Out an an isolation walk with my Granddaughter, found the obvious hiding spot but no cache. Owner may want to check this one
DNF streaks are sad. I think I have found where this cache should be? I'll come back after a find
No luck this afternoon. Found the hint, but it looks like it has been tampered with recently.
Getting the new year off to a good start with a cache, a souvenir and a movie. And we jagged a rare parking spot right near GZ. Happy New Year, SS! SL TFTC Cheers.... Gaztek
Stopped and enjoyed the view while a muggle worked VERY close to GZ, thankfully he left after a couple of minutes and the find was made.

Busy day at the yacht club but manage to find this. Lots of difficulty in getting it out.TFTC
It was raining quite heavily when we got to this cache, so it was lucky that we found it quickly. TFTC!
After a working week in Melbourne, I'm spending a weekend in Sydney, before heading back to Belgium on Monday.
As everybody knows, the best way to visit a city is by following the geocaching track. So this morning after a good breakfast, me my iphone and two power banks hit the streets of Sydney.
To be honest I thought it was a nice city, but it proved to be a GORGEOUS city: beautiful gardens, amazing views, friendly people, thousands of places to hang around or eat. Clear water and clear skies, and many, many caches.
By the end of the day I believe I found 20something caches, and I had walked, many, many kms.
Still it was a fantastic day on a fantastic city ... with fantastic caches
Though there were many nice caches along the way, I would like to specially thank TFTC_Sydney for taking so good care of "us" (tourists with a lot of things to do & see and too little time)
Really, a big thank you for all the caches, from a Belgian cacher

After finding Off the Beaten Track, I set out to find this cache which is nearby.
It was a quick find, but I needed a stick to ease it out of its hiding place.

Tftc. In the north side for a medical appointment so decided to clear up some caches.
A nice quick find on a lovely Sunday morning bike ride. Thanks for the cache!
Yet another lovely place in the area. The general area that is, not the drain pipe. My fingers were a bit clumsy but had CIH in the end. Tftc!
Down from Brisbane for the OZGM, grabbing a carefully compiled list of solved puzzles and caches along the way.

With the day rapidly ending and my streak on the line, I was very glad for the great hint.
I managed to find the described feature despite the low light levels and quickly had the CIH.
Signed and replaced.

Great for a walk. You can also head to Celcius cafe or take the ferry at Kirribilli wharf nearby too. There were a few people about, so walked to Colindia reserve at the end of the street to enjoy the sun and sound of water lapping at the shore while I waited for them to leave. It’s a cute little postage stamp sized park.
This is a tricky little area to get around if you're not local and equally as tricky to find somewhere to park the geomobile. Finally managed somewhere actually very close to GZ then walked up. Having read other logs I decided to use the hint rather than the GPS to locate the cache. Even that was tricky as I must have a very different interpretation of the colour spectrum to the CO and saw nothing red.
Eventually from the right angle I spotted the hide.
Good views at this location.
My cache for Empire Day!

Nice hide first up after dropping wifey off at North Sydney. Not a muggle about in a quiet location, thanks santosaunders
After checking the very helpful hint it was an easy find. No pen today so took a photo. Thanks for the cache.
This little cache was spotted by sharp-eyed Mateo after we searched both sides of the road for this one. Hint really useful. Thanks for placing
Out for a leg stretcher so this looked a good distance and off we headed.
The GPSr wanted one area but the hint another. The hide was soon spotted but the extraction meant a nimble operation. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC

Just one more cache on the way home. I had o find the correct side of the road though, and try not to disturb the lavish 6 year old birthday party. TFTC santosaunders!
We visit the fabulous city Sydney and walk around nice spots.
Here we can find the cache after a short search.
Thank you and greetings from Germany send Moorhelmi

I'd love to be out sailing, but at least we found the cache, after dark with only a light breeze and a low swell. TFTC
Our last find after a big day over Allambie way. Once we were on the correct side of the road it was MA who's small fingers got the grab. TFTC

Weather: Overcast autumn afternoon
Cache condition: Good
I had to dial into a work meeting, so decided to "cache and call" on the way home given I was already out of the office. I dialled in after getting off the train and walked down to GZ. I soon identified where to search, but really struggled to get access to the container, snug in its home and with a phone in hand, but was eventually successful. TNLNSL, TFTC

After exploring the caches in North Sydney I arrived on ferry to find this new addition.
Cache was quickly found thanx to the generous hint, otherwise this would have taken me a bit longer

Took the train over the bridge followed by a wander through the pretty Kirribilli streets to GZ.
Even with the generous hint this one is well hidden.

This was a quick lunch time find thanks to accurate coordinates and a good hint. It reminded us of another cache that used to be close by at the end of the street called Tiny Beach. Congratulations Aussie Pam..... well deserved FTF.

I’m making a habit of these quick lunchtime cache runs. Having done the Platypus Base within the hour a month or so ago I dashed off to grab this new one and made the find and return in the required time. I also managed to grab a few clues for the nearby ‘into the library cache’. Will be back for this one. Nice sailing club, a little more fancy than my club over in Balmain . TFTC Santosaunders #899
With hatzofff for a few days caching around Sydney. We stopped by to collect your cache.

Saw this new one pop up yesterday, and was pleased to see that the awesome AussiePam was quick on the scene, beating the hounds to it for FTF! Congratulations AussiePam on your first Aussie FTF, and in your own backyard to boot! And today it was my turn to check out the new cache, stopping off at Kirribilli on my way home from work, to see what was on offer.
Parked the geomobile on Peel Street, across the road from the sailing club and about 50 metres from the cache, then strolled down to GZ for a look. Quickly spotted a likely feature and, on closer inspection, it was CIH. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. Now I'm off to check out a nearby waypoint of a longish MultiCache that we have been working on. TFTC santosaunders.

GOSH !!! A new cache right in my own backyard!!!!! Awesome.
I don't normally have either the opportunity or the inclination to chase FTFs. I leave this happily to the local FTF Boyz (yeah, you know who you are!!) but this one ...!!!! Thought I'd give it a go anyway - and nearly fell over when I found a pristine, totally naked, squeaky clean log!!!
I have four FTFs under my belt, but these were all hunted and captured on skis, on the wintry slopes of Colorado mountains.
THIS IS MY FIRST AUSTRALIAN FTF.
Thank you santosaunders!

On the way home from work when I saw this cache pop up and no real detour required. About 10mins to GZ I checked to see if anyone had already found it. Nope. This will be a right place right time FTF. Cool!
Arrived and got the closest parking space to the cache that is possible and it was the only available spot for miles. This was meant to be... Under the close eyes of a security guard letting in patrons to the sailing club, I spied the hint and soon had CIH. Opened up to see a familiar name in the FTF row. Oh cool, AussiePam. Its really nice that a CO who puts in effort to hide wonderful and quirky caches all around this area gets a FTF on local turf.
Then I read AussiePam's log to find this is her first AUSFTF. That is unbelievable and awesome! Congratulations!!! I now feel more satisfied to have 2TF as I would getting first. It was meant to be
