Taurus Six and I have taken an extra day off work to make it a five day Easter Break after meandering our way through the Metro suburbs yesterday. Today is day two of our break and we are here in the beautiful Swan Valley . We wanted to balance exploring the area with leisurely long winery lunches and of course as much geocaching as possible. The day was a beautifully sunny day just enough of an autumn feel with a little bit of cool in the morning and in the evening once the sun has gone down . The morning started off with an abundance of kangaroos, parrots and ducks which was delightful to observe . We picked of a number of Adventure Lab elements and traditional caches throughout the morning and late afternoon, there was an abundance to choose from which made it very enjoyable. This was our fourth cache find of the day along with nearby Adventure Lab elements . This road was very quiet on Good Friday Morning making the finding and retrieving of this cache very quick and easy . Thanks for the cache parkacruz .
A day trip to Swan Valley. Nuts, juice, honey and fruit. I collected 13 yellow smileys in total and no DNF.Thx parkacruz for hiding and maintaining the cache.
Getting a rhythm going here. Wish there were some more. All well on a fairly quiet road. Tftc fave for a neat little series.
This is my 4618 find.
Thank you parkacruz for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!
(I’m not a geologist I just like puns)
The name proved very accurate with this little series, walked straight up to the cache and soon had our names on the log.

Thank you! Out finding a cache or two before catching up with a friend for brunch. Happy to make the find here.
Back in WA after being on the road travelling since early 2014.
Headed out to tackle a few more caches. Amazed at how much some of these areas have changed since we were living and working nearby.

Another quickie.
Today it is the WAGB 2020 event. With both of us in a tight timeframe and not being able to spend the whole day at the event, Kyzabra and I headed out early towards the event.
The plan is to grab a few caches along the way and pop into the event at start tone, stay a little
While and then head off to our respective busy afternoons.
Always great to see everyone at an event and WAGB tends to bring a greater number of cachers out to meet.
parkacruz SVKR_WA is happy to have found your cache 1 Park and Grab today at 07:59:11 21 Nov 2020. This brings my find count to 4512
parkacruz - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. We love travelling and visiting some places that we would only visit due to this game.

A dog across the road was barking furiously. Luckily the owner didn't come out and ask what I was doing. Thanks for the hide.
Thanks for this nice cache here and my number 4910.

We had a couple of free hours this afternoon so it was back out to Ellenbrook area to tick off a couple of unfound caches. This was one of those caches TFTC.
After driving around in the rain for a few hours gradually picking off some of the Ellenbrook caches, I called it a day and headed home via West Swan Road - which meant I could pick up these four along the way After some very wet searches today it was nice to finish up with four easy drive-bys No muggles to contend with either - well, other than four legged ones. No problems at any of them, each one was a quick find in the obvious place TFTC
Directly across, a woman came out of her house and stared at me... It was best to introduce myself... she and her husband have wondered why people stop here at this spot, where it has been unnerving for them. After an education and showing them the log, phone app etc they are now so much happier and they won’t think everyone is dodgy... they will let the neighbours on the street know so we will be welcome!
Great hiding spot. A quick find on my way to the Swan Valley. Thank you for the cache parkacruz.
Out and about with the Geodad (GHFB) today to claim some caches around Ellenbrook. TFTC
Spent a few hours with my geodaughter TH/CS tackling some of the Ellenbrook caches, 30 finds and a number of DNFs later we called it a day. Thank you to all the COs for placing the caches.
Out on the bike today to tackle some caches in the swan valley. Quick find here TFTC
Out on an early morning cache hunt. Trying to get the final souvenir of the Museum Mystery, but not easy with very few unfound caches near home ... I've been too efficient over the years!

Find 14 of 22 with one DNF and one Could Not Look on a bitterly cold bike ride around Ellenbrook and Aveley. Excellent entertainment mostly sponsored by Parkacruz again. We will miss our Ellenbrook trips if we ever finish these caches off!
Quick finds through here.

The new Geocaching ‘mystery at the museum’ game had us scoping out areas where there were plenty of caches to find so that we could claim a few souvenirs. This spot looked just the goods and we made plans to head away early from Baldivis and enjoy a nice winters day! This cache was one that we found on our travels today. Cheers and TFTC.

Plans were made a few days ago with Barnzy12 and WebblyWA to come back up to Ellenbrook to try and clear up the massive amount of green dots that appeared after the CO,S event. We were hoping to grab all of them but the weather was terrible and we got soaked after finding the first one lol....The rain kept the muggles away but it didn't help us find some of the caches so I think we ended up with 70 finds and about 10 DNFS. Clearly a lot of hard work went into placing all the caches and I would love to say they were easy finds but that definitely wasn't the case with some of them and im very glad we bought a certain TOTT with us...Mr OOH YEH managed to work out Annies Landing a few days prior and I must admit that was a very creative cache well worth a fav point. Even though we got drenched we still had a fun morning of caching and we will be back in the near future to find the rest of them. TFTC parkacruz
A couple of days ago plans were hatched with ooh yeh and webblywa to spend the day caching around Ellenbrook to pickup all of the new Parkacruz caches that were published at their recent explosion of play event.
We knew we were in for a tough days caching after our FTF hunting efforts were thwarted with a large number of dnfs. It was much easier to find these caches during the daylight hours and after consulting a number of the attributes, precious finders and even the CO we armed ourself with enough info.
In preparation for the day mister ooh yeh had solved the Annie’s landing puzzle and the find there was one of the highlights of the day. The best cache of the day was the Phillips Library which is one of the best made containers I have found in all of my years of caching.
The weather was great for some of the urban hides as the rain managed to keep muggles away and allowed us to cache in peace. Although by the end of the day we were absolutely drowned out.
We ended up with nearly 70 finds for the day, and nearly 10 dnfs which is quite good considering how well placed a number of the containers are. Thanks Parkacruz for a great day out.

I'd only just got home , let out the old dog and made myself a cuppa when the phone went BING_ BING_ BING_BING_. I didn't think it was going to stop. Looked at my phone grabbed the car keys and locked the door. I managed a few ftfs and had an enjoyable afternoon caching. tftc
