A very nice and well kept oval, its looking very green which is nice to see. There was a council worker just finishing mowing it as we arrived, hopefully it will be enjoyed by many this summer. The cache was a quick find. Favourite point, this place does have everything. (Including a pair of plovers on the bank behind the oval at the moment so best to stick to the paths.)Thanks for the cache EeePees!
Ooooo first to sign the new log sheet Thanks for the cache! Lovely sunny day and this is a great hide! The Kettering oval is in such good condition, its beaut to come to this community and poke around. TFTC!
On a sunny day out walking the dog I found my second only cache. Nice treat! Needs a new log soon.
After having a lovely walk at Trial Bay RoadieM and I are doing a few more caches on our way home. This was a lovely walk and a nice view over the bay and marina. A quick find was had, the log stamped and we were on our way. Thanks again EeePees.
tassietan and I are out for a caching adventure and have come to this area. I have always admired this oval, it always looks so nicely manicured. It was a nice surprise to find the bush walkway off to the side. Thanks for the cache EeePees, a lovely area again.
Out & about today, doing a loop from Huonville & back via Cygnet & up the Channel before cutting across to Sandfly. Now I am sure I have been here before for another cache but it is not showing anymore so it must be gone. Thanks for the Cache & the nice walk along this track.
What a lovely walk. Nice walk to pick this one up before heading to Gordon for a few days. TFTC
Lovely walk around the oval through the bush. Nice quick find. Thanks for the cache. No. 4 for the day, souvenir day. Thanks for the cache.
Once we got past the incredibly protective plovers it was an enjoyable short walk to this cache. A nice spot. TFTC!Cheers,The Hancock Clan

It was indeed missing from its hide - but there's now a replacement waiting to be found.
Hint also slightly amended.

Camped at Gordon for a few days, thanks for bringing me here, the geodog enjoyed the walk ( so many things to investigate). Quick find all good with the cache. TFTC
Very pleasant day for a stroll. Just missing the whack of willow on leather.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Parked near the oval and walked around on the track to this hide, super cautious of the Masked Lapwing Plovers that are on eggs by now and are most grumpy [:(!] if anything wanders into their territory
{ Kamikaze Jap Pilots ha ha. Just stand there with your fingers (as guns) pointed at them and pretend you are shooting them down lol}

Today we decided to head from Snug - Cygnet and surrounds to find a few more caches that we have not found and to make them a smilie. A great day out, not too cold, sun out allowed us to enjoy the great outdoors.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

After leaving Bruny Island and heading to tonight's accommodation for our second night in Tassie this trip, HerIndoorsOutdoors and I thought we'd pick up one more cache before dinner. This was the closest to where we were staying and only a short drive from where we were staying.
It's a pleasant walk along the track from the car park to GZ and we were tempted to wander further, but didn't really have the time so left it at finding this cache then off to fuel up the geo-chariot for tomorrow's adventures (and hopefully more caches [:)}.
The cache is in good condition.

Today was RGSBruce and my second day in Tassie. After returning to the Big Island from Bruny and checking into our accommodation we had a quick hunt while we were out to give the geo-auto a drink before tomorrow’s driving. The walk to this cache was a nice diversion before we got on with it.

This trip to the south of the state was mainly about doing the boat ride from Adventure Bay on Bruny Island. But of course we managed to squeeze in a few geocaches as well. We mainly targeted GCA caches but as we stopped here to do the nearby GCA history cache we decided to walk the few steps further and grab this one as well.
Thanks.
Thanks.
After we had lunch nearby, we walked across the road to look for this cache. It was a pleasant walk through the native grasses and bushed. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks EeePees for an enjoyable cache.
I love this old picket fenced cricket ground. Very english. Many thanks.
A nice find on a really lovely walk. There were lots of chattering birds and it was peaceful. Our 8th find for the day. Thanks again!
It was essential that I found this cache. Found with the boys. Boy 1 pounced on this one quickly.
Found with Lekker_Ding on a beautiful sunny day. Lovely walk with nice views. Thanks EeePees
Pity that the finder who reported that the log was full and needed maintenance had used the entire last page up, when only 2 and 3quarters of the four pages had been used by all those who had come before.
I added a new logsheet earlier today.
Not happy Jan.
