Logs
An evening excursion to pick up the caches we didnt get to this afternoon. Yes - that's fresh snow on the mountain tops!
A very nice location for a memorial bench and tree. We enjoyed walking along the lake on this sunny and warm morning. TFTC!
I am making a dent in this series today, which will also help me get the lay of the land. TFTC.
Picked up on the way back to the camp after a quick trip to the play park to keep the kids amused that tuned into a morning at the library
After enjoying a lovely stay at a local tiny house, GeoJayne and I made our way from Wanaka to Haast to Fox Glacier. It was another lovely day and we loved all the sights we saw along the way. Geocaching takes us to all the best spots, doesn't it?We found our way to GZ eventually after parking not too far away. There were lots of pups and owners walking, but they were friendly and didn't appear to care what we were up to.When we finally made our way to the cache, we were delighted with the lovely view. Thank you for the smiley and the fun!
Just getting around to logging the caches I found while visiting New Zealand from the U.S. with LaFavorite Cacher. We had a great time traveling around the country seeing the sights and picking up some caches along the way.Thank you for being a part of our adventures!Note: LaFavorite Cacher has sent in the answers for any earthcaches or virtuals required for both of us.
Fabulous views here - will have to return in winter, I'm sure the mountains would look amazing. TFTC.
Lovely walk with fab views after-dinner at the hotel. Found other side to hint by Mr BLB. Replaced as found after signing with initials. Tftc
It was really windy when we looked for this cache. Since the spot was obvious it was a quick find TftC
Nice quick find on a very windy day. Lovely view, too windy to stop and enjoy it properly.
Arrived back to civilisation today from Te Araroa into Lake Hawea, very keen to get to accomodation and rest up but having some caches along this strip of the lake after days without any caches along the trail I couldn't help myself. I didn't stop to find all of them but it was great to get some smiley's here to mark my progress. My thanks go to Drawp for placing this cache and adding to the fun of today's walk.-- This log is trackable ! ---- Feel free to discover ---- Please mention, in which cache you've seen this code: ---- 3TABQX --
A quick find here. What a beautiful view up here!! TFTC. Dont have a pen so photo for proof
31 December 2023 15:36 TFTC drawp for placing this cache, number 13229 for me. Now I've had lunch, (good pie from the cafe, but too much mustard for my taste). Its time for more caching! This one was easy (for a change).
Thanks drawp for the cache. Its #1772 for us. We found your cache on 12 November 2023. Blowing a gale today with extra wind warnings! View still stunning though
Visiting NZ because of the WinterGamese here in Wanaka/Cardrona.

Its been many years since I was last at Lake Hawea. I really enjoyed my walk along the foreshore. That track is brilliant.
One of a few caches we located on our bike ride from Albert Town to Lake Hawea (and back) this afternoon. We stopped at this point to have lunch and enjoy the view. Spotted the cache almost instantly! #6122. TFTC.
468. A quick stop and find on a blustery cool autumn day. What a view this one has - $1000000 in value at least! TFTC.
Day 6 on our holiday in New Zealand. Today our tour is going from Queenstown to Fox Glacier. We also visited this traditional cache, found it, and signed the logbook.
