Logs
Hi CoxFamily7310. Today I/we attempted to find your Bluff to Coles Walking Track #7. Unfortunately, one of the following happened and that made us unsuccessful in logging a find :1. Hadnt rubbed all the sleep out of my eyes. 2. Hadnt had breakfast so was concentrating on filling my stomach. 3. Had someone else with me and they couldnt be bothered looking and wanted to leave. 4. Had muggles hanging around waiting for me to leave so they could relieve themselves. 5. Wrong time of day. 6. Wrong time of night. 7. Wrong information given to me about where the cache is hidden. 8. Coordinates out by more than 10 metres. 9. Nobody has blown up the nano factory yet. 10. Too much or not enough water / light / GPS signal. 11. Flat battery in navigation device. 12. Cache has been stolen / muggled. 13. Such a small cache hidden in such a large area (fake rock in a boulder field / pico in west coast horizontal scrub)14. Too far up the tree to reach with the ladder AND the pole. 15. Too far down the hole to reach with a magnet or grabby tool. 16. I gave up looking. 17. I need to be somewhere else soon/now/a while ago. No offence intended! One of these may actual fit my DNF on your cache.
Sorry CoxFamily7310, after a thorough search I did not come up with the goods today for your Traditional, Bluff to Coles Walking Track #7. It may be worth a sanity check to see that it is still here, I have been known to be cache blind at times.
In Tassie for the next few months. So many great places to visit and so many different caches to find.Out for only a quick walk today as it was blowing a gale. No real track and a tree had fallen over but eventually made the find. Thanks CoxFamily7310 for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.
I checked the cache, dried it out, and replaced the plastic bag. If coming from the East to find cache, go around the big bushes, and then you will find a small track into the cache.
Took me a while to find a path through to the big gum but battled my way through. TFTC
Well we couldn't see any track. Must have been a while ago. Interesting plants to photograph though. He climbed over fallen trees and walked through 2ft high ferns and eventually found it. Log was damp though signable. TFTC Our first Tassie one.
Got off the Spirit this morning, came to Coles Beach to cook breakfast, then went and found this cache.Great place for a cache.TFTC,all good

Find Number 2700 found at 17:05. Today we found 14 caches, 10 Adventure Lab stages and had 2 DNFs. This was the 11th find of the day
Day 16 of our tour round Tasmania. Today we drove from Launceston to the Spirit of Tasmania terminal in Devonport, via Westbury, Deloraine and the Ashgrove cheese factory.
I had a bit of a bush-bash to get to GZ. I'm amazed at how dry the underbrush is in this area, Hopefully there aren't any bushfires here. Anyway, I found the container as advertised.
The cache was in good condition. We took nothing, left nothing, signed the log and replaced the container as found
Thanks CoxFamily7310 for the cache.

Thanks for the cache, it was quite hard to find mainly due to the downed trees. You will need a stick to get here though to not walk through cobwebs
Found this one today while searching the area for rubbish during the nearby CITO event.

Only the second cache I’ve found solo (and Amy’s first find!), she had a great time sniffing it out
I was looking in the wrong area at first but then found it a few metres away. TFTC .
