Easy find whilst waiting for the ferry. Left a little power ranger type character. TFTC
Nice quick find. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks for hiding and enabling me to continue my hobby.
Hi CoxFamily7310. Today we found your cache on the Devo trip for the year. VK7HCH and I hatched yet another plan to whip it up to the north to continue our plundering of caches both GC and GCA. As there are so many caches in this area we had freedom of choice to do those we wished to. We have solved a few puzzles so we can find those and lots of others. Although I didnt find the girl U want, the caches were enough. Its a beautiful world here in Tassie. Thanks for hiding the cache for us to find today. Finding this cache takes my GC finds to 5244 and I found it on Saturday 26 Oct 2024FTF: NoMates: VK7HCHMuggles: Condition: GoodWeather: slightly cloudyMy favorites:Creative - Back to the future 1 by peaches (GCA5JYD)Hardest - Men in Black Holes by SG-3 (Archived)Most visited - Dragons Lair by Shagzter (GC2E33)Tractable also visited your cache
Thanks CoxFamily7310 for placing Bronze Statue. Swampy and I headed back to plunder more of the Northern coast over the Hobart Show long weekend. 4 day long weekend for 1 days annual leave. Sweet. This is day 23 Devonport and surrounds. At least my log is not full of bad 80s references. This run has us finding both GC and GCA caches. So many caches, so little time. This is my GC find #2187 and was found on 26/10/2024 at 13:34FTF: Found with: SwampyWeather: fairMuggles: noneLight level: goodCache condition: goodDistance from GZ: Your cache was visited by my trackables: TB9QQD2, TB9KZ39 and TB7HH81
A quick find whilst enjoying a long weekend in the area. TFTC!Cheers,The Hancock Clan
After recently retiring, we made a 10 day trip to Tassie, this time bringing our car and the MIL. Just meandering around not particularly looking for caches, just taking the opportunity at the places we stop for breaks etc.Doing a little tour around the Devonport foreshore before boarding the boat back to Geelong and our journey home. Just have a little time to pick up a couple here before leave, and this and the nearby virtual will do nicely. A quick and blustery walk from the car quickly revealed an all too familiar hide. Nice and straightforward!TFTC
Came for the virtual, stayed for the trad. Always good to get a 2 for 1 meal deal! All good at GZ. TFTC .
I found it...sorry the clip broke frome container.contents all good I left a few presents
Found a pencil under the rock but nothing else. A broken nestle lid is near the fence but unsuccessful.
Tasmania Trip Day 3. I was really happy to make the overnight crossing to Tasmania without any issues at all. The slight rolling did not even tip me out of bed. Getting up in time to disembark around 5.45 am was the only challenge, but I did get to visit two caches in the dark before breakfast. I spent quite a bit of the morning caching around Devonport and along he waterfront before circling out a bit to find the four counties on offer before I started along to Burnie, which was a lot closer than I realised. I visited a few interesting locations and then got set up at my accommodation in Burnie. It is supposed to be a heat wave, but it seems pretty cool here to me.I was doing more labs at this stage and as other caches popped up along the way I stopped to have a look. I had to wait for a person collecting stones before I could get this cache. It did not take too long. Thanks for the cache CoxFamily731045805.11 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & July 2021 Hydro Caching A#461**Albida**
A quick find with frmen1. Quite a few muggles around so had to be sneaky. TFTC
#2727 This is my day 257, and the longest physical cache find streak so far. I want to see how far I go. I am on a family vacation in Australia, and Tasmania road trip is our main highlight. Today, we visited Devonport and found caches while roaming around. Thank you for the cache!Dropped offTB8X9R6 DuckTales - Dewey Trackable - crystaloops-crystaloops from Taipei, Taiwan @ February 16, 2024 17:08:02
Wandered along the foreshore his morning and found a few caches along the way. After getting the required information for the virtual here, I checked this cache out before heading back along the path. Luckily I was pretty early, so the muggle factor was a bit less (by the time I finished my walk every man and his dog were out and about.) I made a quick find of the cache, signed and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache CoxFamily7310.
Found with D but a few muggles around, so be careful. We also got to see the bulk cement ship Goliath head out. TFTC
On the walk up to the lighthouse the park here was super busy with cooking and family's frolicking around ground zero, so I continued on.Some time later, with some impressive looking clouds closing in, I made the short detour here for a quick find.I like the Neptune statue. Thanks for taking me here with a geocache!
Found whilst completing an AdLab and a multi simultaneously. A most impressive Statue which can be seen from afar. Another cache found on our Tasmanian adventure in Devonport. SL at 3.10pm Left: deer pathtag. #10,530 TFTC CoxFamily7310
This afternoon we headed back into Devonport from our riverside camp to find the city center caches. Its a nice little town that we enjoyed exploring. Very walkable, we are looking forward to the coming days and doing some of the coastal and riverside walls. Our thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining caches for us to find.Nice quick find and sign here before heading to the virtual TFTC
TFTC. Last cache before leaving Tas heading back to NSW. Currently travelling with TB# TM0HXR
It was a lovely, fun filled week with good friends as we explored Tassie and its many delightful treasures. Definitely a holiday, but a holiday with that type of friend that steps up when needed, so they were very supportive of my need to detour or disappear occasionally. 'Are you loitering again?' as they called it... my loitering at trees, bushes, walls, signs, bridges, statues... well, you know!I was keen to visit the nearby statue but wasn't sure if we would get time. Luckily, as we passed, there was enthusiasm to duck into Devonport for a look! This was a good stop and a great location, so I am so pleased to have the opportunity to visit.
#765 ~ Found with Krossbo while waiting for our ship to sail in. The rocks werent too friendly to my knee & left me with quite a dent. Cache eventually reached & log signed. TFTC CoxFamily7310!!
