This evening, I headed towards the north-eastern side of Adelaide's suburbs to Craigmore and Blakeview for a few target caches. There were some nice parks and reserves visited, including a rather modern fountain/lake area, and I enjoyed seeing some of the modern houses built in those areas. A nice evening out and about.
I spent a good 10-15 min looking around trying to find what appeared to just be remains of a logbook here? Eventually I found something hidden at a base of a tree. I really can't see this one lasting too much loner, so urgent CO maintenance is required here. Thanks Gaskll for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Compass showed we were right on top of it but standing on grass with no where for a cache to be hidden
Like several before me, found a waterproof log rolled up and tucked in a tree. I’ve popped it in a bag and a mint tin, and MOVED IT ABOUT 10 METERS NORTH (out of necessity) and messaged the CO. That log is a survivor! Thanks for placing.
Found the lonely naked cache log tied to the tree, no cache, still a find nonetheless, hopefully this can get some maintenance
Had a sleep in today after a busy weekend and so I was still in bed when both ttrog and my phone let me know of new geocaches
One was too far to head for but the other had me laughing as soon as I saw on the map where it was: I've used those roads lately to give Rex a run and was just parked right near GZ last night, ordering tea on the phone while Rex sniffed around[^], before we continued his exercise circuit
While Rex and I enjoyed being out and about[^][^] this was a pretty poor caching day though as I attempted 5 caches and only made 3 cache finds
After finding about 4 muggled caches last Saturday around Smithfield, it seems something may also be going on around this area Thankfully my 1st find was a FTF so that was cool[^]
Came here, looked and looked, found some fishing line[?] and then, as I was walking away after putting DNF into the GPSr, I found the waterproof paper log curled up on the ground but no cache
I loked at every tree within 10m or so and no cache was found[?]
Then as I was starting to walk away, I saw something small, white and round on the ground[?]
The write in the rain bison log was curled up sitting about 15m from the tree where I'd had GZ[?] and where I'd found a piece of fishing line[?]
I tied the log into the tree[^] and advised the CO too

Was heading back to the office after working nearby and needed a cache for the day and saw that this one was not too far off the beaten track, so made a small detour. Parked nearby and wandered across to GZ and started to search. GPS had me all over the place so started a systematic search of the area and finally located the cache. Signed the log and replaced.

Owl had an unexpected bathroom-tradies-free day and put out a call to JJ52 to help her escape the chaos and enjoy the glorious day with a caching run. The expected destination of the Barossa didn't materialise, as they were distracted by little green boxes scattered in their path. It was a day of barking dogs and PaFs, but lots of areas were cleared of stray caches and they finished up very satisfied. With Owl's GPS and their stomachs again juiced up, the afternoon was full of laughs and finds. This was the first after lunch and Owl managed to walk straight to it. You have to be lucky sometimes!
After a call from Doctor Owl to arrange a caching day it was decided that today would be the day. [^]
We had plans to head to the Barossa, but we didn't quite make it, there were too many other areas that needed to be visited on our way.
On a beautiful day for caching we set out and had a great time with a bit of walking, a few drive bys, a lot of barking dogs, ants in the pants and a few PaF's...all in all what more could one ask. [?]
Love these caches where you can see them as you walk towards GZ, just what we needed after some pretty hard caches this morning.
Thanks for the cache GaskII.

We parked near gz and made our way over, the co ords were out a bit but we soon spotted the cache as it is out in the open.
An afternoon drive up to Clare today with laighside legends to attend an event at the local pub, along the way we sopped at a few traditionals that he was yet to find as well as some new ones no long out of publishing. Only 10 finds for me on the trip.
Thanks for the cache.

Easily found, but soccer training on tonight! We were pretty sneaky though, so hopefully nobody suspected anything
Quick stop, in the heat, for a quick find on way to the CITO...
Good idea that the log scroll is put into the lid before screwing the body on. That way it is easier for the next cache to retrieve the scroll, and not have to traipse back to the car for tweezers!
Nice looking fields here...

No sports today so, once the GPS settled down, the cache was quickly spotted . Good location and cache. Thanks.
Main aim of today's long delayed walk was 3 new trads in the Barossa goldfields and the northern part of Para Wirra. Was quicker than expected so even managed some drive-bys on the long way home.
First of the drive-by's and a quick find this time, thanks to the much better co-ords care of the Blackadders.

Sciatica is slowing me down but didn't have to walk to far to find this one. Thanks Gaskill for the cache.
Missed a Podium finish because of incorrect posted co ordinates. A second visit today with fresh eyes and still no luck at GZ. Widening the search it was eventually easily spotted some 20 Meters away.
Future seekers try S 34 41.670, E 138 42.195.
Perhaps the owner needs to re visit and update the co ordinates?
