Found at 15:46 by Olga. A nice little walk. We noted the other little stairs. I'd say this is a popular place for children to play.
Was wet today, so the challenge a bit more difficult. A beautiful walk through the park.
Im pretty sure I came up to it the wrong way Once in the right spot it was a easy find That cache brings up the 300th find Using the new stamp too!!!TFTC Caching in sterling with my geodog buddy

TFTC! I found it well hidden but with some rubbish over it. The logbook has on around 20 pages the ' n-word' scribbled in with pencil. It is such a shame that people take it upon themselves to be vandals.
Previous log indicated GZ coords may be a little off so used our geosense and made the find TFTC SL
Went out to check on the status of the cache. It's still there, in situ. No problems at all.Look on the down side of the goat track. No need to leave the path.
Christmas trip to Adelaide 2023. Day 9. Blackwood Day 7. After a morning family outing and a lunch of Christmas ham, I headed out to try my luck on a few caches at Crafers and Stirling in the hills behind where I am staying. A cool sunny day and a few difficult caches to add to the entertainment and I was off home again. The village was very quiet, but there were a few people sitting and others playing with a dog in the main part of the park. I eventually found my way onto the trail that was needed and went along to near GZ. With the description, I started looking before leaving the trail and was able to find the cache in a logical spot about 10m from where my GPS wanted me to go.Thanks for the cache JDHZ45196.4 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & July 2017 Safe Travels A#363**Albida**
Found it! Took a good 15 minutes of walking back and forth (past the cache) several times before digging around a bit and finding it well hidden! #342 TFTC!
I crossed one of the bridges but soon got caught by sluggy grass, so I went another way. Reading others finds helped me locate my 1st cache. Beautiful scenery.
Lovely area.
A bit daunting at first glance.
Read description and that helped.
Soon had cache in hand and signed log.
All good.

After a shortish walk through some wet grass and then along a muddy track I found a cache.
Just need to think like a cacher.

Came back the next day and found it. There was a helpful log that said it was a bit further away than the gx. I estimate around 10m away so have a good look around
Responded to a message saying the cache was waterlogged.
We've replaced the outer container, put in a new logbook and added some trades.
The cache is ready to be found again.
Please use the goat track.
We've changed the hint to reflect the type of cache.

Wish I had read the hint before scaling halfway up the slippery slope! Never mind - a quick trip back down into some blackberry bushes, then on my way up the goat track. A few likely hiding spots were checked before making the find. TFTC
We found it because of the clue. We have gone here so many times because we live close. Never have thought to go up there.
Found. Thanks for taking us to this beautiful park. It certainly has an overgrown feel to it at the moment - and quite hilly too. Maybe I should have looked at the hint (or used some initiative) before scrambling up in my sandals. That totals 3 finds for today around Stirling, now time to head home. Tftc.
Quick easy find as it was quite exposed. I signed and popped it back with a little more camouflage. We used to hide in this park as teenagers and sneak the odd ciggy... TFTC and memories!
#16709 - 11:08:00 AM; Returned to South Australia yesterday accompanied by Sol de lune to retrieve the geomobile, which had been in dry dock in Victor Harbour since my previous visit. Now back in action, and after spending the night in Adelaide, we set off this morning headed to Mildura in the reinvigorated geomobile. As we headed out of Adelaide, we decided to add a few counties to our tally. This saw us weaving our way through different parts of the city collecting caches as we went. After making it out of the city and up the hill, we grabbed this one after grabbing some brunch at a local bakery. Returned as found after we had signed the log. TFTC JDHZ
In Adelaide with LuckyL10n to pickup a car and driving back to Canberra...and of course that also meant grabbing a few caches. We concentrated on the counties we hadn't been to before, ensuring we grabbed one or two to cross it off the unfound list.
No problems with the ones we decided on, and our names were soon in the logs.
Thanks JDHZ

Thank you goat track! I wasn’t keen on scaling the hill!
Sandyofthesea and I took off from Perth at the start of April to travel more of Australia using geocaching as a guide to see the sights. How good is this country!!

Today is a weekend, and weather is fine. Good season to enjoy autumn leaves.
We visited Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens, and found a lab adventure cache there. Then we visited Stirling, and found a cache which we DNF before.
About 3 years ago, on 02 June 2019, we tried this cache, but no luck. I can blame it was raining, or we were in a rush, or maybe just ran out of luck.
Today, I took a closer look. Like last time, I approached from the west side, which made the terrain unnecessarily higher than it should be. Approaching from south is recommended. Or just reveal the hint.
It did not take too long to find the cache.
Cache container was in good condition. Took nothing, left nothing. Signed the log book, and put the cache back. Covered it well.
Thanks for the cache, JDHZ. Now the blue sad face can turn into yellow smiley face.
PS: I took a photo nearby. It's not at GZ, but it was on our way to GZ.

I parked up and made my way down the hill, then thought I’d go straight up the bank and skip the goat track. Arrived at GZ and found the cache easily enough but was 10m from the co ords
This morning I headed up to the hills for a half’s day caching with some commitments after lunch, a nice drive around with some small walks in the mix.
18 finds for the morning
Thanks for the cache
