We are on our way back over to the West for a friends memorial service in Geraldton but this trip we are taking our time , enjoying the drive and picking up a few caches and taking in the scenery. We are mainly concentrating on Ad Labs, Earth caches and Virtual's as these don't give you any muggle problems. Of course there will be others in between. The only good thing that came out of our Covid 19 lockdown's was that we had plenty of time to sit around and solve puzzles so this kept us busy for quite awhile.Today is the first time since that we have been in Perth with any spare time so we headed off this afternoon to try our luck at a few. We managed to complete one 4wd track and really enjoyed the drive through the bush. Each container we looked for we found after which we added our name to the log. At the end of that road it was still 35 degrees and the flies were super friendly so we decided that it would do us for today, Hopefully we will be back soon to look for some more. Many thanks for the great geo art and the effort gone into placing theses caches, it really made for a great afternoons caching for us.
Kiwinic and myself have packed the car and left Albany for a geocaching weekend. We are here to do the 4wd series and grab a few others on our way. Another quick find. TFTC
Today in Perth for work, I headed out with Barnzy12 for a days caching. We headed out to the Mundaring State Forest to try and find as many of the 4wd FOTT caches as we could, we came away with 147 finds. With a 2wd car and these caches being on the bush tracks we managed to find most of the trail. All the caches found and are in good condition Thanks for the series
A new toy so decided to give it a run. Absolutely no issue with the car as was more clearance than 4WD needed. Stayed over night to have a second run the next day.TFTC
On our Australian trip . After started for some days in Darwin we are on the road to Perth now .On the Road after Katherine we have seen Edith Falls, Kunnurra and Bungles Bungle. Finally we cross the Pentecost-river to enter the Gibb RiverRoad . A lot to see like Emma Falls, El Questro, Mitchel Falls, Manning Gorge, Galvans Gorge, Bell Gorge, Tunnel Creek and Windjana Gorge .Now return on the sealed road again . Further over Derby, Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, a sidekick to Karijini NP, Exmouth, Coral Bay, Carnarvan, Geraldton, Ellendale Pool, Lake Indoon, Cervantes, Yanchep NP and the rest down the coast to Perth .The 2. day at the 4WD track from FOTT .Yesterday we only had about 2 hours and it was fun. Today it is not so nice.. rain and some wind and even my back is not so pleased .Found it .TFTC# 17'506
Basing ourselves in York for a few days gave us a great opportunity to head out in the forest for the 4WD FOTT series. We had a late start to the day, waiting out some early morning rain. Ending up a great day, despite the long day and my persistent headache, definitely a great series. We were lucky with mostly dry roads, still water about in places, but passed through some interesting roads of much variety. Lots of wildlife, wildflowers and a beautiful bush setting. A really enjoyable day tackling the many road types and their obstacles. We took 12 hours to complete the series in a relaxed time and caching on late to get as many caches in a day, stopping just before midnight on our way back to York. Thanks for the cache!
Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor.TFTC. A great day out with Aquilus1 to get the FOTT 4x4 geo art and some other local caches. An excellent day with lots of challenges including rain in the morning, sand, fallen trees, 4x4 erosion gullies, puddles and wildlife.Didn't start the day until 11am due to scattered showers, but then ended up caching until midnight.By midnight we had collected 204 caches with just 2 people and 1 car, breaking my old daily record of 131.The caches were all excellent in condition, accurate and fun to find. No DNFs for the whole day.I wonder how many we could have found if we had started at 12am?TFTC FOTT
Found at 2:09 PM2nd day of this wonderful series. This morning we left our camp on the Great Southern Hwy and moved to York. Unhitched at the free camp in town and headed to #001to do one of the arms, which was a total of 38 caches, but we detoured a bit to do two others that had interesting D/T ratings.A fantastic series in very scenic bushland. Nearly all the caches were found in straight away logical spots and nearly all the log sheets were in good condition. Thanks to FellowshipOfTheTrail
Enjoying the day on the geoart. A cold windy day but better than the heat of summer. 024 found. TFTC FOTT.
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 401 - Beverly to York. After a breakfast in Beverly, I headed north along the highway, stopping for caches along the way. It is not very long to York and there were no roadwork's to slow me down, so I was in town before lunch. I took some time to wander up and down the main street doing the buildings Labs. I'll do the other set tomorrow. After getting setup in the caravan park, I too myself to th FOTT 4wd caches series. It seems the section I targeted was the roughest section, but at last some of the D/T's were great. I headed back to town for an afternoon drink in one of the pubs before heading back to the can park for a surprisingly warm evening where I cooked outside for the first time on this journey. Tomorrow is more 4wd caches and lots of rain, lets see how it goes. After setting up and having some lunch, I headed out to Beekeeper road to do an afternoon of the caches ou here. A few bumpy bits, but a fun afternoon of very successful caching out in the bush by myself. Thanks for the cache FellowshipOfTheTrail47459.15 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & Lackey wandrewlust A#512**Albida**
We decided to tackle a small part of this series today.Firstly to say that the geo art is creative, colourful and really appropriately themed. Nicely done! We solved all of the puzzles over the last few days, hoping that we may have some time on our trip to head out this way. We managed about 40 today, and only one DNF. Without a four-wheel-drive, we took the roads slowly and in one section, walked about 1 km return when the road was not suitable for our car. We had a great day out with good temperatures. The hides were accessible, and with a good hint very quick to find along the way. We found all of them to be in very good condition. Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail. Domsky
Ciao e grazie. #10712Last day in the Wandoo National Park. As usual, departure from York after a good breakfast, today's plan is to complete the T5 path starting from the opposite side to yesterday. If yesterday we complained about 34 degrees, today the temperature touched 40 degrees Celsius! Luckily yesterday we had done most of the trail and today we had just over a third of the way left. Furthermore, we were able to make the first 3 caches on board our 2-wheel drive before parking it on the edge of the path and continuing on foot. This is the second, we stop the car a few meters away, one look and the logbook is signed.Hello and thanks. #10712
Day 2 of our camping trip was another full of day caching smashing out the remained of the 4x4 geo art with great success followed by relaxing at Lake Leschenaultia for a swim.Tftc thanks for a great adventure.TPT
Ok
Great day to go geocaching with bike. I did 2 hours of geocaches and then 1 hour of riding back to my car.
I wonder how many geocachers have done this trail with 4WD, on bike or on foot.

The “SLICK G’s” hit up the FOTT trail for a long weekend adventure. Rendezvous was in Sawyers Valley at 6.30am. Team GLICKs was comprised of Geotrakka, Lachlan1.77, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA and Kapelula. Thanks to all the COs, and in particular the FellowshipOfTheTrail, for today’s entertainment. Cheers FellowshipOfTheTrail!

Heading out today with the crew and Signing as SLICK G’s today (SirFancy, Lachlan177, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA, Kapelula and Geotrakka)
This is my 4293 find.
Thank you FellowshipOfTheTrail for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
(I’m not a geologist I just like puns)
Spending the day out in the hills grabbing the FOTT GO BUSH 4WD series.
The planning started in December and this was the first weekend that was available and so the date was set.
Early in the morning the SLICK G’s (SirFancy, Lachlan1.77, I C Nothing, Kapelula, Geotrakka & myself) met up in Sawyers Valley and piled into the 4x4’s and headed in.
It was an amazing day out with all caches found without issues.
Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for placing 4WD 024 FOTT Go Bush for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 12:59 on 5/3/2023.
This is find number 6790 for me.

Today we took the Troopy Hightop to the 4WD FOTT GO BUSH Trail. All puzzles were solved and so we started full of anticipation in this adventure. First on dirt roads and then on terrain 4.5. Soon we had to decide to turn into Terrain 5 street. We drove off and it got a little worse. Sometimes the Troopy was a bit lateral, sometimes a few branches had to be removed because of the height. But all in all, it went very well. We shooed up a few kangaroos from time to time. Since it was very hot, we had enough for today. It was fun to spend some time here. All caches could be found, except the #19, here we put a can. Thank you for the adventure !
With it being Mrs's birthday this weekend it was definitely time to twist a few ams and head off to the bush for some power trailing! Had a great time solving these before heading out to make a dent on the series. What a perfect day - loads of wildflowers and the track along Beekeeper Road was great. Only one DNF and the rest were safely tucked away. Will be back to tackle the rest later on. Thanks for the effort in hiding these ones!
During the lockdowns of 2020 we solved this series in anticipation that one day we would be able to visit WA to collect them all. Now in 2022 we have finally headed west to cache here for the very first time.
We set off from York early in light misty rain but luckily it didn’t last longer than 1/2 an hour, allowing us to complete the series today.
Wandoo National Park was alive with spring wildflowers, hundreds of different varieties in so many colours that it was a delight to cache here. WA certainly have the best wildflowers.
We methodically moved through each track, taking care with ruts and wash outs, small and large puddles and chicken tracks around fallen trees in our hire 4WD which handled it beautifully, that is until we only had 2 x 2.5 terrain caches left. Then disaster struck! Previous logs mention Beekeeper Rd being in the worst shape, which as far as rutty track’s go, it probably is but SURRY Rd (or is SLURRY Rd?) is the boggiest, wet track after all the recent rain and we highly recommend people AVOID it until it has dried up. After GC83CXE the track was getting worse and worse so we tried to do a u-turn but it was too late, we were bogged. Luckily for us we belong to a great caching community so help was at hand and we lived to tell the tale.
Thanks Fellowship OfTheTrail for all the work put into this series, we certainly had an adventure today.

Nice weekend out to York to tackle some of the FOTT 4WD Go Bush series as well as check out lovely York. Nice easy finds on all the caches, found approx 156/187 throughout the weekend, no DNFs on all caches tackled....all in great order.
The 4WDing was a little hairy at times but never any worries or doubts in the Cruiser, Beekeeper Rd was probably the worst of it....the scenery was absolutely amazing! What a great area....the weather was perfect for this time of year, no rain, no flies, no mozzies! Started raining on Sunday as we were finding the last of the day before heading back to reality...perfect!
We have added some photos of our journey around the tracks to make up for our generic logs
TFTC FellowshipOfTheTrail for bringing us out here, you managed to combine Pazzas love of 4Wding and Sazzas love of geocaching to make for an awesome weekend!! we will be back to tackle the rest of these.
PS Saz part of sazpazza thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of solving all of these with only a PAF on 3 of them, thanks for making it even more fun! There will definitely be loads of FPs for a great time

Picked up this cache while heading in to explore the Wandoo National Park for another day's caching with ilook4geo. It was found easily, log had two more names stamped on it and all was replaced as found. We enjoyed adding some more body to the geo art. Some of the tracks were definitely good for high clearance vehicles as the ruts were quite deep. Thanks for this cache placement go to FellowshipOfTheTrail. We had another vey enjoyable day.
Had a fun day driving with goingplaces2 and enjoyed the 4WD tracks as well. Have all the puzzle answers on hand and just need to find the caches to go with them. Today we found all we looked for and the rest will happen soon hopefully. Thanks for this series.
Hit the FOTT trail today with the wife. Had a really great day out. So peaceful, just us, the birds and a few roos. Thanks for putting this series together. It's a great day out.

Hit the trail with Redruthguy, great day out. Beautiful place and lovely day not too hot or too cold. TFT caches.
Happy to score a cooler day so jumped in the car for an early start to hit the long awaited FOTT4WD series. I completed these puzzles while still living in Mandurah so theyve been burning a hole in my list for some time. Today is the day to have my first crack at it. Driving solo and its summer so hoping to not run into any track issues. Love the bush - thanks for bringing me here. Epic series guys
I decided to continue 4wd series and went to 5 star terrain rating track. It wasn't too bad for my SUV. Only one part was quite rocky. It was much harder to do these tracks when it was wet. I'm happy that I found all caches I planned to get. Now I'm missing only two and then the series will be completed. Tftc!
Worked out the majority of the puzzles while I was sick over 2 days then decided to go out and find some today. The puzzles were fun and found all the caches quickly. TFTC
8/1/2021 late log due to account splitting. Found with team W.L.M. Permission from CO to log these finds.
My plan today was to head to the 4WD geoart and try to get it all done. Starting at 10:30am, I kept going until it got dark at 7:00pm. I only managed to find 165 of them today, so will have to return tomorrow morning to find the rest.
Thanks for the cache FellowshipOfTheTrail.

Found it. TFTC The Fellowship of The Trial. Signed the log as “PUPP” (papillon367, ullyssia and Photo-Play) We joined up and formed a gang to tackle this series. Planning was a few weeks prior so we put our order in for perfect weather. It was a great drive through this area and nice to get up close to a few of the locals. Most caches were quick finds except one. The track was acceptable with a few obstacles and detours. Although we are not complete, this is a fantastic series with about 150 completed today. We’ll be back to finish off. Thanks for bringing us to this area. There’s going to be a lot of generic logs here, sorry.
Thank you! The PUPP team (papillon367, ullyssia and Photo-Play) headed out on a rather nice summer's day to tackle the FOTT. I enjoyed travelling along the tracks, admiring the views at the top of the various hills, seeing the vegetation change at the bottom, and checking out some nice granite outcrops.
I thought we might get half of the series done, but was super happy when we managed to find 151 of the FOTTs, and a nearby traditional. All caches were in good condition, and most were found without too much trouble, though we did have one DNF which I hope to rectify at some point, perhaps when we head back to complete the series.

A quick find here. Thank you for the cache and for the fun series Fellowship Of The Trail! Apologies for the generic logs…
Photo-Play, ullyssia and I teamed up to start this series and we had a successful day with 152 finds over 8hrs of caching (plus 3hrs driving there and back), our best daily achievement. This is also over a quarter of my finds for the year in one day!
We picked the day a few weeks ago and we were lucky to enjoy perfect conditions weather-wise. All caches were quick finds except for 1 DNF. We took turns driving and finding, and signed the logs as P U P-P. We started at the eastern end to fill a few spots on our D/T grids and zig-zagged our way back towards the NW corner.
We really enjoyed driving through this beautiful forest. We disturbed several kangaroos and a rabbit along the way, and only came across one other car. There were quite a few trees laying across the roads but most of them already had a by-pass track. We had to make our own way through the bush for a couple but it was nothing that Photo-Play’s 4WD could not handle.
Will be back to finish off the series!

Chwiliwr and I had planned to do some of this series for some time and decided to drive out to the area today. After doing half of them by the time we had lunch we decided to continue and see if we could do them all today so it ended up being a full day of caching doing them all.
All caches found without too much searching although whoever pushed some of the containers right into the ground and/or mulch didn't realise that they would be covered over by insect activity making them all but impossible to find without reference to the hints.
Logs signed and caches returned as found (except for the buried ones which were left out of the ground/mulch.
Thanks Fellowship Of The Trail for placing these caches for us to find.

Had a couple of hours to spare so decided to tackle a few more of these! The weather was perfect, the bush beautiful and we found all the caches we looked for! We were the first to sign a couple of the logs so thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for replacing the caches lost to the fire!
Even though I was focussing on Wandoo caches, I pulled down the track and was tempted by these FOTT caches. I did four and turned around. I’ll be back!!
A big day of hunting down Wandoo caches. A sunny 30 degree day with hardly anyone around. Perfect bush caching day.

Perfect conditions to tackle the trail today, so we got out nice and early and arrived at the first GZ just after sun up. For the first hour we froze in -1 degrees C but thereafter it was glorious. Mrs O handled the 4WD tasks with aplomb despite starting on the very worst bit of track at #39 - all day leapfrogging Mr O on his mountain bike who rode 60+km all up. There were no crashes, just two DNFs, lots of pea gravel, a full day of sunshine to top up the Vitamin D and some nice wildlife throughout the day - the kangaroos were up early, while the emus appeared at the end. All the containers and logsheets that were found were in good condition apart from one throwdown and despite some burns having come very close on Warrigal Road. Unfortunately a whole section of 36 unfound caches below Warrigal was off limits, presumably due to burn offs, so we looked for a total of 141 caches and made 139 finds to add to the previous 10 finds from last year when the caches were fresh off the press.
Thanks to the Fellowship Of The Trail for placing and maintaining these caches in such a pristine section of forest for us to enjoy.

Out and about with ICNothing and Kapelula on a FOTT run after solving all the puzzles. Luckily a cooler day within a week of high 30’s. Thank you!
After solving all the puzzles when this series first came out we finally organised a trip into FOTT territory to make some finds.
We bribed Mr I C Nothing into driving Kapelula, Meme 28 and Mrs I C Nothing around. We have been looking forward to this day for some time. We had quite the successful day with many finds, many laughs and just a great trip. Oh SVKR_WA we didn’t get bogged so we will leave that to you for next time ! Thanks Fellowship of the Trail for placing this series for our enjoyment.

We’ve had this series on our radar ever since it was released. We made plans with I C Nothing and Meme28 to head out today to see how many we could claim. Thanks to the cache owners for all the work making the puzzles and placing these caches for us.
Team Red Roo and I had made tentative plans to tackle the FOTT 4WD series together sometime after he and his partner got back from their latest grey nomad adventures interstate. And they were gone for over six months this time, so all the solved puzzles, multis and whereigos just had to sit on the backburner and wait. But all is now good after a couple of fun days out there in the bush. We enjoyed the various types of bush we encountered but the wandoo forest were both our favourites. During the time we were away we saw emus, kangaroos, wedgetail eagles, red tail black cockatoos, parrots, perenti, gecko, galahs, twenty-eights, kookaburras, magpies, mudlarks, the list goes on, but what topped it off was the sighting of a couple of wild piglets (we wondered where the mother was, but didn't hang around to find out, lol). And of course, we found many, many geocaches too. This was one we stopped for on the second day. All good with the cache. TN, LN, SL, replaced as found. Thanks for placing this cache for the rest of us to come and find FellowshipOfTheTrail
Hi there FellowshipOfTheTrail. I was out with Mistraluna for a couple of planned days of Geocaching around the FOTT trail near York. We had both worked out finals for all caches and using the Nuvi and both GPS's, all caches were found quickly - and the containers and logs are in good condition. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to FellowshipOfTheTrail for this cache - our find 8268
I have been visiting south-west WA from Adelaide for the past 5 weeks or so. Its been a great opportunity to catch up with relatives, old work colleagues and friends, re-visit old places and explore new ones, and grab a few caches of interest along the way.
Its time to start heading east again and today I completed the rest of the ‘4WD FOTT Go Bush’ series, after doing quite a few of them a couple of days ago.
I really enjoyed this series. It was a very pleasant drive through some nice bush, with a nice variety of hides at varying intervals that were easy enough to find. I particularly liked the areas of open Wandoo woodland. A 100% find rate also helps!
Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for the cache.

Out with BJA3 trying to finish off the FOTT series. What a fantastic series, really loved it.
TFTC and bringing us to this beautiful place, FOTT’s!

Hitting the FOTT series today with TeamBarritts. Beautiful day and thoroughly enjoyable series. Thanks!
Another day chasing some of the FOTT series. Thanks to all the cache owners for placing these. Cache here is in good condition. TFTC
Out doing this great geo art with caching friends. Thanks to the COs for your planning, placement etc of these caches along some very interesting bush trails.
Out and about doing the FOTT Trail.
Seeing the sights of the great Aussie Bush through the eyes of the FOTT.
Thanks for an interesting drive through the bush, some side tracks, some ruts, some puddles,
But all in all a great day out.
Thanks for sharing this drive.

A while working them out, then out with the 4WD and off on the search, of a few at least. Thank you.
This was the 19th of our finds for today. We worked on solutions for the last couple of days and as this is my last day before heading home to the east coast we thought we would do a few caches today.
Out and about with the Fott on the Fott 4WD series. Unlike some, my logs will be in the correct order.
FellowshipOfTheTrail I found your cache at 8:22am, this was the 2nd of 42 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 5512. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

I made the find here.
It had been while since the lads had gone on a caching run. Granett put the word out that he was head to FOTT 4WD territory to grab some caches to complete the Mystery at the Museum souvenir. Of course I was in.
After some squabbling about who would be shotgun, Granett picked up AlliedOz and then headed to my place. We left at about 7am and landed near our first one at around 0830.
A great few hours with good company. These caches completed my souvenirs and filled some spots on my DT grid
FellowshipOfTheTrail SVKR_WA is happy to have found your cache 4WD 024 FOTT Go Bush today at 08:23:42 10 Aug 2019. This brings my find count to 3603
FellowshipOfTheTrail - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. We love travelling the state and visiting some places that we would only visit due to this game.

Out with some of the other FOTT members today to check the trails and nab a few caches.
I joined Granett and SVKR_WA early on, after some schooling on the rules of shotgun we took off and covered a decent portion of the track today with plenty of time to get home for a nap.
Thanks to us for this awesome trail!

The time has come to make a start on this FOTT series. Decided to spend a couple of hours on a pleasant Saturday afternoon to have a go at all the caches on Beekeeper Road; 41 finds in all, no DNFs, all caches in top condition and accurately located.
Was a bit wary of the terrain ratings but didn't need to engage 4WD today.
Thanks for all the puzzles and for the series. Top effort that.

We headed out on a lovely winters day to collect some less loved caches and a few more along the FOTT trail. The views were breathtaking and we visited some spectacular locations. We are happy to say we added our name to the log book and walked away with a smilie TFTC
We loved all aspects of this series, but we particularly enjoyed the (long) day in this beautiful Wandoo forest. A huge thanks must go to all contributors to the series, a sterling effort.
Up bright and early for our foray with iluvtrekking to do this series. Although the weather forecast was dire, surprisingly we had a clear run until around 2pm when the rain started again. The tracks had a few puddles but were easily negotiated by the two girls who did all the driving today while the men did the running from the car to grab the hides. We managed to get the series completed but toweards the end it the gps had already turned to 'night vision'. Thanks to FOTT for a great series. We enjoyed all the puzzles (except perhaps for a couple of the lengthier jigsaws) and had no problem locating any of the hides due to spot-on co-ords and great hints. This terrain is our preferred type of caching and a great day was had by both teams.
We spotted this series a while back and as it looked interesting got solving until we had a full set of numbers. Plenty of puzzle variety and all solvable but with some taking more time than others. Knowing we would not have many days to complete it we opted for the higher terrain ones first and then as time permitted we picked off the rest. Fortunately we made some good route choices and got around the series in a very big day finishing with head torches on after a few early start. Once we got into the swing of the hides and using the hints we progressed well as the GPSr seemed a bit laggy at times not giving us very accurate locations. We saw plenty of Roos and a few emus a lot the way. No real issues with any of the roads or tracks as we picked our way around without too much doubling back. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC and thanks for the series.

"Looking Forward" for this series before the winter coming
With K.B. for the afternoon... Plus lovely warm weather [:X][:X]
all good hide spot with "hint" it was helpful due to some not perfect coordinate but mostly perfect spot coordinate...
Always enjoyed the bush land than city oops...
Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for organising the cache and hunt [^]

Congratulations to the COs of the FOTT Series. A fantastic trail that we managed to finish today which was fantastic as that was our main aim of our visit from the east coast. It was a lovely day and we approached through York as we were keen to see as much of the area as we could.
It has been the very best geoart that I have completed - it consisted of a variety of cache types; a variety of different types of puzzles of varying difficulty; great coordinates; helpful hints; great D/T combinations and the caches were of a good solid standard which will stand the test of time.
All caches were found to be in good condition and signed or stamped as Capital Crunchers - Kittykatch, Joolay, GrimRaider and myself.
Over from Canberra with Grimraider, Kittykatch and Smittengranny for the West Australia Goes Big event. First time visiting over here and very excited to be out and about. We are venturing into the bush to finish the FOTT series and picking these up in the way. Looking forward to completing th series. Lots of work getting here but now to enjoy. TFTC
Hi there FellowshipOfTheTrail.
We found your cache **"4WD 024 FOTT Go Bush"** at 10:18:00 AM today. (This makes our find count 22339).
We are heading from SA to WAGB in Northam & we stopped off in York for a few days on the way through. Now that we've settled in a nearby caravan park we have taken the opportunity to head out and find some of the 4WD FOTT caches we couldn't have done with a caravan in tow.
Without knowing the area, we were a little dubious about attempting T5 caches without any prior preparation, but are pleased to say that our RAM completed the circuit in 2WD all the way. We're pretty sure that a 2WD sedan could have made the trip we did today without too much trouble
We found 83 caches today & DNF'd 1. Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic travels around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found most caches within a few metres of where our GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The containers and log books were mostly in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Nothing
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny

A nice drive through the bush today to find some more of the 4WD series .. TFTC FOTT
A couple of peaceful hours spent out on the FOTT Go Bush trail with Neva2Old, hoping to get some of the more difficult terrain covered before the winter rains come and turn the tracks into streams. 41 caches found easily in just over 2 hours of caching. About halfway there now, I think! Hope to get back out here next weekend to get some more smilies. TFTC
Managed another small outing with familysteiner to knock a few more of this series off. A beautiful day, we even saw a few Bush Chooks!!! All the caches we attempted were found tftc
Day 3 of our camp at Lake Leschenaultia, and today megawat60 and I are going Bush again on the FOTT 4x4 Trail, hoping to transform our solved puzzles back into some stunning geoart.

I had an extended Easter break and with today free I decided to head back to this area to finish off the fantastic caches around these parts. I bought the mountain bike to tackle the high Terrain caches and had an absolute blast up here. Cheers and TFTC.
G’day there FellowshipOfTheTrail, I was in this area today and found your cache 4WD 024 FOTT Go Bush GC83CRN. I added my name to the log book at 12:35 pm on 23 April 2019. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!

Hit the trail today with Spatialriq for what turned out to be a very successful day of caching. 190 finds for me and no dnfs. Most tracks had dried up from Friday's downpour and I got to try out the new all terrain tyres.
Great series FOTT. Thanks for the time and effort involved in putting it all together.

Teamed up with ssclan today to tackle the 4WD FOTT series. Met up in Mundaring at 7am for a quick coffee, then off to the Wandoo area.
A great day with our first find around 7:50am, and the last around 4:30pm. A perfect day to head along the back roads and tracks. Most were in good condition with just a few with some serious ruts. Beekeeper road was particularly interesting!
Saw several kangaroos and one emu that decided to run down along the track in front of us for several hundred metres.
Special thanks to the FOTT team for their efforts in designing the geo-art, preparing all the cache pages and for hiding them all! TFTC

Day off today, so headed out to hit the new 4x4 serie. Goal was to complete 100, and be home by 14pm. Got the 100 but wasn't home by 14pm, was half hour late. Joined by Horsesrule1990 and Jelm-explorers, wr had a wonderful day, and couldn't have asked for better company. All caches are in good condition. Tftc. sl tnln.
Another trip to FOTT land to finish off the series. Pleasant weather, lots of wildlife, beautiful countryside and quick finds have made this an enjoyable series that we would highly recommend.

As the placer of this cache with Granett, I think it's time to submit my log.

Big day out caching today with the aim of finishing off the 4wd FOTT Go Bush series.
Started well with the forecast rain not eventuating. Saw plenty of Kangaroos and Emus.
Seems to be the way for us at the moment, started last week at Lake Muir with multiple trees blocking our way, it was a little better here as diversions were already in play thanks to those travelling before us.
Coords today were all within 10metres for us. Good day out in the woodlands, very scenic. We need to put the GeoCruiser on a diet though before we play in these yukky scratchy parrot bush tracks again.
Much sadness though as we made a typing error entering coords and 1 of the caches was unable to be found as we were over 130mts from the correct GZ and stupidly [B)] the book with all our solutions in was left at the caravan! So a decision was made that we will need to return again tomorrow to find that one so we left a few others to do on our approach tomorrow.
Good fun series looking forward to seeing it eventually converted on our map.

After coming home, picking the dog up from the vets, feeding the animals and replenishing the batteries the team decided we were suckers for punishment and night owls so we decided that we were good to go on trip 3 out to FOTT 4WD land for some more FTF hunting. Safety in numbers they say especially considering its after midnight.
This has been my biggest week of caching on record but a huge amount of fun was had along the way. Managing to obtain FTF's on about half of the series. This is why I am now over a month behind in logging.
I am so grateful to the FOTT team and all their hard work in giving us these amazing power trails, achievable fun to solve puzzle and the best piece of GEOART WA has ever seen. You are certainly an asset to this state.
Thank you FOTT- for all the caches, the series, the geo art and the many hours of enjoyment.

I’m not quite sure where to start with this log.
This series has been a fixation of mine for quite some time now when I first heard rumblings of its plan. I had come up with all sorts of theories on its location, and when it would come out. I’ve spent considerable time looking at the possibilities of where you can hide a series of this size, and even driven to several feasible locations.
I specifically recall one such weekend, when “I knew” the series was getting published. I had rang the crew, everyone was prepped, they asked me how sure I was, I told them “I know”, took time off work, car fueled up the day earlier - tank “brimmed”, grab bag loaded, you name it it was “prepped”, like a bad version of “doomsday preppers”.
Had a tough week on the caching trails with some very late night slogs through the bush chasing Dark energy puzzles in Harrisdale, so by the end of the week I was knackered, and I awoke on Friday night to the sound of my phone going nuts with all the emails. But I was too tired and had to sleep.
I awoke the next morning and the group which we had pre-named “COBWEB” - Cravo10, OOH YEH, Barnzy12 and WebblyWA - started the mammoth task of solving these puzzles and chasing down these containers. We had a late night on the Saturday chasing most of the evening, with the boys in the Captiva and the girls in the 4wd, just in case we got one car bogged, knowing reception was limited. We then got up Sunday morning and completed some more caching during the day before we picked up WebblyWAs dog from the vet and picked up supplies to keep us going into the wee hours of Monday morning.
A huge week of caching for us, with around 100 FTFs on this trail.
We had an absolute blast on the trail, finding cache after cache, cracking open the tubes gave us a seeet reminder of the number of FTFs we got on the LGA series in Boddington.
A massive shout out must go to the FOTT team, to place and setup a series of puzzles, whereigos and multis of this size and within the guidelines is a huge effort and one that I’m sure is appreciated by the whole geocaching community in WA.
Thanks again to the FOTT.

Well after a number of false starts the day finally arrived, or should i say night and days.
B12 I’m sure has been at the centre of most conversations during the FOTT outings yet he thought he was always one step ahead!
How wrong he was on multiple occasions!! At a time when no one thought it would be publish what do you know.
Any way some great times had now its time to clean the car out.
Thanks to the fellowship boys for some great Geo Art!
