16-Nov-24
At the beginning of my caching career, GreenGecko1 laid out an agenda of caching each capital city. I'm happy to report 6 states down and only one to go.This weekend was our allocated visit time, unfortunately it arrived on the back of the recent Dunedin Mega epic.Arriving in town Thursday night at 11pm, we grabbed our hire car and set off.We have arrived at the FOTT series and we expected this to be a full on 4WD collection. In parts it was and others much easier. Sorry I don't have any specific notes but recall mostly easy finds at GZ with coords generally quite good no replacements required and caches in good condition.Caches signed as either Muggle65 or M65.

16-Nov-24
Muggle65 and l have only 1 day and a few hours left in WA. We have culled this series down to a few DTs that are in short supply in Qld. We also targeted a few multis, letterboxes and WIGs. Caches were generally in good condition. Thank you for a slow fun drive through the bush.

30-Oct-24
We are on our way back over to the West for a friends memorial service in Geraldton but this trip we are taking our time , enjoying the drive and picking up a few caches and taking in the scenery. We are mainly concentrating on Ad Labs, Earth caches and Virtual's as these don't give you any muggle problems. Of course there will be others in between. The only good thing that came out of our Covid 19 lockdown's was that we had plenty of time to sit around and solve puzzles so this kept us busy for quite awhile.Today is the first time since that we have been in Perth with any spare time so we headed off this afternoon to try our luck at a few. We managed to complete one 4wd track and really enjoyed the drive through the bush. Each container we looked for we found after which we added our name to the log. At the end of that road it was still 35 degrees and the flies were super friendly so we decided that it would do us for today, Hopefully we will be back soon to look for some more. Many thanks for the great geo art and the effort gone into placing theses caches, it really made for a great afternoons caching for us.

19-Oct-24
Kiwinic and myself have packed the car and left Albany for a geocaching weekend. We are here to do the 4wd series and grab a few others on our way. Another quick find. TFTC Smile

Today in Perth for work, I headed out with Barnzy12 for a days caching. We headed out to the Mundaring State Forest to try and find as many of the 4wd FOTT caches as we could, we came away with 147 finds. With a 2wd car and these caches being on the bush tracks we managed to find most of the trail. All the caches found and are in good condition Thanks for the series

27-Aug-24
On our Australian trip . After started for some days in Darwin we are on the road to Perth now .On the Road after Katherine we have seen Edith Falls, Kunnurra and Bungles Bungle. Finally we cross the Pentecost-river to enter the Gibb RiverRoad . A lot to see like Emma Falls, El Questro, Mitchel Falls, Manning Gorge, Galvans Gorge, Bell Gorge, Tunnel Creek and Windjana Gorge .Now return on the sealed road again . Further over Derby, Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, a sidekick to Karijini NP, Exmouth, Coral Bay, Carnarvan, Geraldton, Ellendale Pool, Lake Indoon, Cervantes, Yanchep NP and the rest down the coast to Perth .The 2. day at the 4WD track from FOTT .Yesterday we only had about 2 hours and it was fun. Today it is not so nice.. rain and some wind and even my back is not so pleased .Found it with a stamp .TFTC# 17'545

Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor.TFTC. A great day out with Aquilus1 to get the FOTT 4x4 geo art and some other local caches. An excellent day with lots of challenges including rain in the morning, sand, fallen trees, 4x4 erosion gullies, puddles and wildlife.Didn't start the day until 11am due to scattered showers, but then ended up caching until midnight.By midnight we had collected 204 caches with just 2 people and 1 car, breaking my old daily record of 131.The caches were all excellent in condition, accurate and fun to find. No DNFs for the whole day.I wonder how many we could have found if we had started at 12am?TFTC FOTT

11-Aug-24
Basing ourselves in York for a few days gave us a great opportunity to head out in the forest for the 4WD FOTT series. We had a late start to the day, waiting out some early morning rain. Ending up a great day, despite the long day and my persistent headache, definitely a great series. We were lucky with mostly dry roads, still water about in places, but passed through some interesting roads of much variety. Lots of wildlife, wildflowers and a beautiful bush setting. A really enjoyable day tackling the many road types and their obstacles. We took 12 hours to complete the series in a relaxed time and caching on late to get as many caches in a day, stopping just before midnight on our way back to York. Thanks for the cache!

04-Aug-24
This is the final cache for us in the series. Its been a lot of fun with not too many navigation arguments. Took a few weekends but we have now completed it. A great series and many thanks for the effort in creating this.

We got the Fott lot. The last of a great series for us TFTC

Spending the day out in the hills grabbing the FOTT GO BUSH 4WD series.
The planning started in December and this was the first weekend that was available and so the date was set.
Early in the morning the SLICK G’s (SirFancy, Lachlan1.77, I C Nothing, Kapelula, Geotrakka & myself) met up in Sawyers Valley and piled into the 4x4’s and headed in.
It was an amazing day out with all caches found without issues.

Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for placing 4WD 010 FOTT Go Bush for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 11:38 on 5/3/2023.
This is find number 6752 for me.

29-Jan-23
Today we took the Troopy Hightop to the 4WD FOTT GO BUSH Trail. All puzzles were solved and so we started full of anticipation in this adventure. First on dirt roads and then on terrain 4.5. Soon we had to decide to turn into Terrain 5 street. We drove off and it got a little worse. Sometimes the Troopy was a bit lateral, sometimes a few branches had to be removed because of the height. But all in all, it went very well. We shooed up a few kangaroos from time to time. Since it was very hot, we had enough for today. It was fun to spend some time here. All caches could be found, except the #19, here we put a can. Thank you for the adventure !

Okei

I have been waiting long time to come find these geocaches. Today I was on the tracks hour and bit on my bike and logged 13 caches from FOTT GO Bush series. Thank you for that kind of challenge.

09-Oct-22
With it being Mrs's birthday this weekend it was definitely time to twist a few ams and head off to the bush for some power trailing! Had a great time solving these before heading out to make a dent on the series. What a perfect day - loads of wildflowers and the track along Beekeeper Road was great. Only one DNF and the rest were safely tucked away. Will be back to tackle the rest later on. Thanks for the effort in hiding these ones!

07-Sep-22
During the lockdowns of 2020 we solved this series in anticipation that one day we would be able to visit WA to collect them all. Now in 2022 we have finally headed west to cache here for the very first time.
We set off from York early in light misty rain but luckily it didn’t last longer than 1/2 an hour, allowing us to complete the series today.
Wandoo National Park was alive with spring wildflowers, hundreds of different varieties in so many colours that it was a delight to cache here. WA certainly have the best wildflowers.
We methodically moved through each track, taking care with ruts and wash outs, small and large puddles and chicken tracks around fallen trees in our hire 4WD which handled it beautifully, that is until we only had 2 x 2.5 terrain caches left. Then disaster struck! Previous logs mention Beekeeper Rd being in the worst shape, which as far as rutty track’s go, it probably is but SURRY Rd (or is SLURRY Rd?) is the boggiest, wet track after all the recent rain and we highly recommend people AVOID it until it has dried up. After GC83CXE the track was getting worse and worse so we tried to do a u-turn but it was too late, we were bogged. Luckily for us we belong to a great caching community so help was at hand and we lived to tell the tale.
Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for all the work put into this series, we certainly had an adventure today.

16-Jul-22
Nice weekend out to York to tackle some of the FOTT 4WD Go Bush series as well as check out lovely York. Nice easy finds on all the caches, found approx 156/187 throughout the weekend, no DNFs on all caches tackled....all in great order.

The 4WDing was a little hairy at times but never any worries or doubts in the Cruiser, Beekeeper Rd was probably the worst of it....the scenery was absolutely amazing! What a great area....the weather was perfect for this time of year, no rain, no flies, no mozzies! Started raining on Sunday as we were finding the last of the day before heading back to reality...perfect!

We have added some photos of our journey around the tracks to make up for our generic logs Smile

TFTC FellowshipOfTheTrail for bringing us out here, you managed to combine Pazzas love of 4Wding and Sazzas love of geocaching to make for an awesome weekend!! we will be back to tackle the rest of these.

PS Saz part of sazpazza thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of solving all of these with only a PAF on 3 of them, thanks for making it even more fun! There will definitely be loads of FPs for a great time Smile

Picked up this cache while heading in to explore the Wandoo National Park for another day's caching with ilook4geo. It was found easily, log had two more names stamped on it and all was replaced as found. We enjoyed adding some more body to the geo art. Some of the tracks were definitely good for high clearance vehicles as the ruts were quite deep. Thanks for this cache placement go to FellowshipOfTheTrail. We had another very enjoyable day.

27-Jun-22
Had a fun day driving with goingplaces2 and enjoyed the 4WD tracks as well. Have all the puzzle answers on hand and just need to find the caches to go with them. Today we found all we looked for and the rest will happen soon hopefully. Thanks for this series.

Our whole reason for hiring a four-wheel drive was to have a crack at this series. I made sure we were covered with by insurance, noting that these were all named roads. We'd heard various stories about the 'roads' so took it steady as we were on our own - and saw nobody else the whole time we were here.
We are not experienced four-wheel drivers (although we're done a little) so assessed each difficult bit together before proceeding. Being a fairly new rental, we were conscious of damage and scratches so spent some time clearing sections of track, all slowing us down, but we still managed to find the ones we had planned. I'll be back one day to finish these off!

With the Wangaratta mega postponed, I suggested to stainless steel rat that perhaps a Perth trip was in order, knowing full well he hadn’t graced the West yet. We used up one of our last airline credits and with a little top up we were set. As usual we had a hit list of high D/Ts, virtuals (although I had done most on previous trips), oldies, large caches and favoured ones. We only scratched the surface but had a blast doing it.
We brought a ladder and pole with us but kayaks were going to be way too much to cope with on a five day whirlwind visit! Thanks to the many CO’s for their hides, maintenance and assistance.

This series was why we rented a 4WD but after hearing some of the stories of how bad the 'road' were we started to wish we hadn't, but it the end the rental did ok with Goose doing some great driving to get us to all the ones we had on our wish list along with a few extras at the start and end of the day.

With us not having enoght time to find them all we had a list of D/Ts we both needed as it turned out one we needed was 123 which was the start of the bad tracks so were plesaed we didnt have to go any further South as we were on our own with a rental and not back home in my 4WD.
We started in the Northwest at 039 before heading West and East via the Multis to the 123 area then it was a big odd '2' shape until we got to the letterboxes, after that we collected some Whereigos and headed home, we would have loved to do the whole series but there are only so many hours in the day, maybe back someday to clean up, thanks for all the hard work putting these out I had a great day out.

Myself and Goose had many plans for the tickets we used for this trip, i cant remember the details but I think it was three canceled Mega's and after the last cancellation we only had so long to use up the tickets and with a little bit of cash added we worked out we could have to a trip to Perth to hunt for some fine looking caches.

A 'shortlist' of 587 caches was put together for the trip albeit with the PQs of the whole state as a backup just in case we wanted to forgo sleep, in the end we found 120ish caches in 4 and a bit days, 60 of which were in the 4WD FOTT Go Bush series.

While we were over we got a chance to go to a GIFF Event and briefly meet a few of you locals, thanks for the chat.

Thanks for the cache.

My plan today was to head to the 4WD geoart and try to get it all done. Starting at 10:30am, I kept going until it got dark at 7:00pm. I only managed to find 165 of them today, so will have to return tomorrow morning to find the rest.

Thanks for the cache FellowshipOfTheTrail.

My 2nd full day roving the tracks in FOTT 4WD land. I managed to complete the series today, it did touch 39C briefly but very different to my first very hot day All were found in good nic and mostly relatively quickly.

Thanks Fellowship of the Trail for an excellent series. Caching in the bush with just the sounds of the birds is magic.

Found it. TFTC The Fellowship of The Trial. Signed the log as “PUPP” (papillon367, ullyssia and Photo-Play) We joined up and formed a gang to tackle this series. Planning was a few weeks prior so we put our order in for perfect weather. It was a great drive through this area and nice to get up close to a few of the locals. Most caches were quick finds except one. The track was acceptable with a few obstacles and detours. Although we are not complete, this is a fantastic series with about 150 completed today. We’ll be back to finish off. Thanks for bringing us to this area. There’s going to be a lot of generic logs here, sorry.

27-Dec-20
Thank you! The PUPP team (papillon367, ullyssia and Photo-Play) headed out on a rather nice summer's day to tackle the FOTT. I enjoyed travelling along the tracks, admiring the views at the top of the various hills, seeing the vegetation change at the bottom, and checking out some nice granite outcrops.
I thought we might get half of the series done, but was super happy when we managed to find 151 of the FOTTs, and a nearby traditional. All caches were in good condition, and most were found without too much trouble, though we did have one DNF which I hope to rectify at some point, perhaps when we head back to complete the series.

27-Dec-20
A quick find here. Thank you for the cache and for the fun series Fellowship Of The Trail! Apologies for the generic logs…
Photo-Play, ullyssia and I teamed up to start this series and we had a successful day with 152 finds over 8hrs of caching (plus 3hrs driving there and back), our best daily achievement. This is also over a quarter of my finds for the year in one day!
We picked the day a few weeks ago and we were lucky to enjoy perfect conditions weather-wise. All caches were quick finds except for 1 DNF. We took turns driving and finding, and signed the logs as P U P-P. We started at the eastern end to fill a few spots on our D/T grids and zig-zagged our way back towards the NW corner.
We really enjoyed driving through this beautiful forest. We disturbed several kangaroos and a rabbit along the way, and only came across one other car. There were quite a few trees laying across the roads but most of them already had a by-pass track. We had to make our own way through the bush for a couple but it was nothing that Photo-Play’s 4WD could not handle.
Will be back to finish off the series!

30-Nov-20
There is no stamp in this cache making it non compliant with its type.
(I think the stamp for this one was left in either #7 or #8 as one of these had three stamps in it.)

25-Nov-20
Chwiliwr and I had planned to do some of this series for some time and decided to drive out to the area today. After doing half of them by the time we had lunch we decided to continue and see if we could do them all today so it ended up being a full day of caching doing them all.

All caches found without too much searching although whoever pushed some of the containers right into the ground and/or mulch didn't realise that they would be covered over by insect activity making them all but impossible to find without reference to the hints.

Logs signed and caches returned as found (except for the buried ones which were left out of the ground/mulch.

Thanks Fellowship Of The Trail for placing these caches for us to find.

We headed out today to try to finally finish this series! The wildflowers were beautiful and all the caches in good condition! Thanks for this amazing series!

On a maintenance run in 4WD territory today. This one needed replacing, now good to go. Hint altered.

17-Mar-20
We solved all puzzles before we arrived in Australia.
Then we had to wait for our 4WD-Camper. As we will get our 4WD.-Camper tomorrow, we started today with some T2.5 and T4.5 caches.
With the help of the hints we found all caches easily.
Thank you for these many caches.

Out and about with ICNothing and Kapelula on a FOTT run after solving all the puzzles. Luckily a cooler day within a week of high 30’s. Thank you!

07-Dec-19
After solving all the puzzles when this series first came out we finally organised a trip into FOTT territory to make some finds.
We bribed Mr I C Nothing into driving Kapelula, Meme 28 and Mrs I C Nothing around. We have been looking forward to this day for some time. We had quite the successful day with many finds, many laughs and just a great trip. Oh SVKR_WA we didn’t get bogged so we will leave that to you for next time ! Thanks Fellowship of the Trail for placing this series for our enjoyment.

07-Dec-19
We’ve had this series on our radar ever since it was released. We made plans with I C Nothing and Meme28 to head out today to see how many we could claim. Thanks to the cache owners for all the work making the puzzles and placing these caches for us.

Hi there FellowshipOfTheTrail. I was out with Mistraluna for a couple of planned days of Geocaching around the FOTT trail near York. We had both worked out finals for all caches and using the Nuvi and both GPS's, all caches were found quickly - and the containers and logs are in good condition. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to FellowshipOfTheTrail for this cache - our find 8232

Team Red Roo and I had made tentative plans to tackle the FOTT 4WD series together sometime after he and his partner got back from their latest grey nomad adventures interstate. And they were gone for over six months this time, so all the solved puzzles, multis and whereigos just had to sit on the backburner and wait. But all is now good after a couple of fun days out there in the bush. We enjoyed the various types of bush we encountered but the wandoo forest were both our favourites. During the time we were away we saw emus, kangaroos, wedgetail eagles, red tail black cockatoos, parrots, perenti, gecko, galahs, twenty-eights, kookaburras, magpies, mudlarks, the list goes on, but what topped it off was the sighting of a couple of wild piglets (we wondered where the mother was, but didn't hang around to find out, lol). And of course, we found many, many geocaches too. This was one we stopped for on the second day. All good with the cache. TN, LN, SL, replaced as found. Thanks for placing this cache for the rest of us to come and find FellowshipOfTheTrail

I have been visiting south-west WA from Adelaide for the past 5 weeks or so. Its been a great opportunity to catch up with relatives, old work colleagues and friends, re-visit old places and explore new ones, and grab a few caches of interest along the way.

Its time to start heading east again and today I completed the rest of the ‘4WD FOTT Go Bush’ series, after doing quite a few of them a couple of days ago.

I really enjoyed this series. It was a very pleasant drive through some nice bush, with a nice variety of hides at varying intervals that were easy enough to find. I particularly liked the areas of open Wandoo woodland. A 100% find rate also helps!

Thanks FellowshipOfTheTrail for the cache.

Out and about caching in the countryside. Caught up with friends doing theses caches after I had to attend to non - caching matters. Only got to do 6 caches, but hey, will come back one day. Thanks to the CO for placing these caches along some bush trails TFTC.

Logging this cache find after cleaning up 'that room' which I haven't given a good tidy up of old paperwork. Found paperwork of caches found but not logged - my apologies.

Out and about doing the FOTT Trail.

Plenty of wonderful wildflowers out today on a coolish Early Spring day.
Thanks for an interesting drive through the bush, some side tracks, some ruts, some puddles,
But all in all a great day out.
Thanks for sharing this drive.

Out and about with the Fott on the Fott 4WD series. Unlike some, my logs will be in the correct order. Big Grin

Last one and another quick find here, 40 odd finds in under two hours, not bad going at all.

FellowshipOfTheTrail I found your cache at 10:11am, this was the 41st of 42 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 5551. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Made our mark and replaced.

It had been while since the lads had gone on a caching run. Granett put the word out that he was head to FOTT 4WD territory to grab some caches to complete the Mystery at the Museum souvenir. Of course I was in.

After some squabbling about who would be shotgun, Granett picked up AlliedOz and then headed to my place. We left at about 7am and landed near our first one at around 0830.

A great few hours with good company. These caches completed my souvenirs and filled some spots on my DT grid

FellowshipOfTheTrail SVKR_WA is happy to have found your cache 4WD 010 FOTT Go Bush today at 10:11:27 10 Aug 2019. This brings my find count to 3642

FellowshipOfTheTrail - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. We love travelling the state and visiting some places that we would only visit due to this game.

Out with some of the other FOTT members today to check the trails and nab a few caches.
I joined Granett and SVKR_WA early on, after some schooling on the rules of shotgun we took off and covered a decent portion of the track today with plenty of time to get home for a nap.

Thanks to us for this awesome trail!

We headed out on a lovely winters day to collect some less loved caches and to put the final parts back together on the the FOTT trail. The views were breathtaking and we visited some spectacular locations. We are happy to say we added our name to the log book and walked away with a smilie TFTC

The time has come to make a start on this FOTT series. Decided to spend a couple of hours on a pleasant Saturday afternoon to have a go at all the caches on Beekeeper Road; 41 finds in all, no DNFs, all caches in top condition and accurately located.
Was a bit wary of the terrain ratings but didn't need to engage 4WD today.
Thanks for all the puzzles and for the series. Top effort that.

We loved all aspects of this series, but we particularly enjoyed the (long) day in this beautiful Wandoo forest. A huge thanks must go to all contributors to the series, a sterling effort.

Up bright and early for our foray with iluvtrekking to do this series. Although the weather forecast was dire, surprisingly we had a clear run until around 2pm when the rain started again. The tracks had a few puddles but were easily negotiated by the two girls who did all the driving today while the men did the running from the car to grab the hides. We managed to get the series completed but toweards the end it the gps had already turned to 'night vision'. Thanks to FOTT for a great series. We enjoyed all the puzzles (except perhaps for a couple of the lengthier jigsaws) and had no problem locating any of the hides due to spot-on co-ords and great hints. This terrain is our preferred type of caching and a great day was had by both teams.

We spotted this series a while back and as it looked interesting got solving until we had a full set of numbers. Plenty of puzzle variety and all solvable but with some taking more time than others. Knowing we would not have many days to complete it we opted for the higher terrain ones first and then as time permitted we picked off the rest. Fortunately we made some good route choices and got around the series in a very big day finishing with head torches on after a few early start. Once we got into the swing of the hides and using the hints we progressed well as the GPSr seemed a bit laggy at times not giving us very accurate locations. We saw plenty of Roos and a few emus a lot the way. No real issues with any of the roads or tracks as we picked our way around without too much doubling back. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC and thanks for the series.

Another great day in WA today as Kittykatch, Grimraider, Smittengranny and I (known as Capital Crunchers) worked through the FOTT series. Also another fantastic day weather wise. Its freezing over in ACT and very glad to be over this way and enjoying this great weather. We managed to get down some hectic roads without a 4WD but some spots were a bit hectic. The height of the car also helped with some of the Terrain and GrinRaider did a great job driving.

We started out today with Kittykatch completing Parkrun at St Helena and then brekky at DOME in Mundaring. Delicious food and needed the sustenance for the long day ahead. GrimRaider was the driver and KK was the navigator. But it was a total team effort. We used the stamp of Capital Crunchers and that helped with time as well.

Still in all loved the countryside, the trees and the caches. All were in good condition and we all greatly appreciate the effort put into this series. Looking forward to completing the series tomorrow before we head back to the cold on Monday.

Apologies for the generic logs but we appreciated each and everyone.

Apologies for the generic logs. Another fabulous day in sunny WA. Great weather, great caches and great company again thanks to GrimRaider (Chauffeur extraordinaire), Kittykatch (Team Leader) and Joolay (cacher with built in GPS).
We started the day in Mt Helena and found 7 caches in the area before breakfast at Mundaring. Completely revitalised we took off for our planned attack on the FOTT series starting at GC83EAR and virtually travelled southwards with a few sidetracks. Having finished today's planned 52 caches, we became a bit carried away and started some of tomorrow's as well as we were keen to see the T5 caches. We were soon travelling back to Northam where we registered before logging some caches and returning for dinner.

Thanks again to the COs of this wonderful series. All caches were found to be in good condition with good coordinates and were signed, or stamped, as Capital Crunchers.

Hi there FellowshipOfTheTrail.

We found your cache **"4WD 010 FOTT Go Bush"** at 12:05:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 22377).

We are heading from SA to WAGB in Northam & we stopped off in York for a few days on the way through. Now that we've settled in a nearby caravan park we have taken the opportunity to head out and find some of the 4WD FOTT caches we couldn't have done with a caravan in tow.

Without knowing the area, we were a little dubious about attempting T5 caches without any prior preparation, but are pleased to say that our RAM completed the circuit in 2WD all the way. We're pretty sure that a 2WD sedan could have made the trip we did today without too much trouble

We found 83 caches today & DNF'd 1. Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic travels around Australia.

**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found most caches within a few metres of where our GPS said we should be looking. Wink
**Cache Condition:** The containers and log books were mostly in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Smiley Badge.

Thanks for the hunt today,

Regards

Ian & Penny

A couple of peaceful hours spent out on the FOTT Go Bush trail with Neva2Old, hoping to get some of the more difficult terrain covered before the winter rains come and turn the tracks into streams. 41 caches found easily in just over 2 hours of caching. About halfway there now, I think! Hope to get back out here next weekend to get some more smilies. TFTC Smile

I had an extended Easter break and with today free I decided to head back to this area to finish off the fantastic caches around these parts. I bought the mountain bike to tackle the high Terrain caches and had an absolute blast up here. Cheers and TFTC.

G’day there FellowshipOfTheTrail, I was in this area today and found your cache 4WD 010 FOTT Go Bush GC83WP1. I added my name to the log book at 10:53 am on 23 April 2019. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!

This cache find brings our total find count to 10677. Woohoo!!

Hit the trail today with Spatialriq for what turned out to be a very successful day of caching. 190 finds for me and no dnfs. Most tracks had dried up from Friday's downpour and I got to try out the new all terrain tyres.
Great series FOTT. Thanks for the time and effort involved in putting it all together.

Teamed up with ssclan today to tackle the 4WD FOTT series. Met up in Mundaring at 7am for a quick coffee, then off to the Wandoo area.

A great day with our first find around 7:50am, and the last around 4:30pm. A perfect day to head along the back roads and tracks. Most were in good condition with just a few with some serious ruts. Beekeeper road was particularly interesting!

Saw several kangaroos and one emu that decided to run down along the track in front of us for several hundred metres.

Special thanks to the FOTT team for their efforts in designing the geo-art, preparing all the cache pages and for hiding them all! TFTC
