Thanks CoxFamily7310 for placing Round House Park. Swampy and I headed back to plunder more of the Northern coast over the Hobart Show long weekend. 4 day long weekend for 1 days annual leave. Sweet. This is day 23 Devonport and surrounds. At least my log is not full of bad 80s references. This run has us finding both GC and GCA caches. So many caches, so little time. This is my GC find #2188 and was found on 26/10/2024 at 14:35FTF: Found with: SwampyWeather: fairMuggles: noneLight level: goodCache condition: goodDistance from GZ: Your cache was visited by my trackables: TB9QQD2, TB9KZ39 and TB7HH81
Hi CoxFamily7310. Today we found your cache on the Devo trip for the year. VK7HCH and I hatched yet another plan to whip it up to the north to continue our plundering of caches both GC and GCA. As there are so many caches in this area we had freedom of choice to do those we wished to. We have solved a few puzzles so we can find those and lots of others. Although I didnt find the girl U want, the caches were enough. Its a beautiful world here in Tassie. Thanks for hiding the cache for us to find today. Finding this cache takes my GC finds to 5251 and I found it on Saturday 26 Oct 2024FTF: NoMates: VK7HCHMuggles: Condition: GoodWeather: slightly cloudyMy favorites:Creative - Back to the future 1 by peaches (GCA5JYD)Hardest - Men in Black Holes by SG-3 (Archived)Most visited - Dragons Lair by Shagzter (GC2E33)Tractable also visited your cache

We had completed the Connections in Commerce AdLab and were just starting on the Mersey Maritime Memories AdLab when we encountered another cacher from Queensland, small wombat, who arrived in Devonport yesterday also! After a lively chat, we each went our separate ways and we ended up at this cache and the start of the multi nearby. SL at 12.56pm #10,525 TFTC CoxFamily7310
This was the first of the many caches I found on my meanders on the power trail to the bluff. A nice quick find with the use of the clever hint. Thanks for hiding a cache here!
Today we had 21 caches on the list to be found and 5 AL. We failed miserably and had multiple dnfs for the day. Many of the caches we are sure are there it just wasnt to be for us today. Never mind you get days like that!Yay for another quick find and sign TFTC
It was a lovely, fun filled week with good friends as we explored Tassie and its many delightful treasures. Definitely a holiday, but a holiday with that type of friend that steps up when needed, so they were very supportive of my need to detour or disappear occasionally for a cache. 'Are you loitering again?' as they called it... my loitering at trees, bushes, walls, signs, bridges, statues... well, you know!It was cool just hanging by the water with the big ships in. A look at what caches were nearby, and this was a quick detour, and quicker find, on the way back to the car.
Found this cache alive and well. With new logbook. Thanks Cox family. Nearly didn’t look because it had a maintenance note. Perhaps Cox family a note that you have done a maintenance run.
Accompanied with all7 and enjoyed around town for some caches before farewell all7 in ferry to return home..
Nice spot, signed the log with no trouble..

Really disappointed, we had 5 adults searching for over half an hour, the hint seems obvious hint with that many people searching I’m wondering if it’s gone, also you said the container has changed so what exactly are we looking for ? had to keep moving

So many caches in Devonport! The family and I have been visiting from Sydney and thought we do the coastal walk from lunch at the Laneway to the Mersey Bluff Lighthouse.
This was our third for the day (not including the AL) which was a lot of fun.

A great spot with a great view and a quick find. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
Today we are in the Devonport area and our geocaching aims are to collect as many outstanding caches as practical and to also collect the local Adventure Labs. It is a beautiful spring day, a crisp 16 degrees and the sun is shining. We think this is the first time we have geocached in the last several months without needing a rain coat or an umbrella, how joyful.
This is one of those cache which we have passed by several times on our visits to Devonport but there have always been way too many muggles around to be able to even look for it. Today was different, while there were still a few muggles around there was plenty of opportunity to find, log and replace the cache unnoticed. TFTC

Today was very overcast but not raining. So we decided to go for a walk in town and take some time to discover some of the caches along the river. This must be the king on mint tins.... so it was nice to discover something a little different today. We did find some great locations and hide along the day today.
This new river front will look great once it is finished. It was a quick find today, as there were no muggles about.
Thanks CoxFamily7310 for placing the cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy the find.

Found today with gusandtricky. Arrived today on Spirit of Tasmania. Loving the crisp fresh air with a walk along the river.
Found the Rocky road find today safe and sound. No boat for us today. Flying out instead.
Taking a day out to log some Devonport caches. We were a bit out direction wise to begin with but soon had it in hand. TFTC
Staying in Port Sorell for a couple of days. Nice sunny day for finding caches. Nice quick find. TFTC TNLN log dry.
Thanks for the cache CoxFamily7310.
In the area for a couple of days with RLD4963 and the GeoGSP.
This was a DNF for me back in October. Today I dragged RLD4963 with me, and he interpreted the hint differently to me (i.e. he interpreted it how it was meant to be interpreted) and he had the cache in hand straight away! There you go, just goes to show that if you don't find it the first time, you need to think a little 'wider'.
It was lovely at GZ today, thanks.

Out and about in the area caching with Tassie Trekkers and this was one we found. A lovely day to be out caching. Not too hot and not too cold, sounds like a fairy tale. A quick find. TFTC
Out and about caching with whitewebbs on a lovely summers day. We enjoyed the walk along the walkways. Some were harder to find than others.
This has been a big day caching. A lot of muggles were out and about enjoying Australia Day
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
