Time for this one to go - ants and roadworks have made this area not as cacher friendly as it once was. The unreal dodgy bodgy has well and truly grown up and flown the nest.

28-Apr-23
So cool the geo is broken as the note was no longer attached to the art but still amazing

Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".

So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.

**Thanks to MattyRx for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

A road trip with my best man and his family; heading towards Kempsey with a few stops along the way, then returning via a different route and arriving home just before Christmas. We have camped up at a Hipcamp at Coffee Camp. It is a Mango Farm with all sorts of alternative foods and medicines, very different, but for us it is a base to camp and have a camp fire at night.

Today I went for a little drive around the area, exploring the area and grabbing a few caches to keep me amused as I went around. This was a nice find and a nice puzzle. I did not think I was going to get there with the current road works but the nice guys let me through. Seems it’s a good place to stop for lunch.

Thanks for the cache and the hide, I signed the log and returned all as found.

As we arrived we wondered if this cache might have been compromised by building equipment but luckily the location is safe and there were no workers around today.
A cute fun cache, even though the quartet seem to have laughed their heads off at some stage.

Pulling up close to GZ we were grateful it was the weekend. There is a whole lot of road works equipment and stuff right next to the cache location. Happily there was no workers on site today.

Scurrying into the area we soon spotted the unreal dodgy bodgy and headless winged quartet. Very cute ?? A quick happy snap and then we left our scribble on the log.

Thanks for the cache MattyRx Big Grin

I travelled to Dunoon on my caching outing today. I have previously stopped and admired the sunset in this location. I found 'The Unreal Dodgy Bodgy and the Winged Quartet' and feel that I have met these type of characters before. I have worked in a few hospitality venues over the years. Sometimes merry patrons think they can sing and feel a little under the weather the next day. Thanks MattyRx for originality

NIce arrangement for a quartet, log hard to replace with the extra paper.
Log signed and cache replaced as found.

After a lovely day wandering around Gemfest I decided to take the long road home to find a couple of geocaches.

I was wearing a dress and sandals so was glad the grass had been cut here recently, however wasn't glad for the wind that got my dress stuck on the barbed wire! Haha

Loved this cache find. It's always a great cache when it paints a huge smile across your face. And this was certainly one of those.

Thanks MattyRx

thanks for cute cache

I'm not sure what an unreal dodgy bodgy is but I'm sure I've found another cache with the same name years ago. Not this one though, but after finishing the nearby where-i-go and heading towards the Channon tavern for cooling refreshments on this pleasingly warm, sunny day, It was too much temptation to see what I would find here so KTB and I stopped off here.
KTB was off like a shot as soon as I pulled up and unsurprisingly was the one to make the find here as a result. Hard to miss really.
A great little set up here, we had a bit of a laugh before scribbling our names onto the scroll. So thats what an unreal dodgy bodgy is. of course!

My thanks go to MattyRx for placing this one, a nice fun trad to add to todays adventuring in this neck of the woods. much obliged sir!

Finding a few caches for Griffo! We took a bit of a detour on our way north to find a couple of your caches. Loved the guardians at work at this cache - it did brighten up the search! Thanks MattyRx.

03-May-19
We did enjoy the cache guardians. They are very happy looking after the cache and doing a very good job of it at that. We were very pleased to stop here today while being able to only do a couple of caches after paying our respects to Griffo this morning. Thanks MattyRx for placing this cache and taking such care and attention. All good here.
Cheers and happy caching!

I had found the previous two dodgy bodgies and was actually excited that he has been resurrected. I was wondering if perhaps I am having an existential crisis in that dodgy bodgy could be so exciting. But now I’m sitting at a water tank in the grass watching a black and orange lady beetle whilst I try to work out how to get wizards to talk to me at another of Matty's caches. Yes definitely a two third life crisis (as opposed to mid life crisis).

After seeing this one go live, I waited for a few hours before making the decision to go after it. 45min drive and I’m at GZ to see a beautiful sunset, and extremely cute Cache.
I’m going to run out of Favorite points if I keep doing MattyRx caches.
Cheers mate,
Another favorite from me.
