Not where it should have been. Searched other positions without luck. Annoying to get a DNF after travelling all the distance here.
A nice hide thank you. I visited the ANZAC Museum last time I was here so this time I made it to this peace park. Very windy here today.TFTC, an easy find.
Had a bit of a dur moment Was looking for ages Then the Girlfriend came over and found it straight away
This is fun one!! We might use all our fav points on these awesome containers!!! Enjoyable grab as we build toward making our 600th milestone cache the first WA cache. Which was placed 3 days before we got married!! Enjoyed the views and this location!!
I came over to WA last year for WAGB 23 and had such a great time so I decided to come back over again for this years events in Augusta. So after all of the planning with dates worked out my work decided that I could only have one week off so flying over was my only option. So I flew into to Perth and my first stop will be Busselton for 2 nights. It has been 47 years since I was in this part of WA and Im really looking forward to the re visit.Im making my way down the coast and picking out caches that look interesting to me.After spending a bit of time in Bunbury it was back to the Geo Rent a Car to continue along the coast and I then made it to Busselton.Day 4 of the trip. After caching around Busselton, Dunsbourgh and Cape Naturaliste I reached Albany for 3 nights.Caught up with Roaming Howie last night and a plan was hatched to head to Denmark today (the one in WA not the country) to tackle most of roymerc caches and any others that pop up.After finding most of them its time to head back to Albany and a couple on the way back.A nice walk through the park reading all of the information.Another great cache that blended in so nicely. Now time for a beer and some tea.Another fav coming your way. Thanks roymerc TFTC
Day #5. My last minute WAGB adventure continues today! Road tripping again. Ive now met up with Posums in Albany and we are off today on the much anticipated roymerc trail. Fun times ahead. The sun is setting and so we walked to this one before heading off to dinner.A big thanks goes to roymerc for taking the time to add A Geocache at the end of ANZAC PEACE PARK to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Wow! Found by Mary and David at 09:05. How nice to start the day with a roymerc cache - it's been a while. A FP for this little beauty right where it is supposed to be. Memories too of past visits to Denmark, where you don't need a passport. Our thanks to roymerc.
Find number 13733 at 4:12:01PM on Monday the 2 September 2024We're on our way to WA Goes Big, travelling from Croydon (Melbourne, Victoria) with a caravan in tow and making a leasurely caching holiday across the Nullarbor and back. After spending last night at Bremer Bay we head west to Albany, just driving, caching and enjoying the views And after we had setup camp, we ventured out to look around town.A quick find of another nice container.**Thanks for placing this cache roymerc**---*WOW, so much happening here in Victoria*Dont forget to log your will attend for Victorias first ever Block Party in March 2025, the [**The Sunbury Event**](https://coord.info/GCAP417).Theres also all those lists of amazing geocaches at [Geocaching Victorias List webpage]( https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/information/great-caching-lists), go check them out.
Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor.TFTC. Another great hide. Well done.
All found okay here today, a nice walk along the waters edge. Pretty on today's calm day.Having camped just out of Denmark, today was mostly a day around Albany. A lovely warm sunny day, and I think the first time I've visited here when it's dry and not windy, it sure is a pretty area. A few select caches, quite a few ALs and a visit of some interesting historical sites. Had a nice lunch and took the opportunity to get some groceries topped up while in a good regional area. Really loved the scenery of water, calm today, and a few walks by it as well as on hills to enjoy the area. A challenge series on the way out of town and a visit towards Bremer Bay had a later night travelling. Our pre arranged camp at Jerramungup was a good location to stop for the day. Thanks for the cache.
That's a great little cache. Had to wait a little to let some muggles pass. The hint made it almost too easy . Thanks for the cache and the maintenance
Night caching in Albany . Not a problem easy find after a meal at 6 degrees pub TFTC
We arrived in town this morning, got our bearings with a coffee and cheesecake and looked for a cache to find. How about this one we thought. Don't know where everyone else was but it wasn't here. Just right for some cache spotting. Ooo yeah.. that's a fab little hide! TFTC roymerc, FP!
Another very clever roymerc......pazza was almost the "idiot" that put it back in the wrong spot ?? (only a momentary brain-fart ??)Great day in Albany, drove in from the farmstay we are staying at 70kms away, had a nice brunch then grabbed the treadlies off the car and cycled around grabbing smilies!Thank you roymerc for placing and maintaining A Geocache at the end of "ANZAC PEACE PARK" for us and others to find and enjoy! A Fave point for sure as we have now got 1 more to give ????
Found while visiting on Brillance of Seas the cache on ground in the open , met up with Rock Dr also from the cruise
Found damaged and lying on ground. Taken home for repairs. Amazing how such a simple device can be broken!
We were in Albany Australia for the day on our ship - Holland America's Volendam. We had a number of Adventure Labs and some caches on our To Do list for the day at the ANZAC Center area and in the City. We took a taxi to both locations and walked back to the ship from the City. We wound up completing 4 Labs, 4 Stops on a 5th, and finding 12 caches on the day. Great Day in our 9-mile walk.#####################This Cache: Quick Find Note: Response to the Hint - "No idiot has moved it again"
Found while visiting your lovely town on the MS Volendam. Thank you for placing this cache here so that we could visit this lovely memorial park.
Awesome cache in a well thought out spot. I grabbed this and wandered to the other side of the wall to log this before picking the right time to place it back. This is my 400th find so I'm giving a favourite to mark the occasion and for the creative cache, TFTC!
Very klever (see what I did there? ) , nearly muggled but carried on a conversation with the geo in my pocket Put back perfectly Thank you!!
A very effective, hidden in plain sight cache.TFTC roymerc this is find #16500 for us.
Thank you Roymerc for your quick response, great to see cache back in action and our next day trip to Albany allowed us to get a smiley for this brilliantly simple but effective cache. Fav or added. Tftc
Replaced. Again. The battle with whoever keeps stealing it away continues. Hard to guess his or her motivation. (I refuse to use they as a singular pronoun). Maybe some twisted little troll who has pleasure in disruption. Or a Senior Person of a certain age who is outraged by our disrespect of the Sacred ANZAC site. Who can tell.
No luck for us today sadly, checked all the letters, the wooden step, everything - but doesnt appear to be anything extra anywhere that we can see Not having much luck finding geocaches in Albany!
We had fair idea of what we were expecting to find with all the helpful hints but sadly there was nothing we could find that fitted the bill. Li
New cache installed. Just about lost count of how many times this has gone missing! But as it takes my 3D printer less than an hour to knock out a replacement, I will continue to replace them for a while yet
Had a hunt and wiggled some stuff. No extra stand on the K or any other letter. Think its maybe been moved
Went back at about 18.00 and still could not find it. Messaged owner with my findings and he confirmed that the cache is in fact missing.
Sorry Roy etc but Mrs Riddell could not find anything here today. All looks very normal, except what may be out of place, but unable to manipulate any thing.TFTSearch. Im sure its a beauty!
Gotcha - Found with a bit of searching. Log is full but managed to squeeze a signature in. Tftc
A quick find here while a family chased some balls around. A lovely view of the bay here too.
After some time we found this obvious cache. We probably were looking for something different. But well done, I really liked this cache!
Quick find. Peaceful spot, not too many people around today. Nice walk along the bay. TFTC
Whilst visiting Nan for her 80th I snuck out with the family to collect a few high FP caches. This one is very well camouflaged and did not disappoint!! I was born in Albany and it was great to come back to my home state to see everyone. All was good here!! FP for sure
The best day to come looking for this cache is a rainy day! We had the entire park to ourselves.
A favorite point for this one 'cause it tickled our sense of humour!
Thanks for find #4679

TFTC and a nice find in where it is supposed to be I’m presuming. I did all the ANZAC sites the other day and found them very interesting. I’m visiting from the Hunter Valley in NSW
