still find it without too much trouble.
It's a busy road.
Thanks for the spooky cache.

Was quite close to the coordinates for me. A scary little hide, had to poke it with a stick to make sure it was safe.
Haha. This one got me.. But just for a second! My gps also had me closer to the path. TFTC
Went out to get some more smileys around Kwinana, with my geopup and much to my surprise I found it, got a little scares, as I am scared of the cache hiding spot
GPS had me looking a little closer to the path but had it in the end.
I came, I saw, I signed the log. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.
Cache is in good condition.

Not sure why I missed this one a couple of times but today - finally - I was able to put a smiley to it.

A physio appointment took me past this location again, so I thought that I would stop on the way back to work to see if I could turn blue to yellow, frown to smile.
So while waiting I read some of the more recent logs. Stopped at the gate and followed the GPSr pointer. It pointed to the same spot I failed at last time. I walked around and noticed that the GPSr did not move a lot as I ventured away from the indicated GZ.
Knowing what I did from the logs, a scan of the area pointed me towards another likely spot. And there was the cache. Clever. but intially disheartening. I am not a fan of the real versions of these.
Log was signed, and the cache put back where I found it

I seached where my GPSr was lowest without joy. Then I looked around and spotted something that could only be the cache. Yep, that's it - name in the log
Thanks for the cache OOH YEH. Found at 11:23:00 AM it was cache number 2967 for me and was number 12 in my run of 16 finds and 3 DNFs for today's geocaching effort.
Cheers
Called past on the way home from the nearby CITO. The GPSr wouldn't settle, so after 10mins of searching and with GeoDaughter in the car we thought we'd come back another day.
Finally found it. Driving past with the family so half of us got out and had a look. Found by geo-son. Happy to turn this frown upside down. Tftc
I tried to find this cache today, but my luck was not good, or maybe it was my eyesight, or maybe it was not there. Will have to return at a later time effect a find.
I looked and looked, but nothing shaking rattling or rolling here that I could see.
This was my 1 DNF out of 1 DNFs and a total of 16 Finds on this outing.

A massive day out with Mistraluna clearing up her map of the area and adding a few more smilies to mine.. well, more than a few. Not sure of the exact number but it was in the 40’s. Huge for me as I usually go out solo for a few at a time.. Must say, it was refreshing to have some company.
An amazing day was had made up of an inquisitive neighbour, a close call whilst climbing a fence and a dose of panic which turned to frustration when the geocaching app decided to boot us out and not allow us to log in for a while..
With a great assortment of caches encountered and some laughs along the way, I was left feeling very satisfied and appreciative of the hard work that goes into creating and maintaining these caches for us all to enjoy.
So, Thankyou to the CO’s and also to Mistraluna for organising the day, her helpful hints and advice and confident parking skills
Had to smile at this cache. Nicely constructed and in a very fitting location. Thanks OOH YEH!

Today I teamed up with new geofriend hunterzed with the plan to clear my map of the Kwinana/Wellard/Baldivis area of all the non-yellow icons that had sprouted over the past few months. The original plan had been to go out last weekend, but a work call-out thwarted that idea. So we rescheduled for today.
And what a day we had too! Of course, most of the caches were traditionals, but there were a smattering of other cache types thrown in the mix too, resulting in a most enjoyable day's caching. And there was a variety of creative hides as well, unlike some days when all you seem to find are assorted micros (mint tins, nanos, preforms, bisons) and the odd sistema. Today's company was pretty special too, with us both enjoying lots of chatting and laughs along the way. Thanks Zoe - hopefully we can do it again sometime.
The CO had alerted me earlier that this one might be MIA. But we found it without any problems, understanding the name of the cache once we had the cache in hand. Clever. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for the rest of us to come and find OOH YEH.

Headed here after work as I had a DNF this morning and needed a find to keep the streak going. This one looked easy enough but after 20 minutes of chasing the GPS from tree to tree and time running out I messaged the ever helpful CO, who got back to me almost straight away and I still couldn't find it. In the end I ran out of time and had to abandon search. I will be back to avenge this one!
The map around us has started to get a lot of unfound icons on it. We decided to head out this afternoon and change that a bit. Cheers and TFTC.

My very worst fears realised. I commented after the big and burnt that at least it wasn't one if these. Next cache... There it was. At least the colour was not quite as disconcerting as other colours would have been. Dare I say nice quality hide . Awarding a reluctant fave lol tftc
Got a bit of a jump here when I first located the cache and after refocusing on my goal retrieved the log and replaced as found, TFTC.
Hi, I’m Cirrus_WA but you may know me as CJ_252. Just a small change to my user name to take my actual name out of it.
I look forward to catching up soon at an event or in the field.

A quick find using the COs coords and thinking about where we would place a cache in the area.

Headed out this morning to grab some caches near the event that I haven’t grabbed on previous visits. Was about to start the walk I needed to do and the phone pings so I detour to grab the FTFs, managed 6 solo before pulling up to see mister and mrs red lips and unicorns, we joined forces to make a joint FTF for my seventh for the morning.
Thanks OOH YEH for the mornings fun.

So once again megawat60 and I crossed the river and headed to the Run Amok Event near Kwinana. After picking up the Sujiken puzzles, we made a stop here where we met up with Spike who joined in the search. I was happy to make the find, TFTC!
Took a bit to find, and a hint from a fellow cacher I needed to expand my search using phone app. TFTH.
