Vegetation has grown to an extent that this is no longer a suitable site for a cache.

Everything is wet, spiky and spidery. Couldn't set eyes on it but found a few critters I wasn't keen on. It's a good spot for a cache but from the comments below it easily gets pushed too far in. Tftc but no luck for me today
Wild goose chase for us. Scratched around everywhere and came up with an empty beer bottle.
Second Times a bloody charm. Anger was setting in and defeat was near. One last look. Bingo.
Whoever put it back in its spot really put her deep. Spiders probably live on my body now
Trackable has been place in here

The sunset forced an early defeat. The darkness isn’t our friend. We will attempt this again…. Marc my words (personal pun intended)
Not sure how many spiders webs I put my face through to find this one. GPS was leading me astray here so it was back to the caching senses and good old searching. I spied it then had to reach it.
Log is wet despite the double container. A lovely spot I didn’t know about not too far from my house. Tftc

Difficult, surprising, and… spiky! Very wet. Needs replacing. Pencil is broken too
I spent 10 minutes digging through the undergrowth but finally spotted the cache.

This one took me a while as it was hidden a bit more randomly than I expected. After checking all the spots I thought were most obvious a number of times I then moved onto the less obvious and soon came up with the hide. Thanks for the cache cycling girl.
Found the Cache!
I was looking along the bank and in the water but that's not where I found it. I am unsure if GZ is off or if cache was moved away from water and closer to the path
Either way, a wonderful location and another great cache. Found that none of the logged TBs were in the cache so I left one that was in my possession

Caching on the Gold Coast today with Hatsoff, RoddyC, GrannySmith1947 , nice parklands around here with a big lake. Co-ords were a bit out so we extended our search but we soon found a nice sized cache.

Out with Cherry Blossom 81 and Critical Sauce and chose this cache as the one to find. A nice location for a stroll and a few wildlife around which was great.
We were pointed in the right direction and wasn't long before the find was made. Great idea for a cache container, looks like Travel Bugs are also suffering travel restrictions due to Covid as there were no temporary residents, otherwise everything is good with this cache. TFTC, signed and returned as found.

What a tricky find crawling around for about an hour and our second time trying to find it we left last week as it was flooded and we thought we wouldn't be able to find it coordinates are definitely off
That was a good one to find beautiful area nice lake and not where I would’ve thought to look good if you’re a bad person settle
I’ve found the previous incarnation of this cache, many, many years ago…
Once I’d decided to dive in I managed to make the find… tftc… spent some time watching the council cleaning off the weed in the lake…
Tftc… left NURTZ TB to carry on…

TFTC. Out with PirateLinda and Peppa and CatBoy. The paddle boat just started up with weeding the pond as we got to GZ. Lovely swans keeping an eye on us as well.
Found with Peppa, Giraffe 18 and Catboy67. Fantastic container - so nice to see lots of swag all safe and dry. Had fun watching the floating boat thing cleaning up all the weed.

Original visit was 24/7/2019. We were only new at this lifestyle and didn't know not to log found if we hadn't signed the actual log. Finally back in the area visiting the hospital and just had to give it another go now that my hands arent sore anymore AND I did it, it opened and WOW the previous finder did drop a few bugs for travelling. I will discover but I am not very active at the moment so no good taking any with me. Hope they all find a back to piggy and get out on the road again soon
What a beautiful park and the black swans are so graceful. This is a huge cache, so I have dropped off 10 trackables for a rest after a long time adventuring with me. I have left them all in one bag. I have dropped some swag in plus some stickers in the jar. Thank you to gracious host of this hotel, I hope this TBs’ treat you well and don’t get too rowdy.
Awesome little spot for a walk and pushbike ride. Dropped a travel bug in and retrieved one out
Replaced soggy parts. As this cache is beside a lake that floods, would everyone please close it firmly to prevent water damage.
Dayboro QLD Mega - Day Four:
The fourth day of our mega road trip with buhfuhguh!
Another 12+ hour day of caching, one of the highlights was finding nine Earthcaches, I am sure that is a daily record for me! Just crazy! A whole bunch of challenges, wherigos, virtuals, letterbox's and Australia's most Eastern cache were also good to grab. A very long but eventful day!
We started in Casino, NSW at 7am and finished up in Bray Park, QLD at 10pm completely buggered! Thanks to all the CO's
---
This Cache:
A large travel bug hotel - my favourite! so close to the highway, yet so far! We wanted to grab a virtual nearby anyway so it was worth the detour.
Unfortunately the cache was completely saturated though, including the trackables which were unlucky to be soft animals. We took them however and tried them out on our trip so they are ready for their next adventure. Cache will need some maintenance to dry everything out
Thanks!

Found during my Mega Roadtrip to the Dayboro Mega with Loci612, with many Earthcaches, Virtuals, larges and LGA's with around 300 finds in total it was a massive trip. Thanks for the cache and being part of the journey.

I had a pile of Travelbugs to bring up from the Greater Sydney area, so I put eleven in here.

Baxamas907 found this one all by himself, his first one!! 9 year old cacher.....
Good size. The main concern for us Mexicans were the big, in number and size, spider webs. TFTC. Giddy up
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Bennyboppers and Lisylou). We were greeted by some friends. TFTC!
Nice big find here today, we also made some friends with some swans swimming by. Tftc
Found on the way home from our wonderful stay in Cooly. No TBs resting here today, they must be all out travelling still, maybe they can't get across the border!

Didn't find it - possibly because of flooding, will come back another time
Everything we hoped for in a cache at our holiday location - lovely scenery, neat hide right on GZ, and room for our new friend Police Officer Duck! TFTC

I was on the Gold Coast in March and looked for this cache twice without success
And then I found myself very unexpectedly in John Flynn Hospital and I spent a week looking at this cache from the hospital room window. I was even tempted to limp/drag myself down to the cache in my Hospital Gown
Today after visiting the specialist and getting the all clear to return to home to my my wife very kindly stopped at the park entrance so I can make a third attempt at finding this one. Today, it was quick and easy find I have no idea how I missed it back in March. I think I had must have had very bad case of cache blindness

This was my second go at this one and i was determined to find. Persistence prevailed and was shocked how huge it was and how i could have missed it. Great hide, great cammo. TFTC.
Found the cache safe and sound as always however the TB listed in here appears to have gone missing. . Dropped off two TB’s today.
took a solid half hour of rummaging around, but we finally found it!! left some things, tftc!!!
Took a while because it's very well camouflaged but very fun!! Good luck for the next hunters!!
