Taking a short break from the Ballarat GeoTour to fill in a blank LGA. Nice track leading to this larger than life cache. Such interesting swaps available, but we TNLN.
Thanks for placing this cache Gemmasistema for our fun.

I stopped by this out of the way reserve.
Looks to have fallen on hard times this place with a broken sign.
However the cache is in tip top condition and was a lot bigger than i expected.
Thanks Gemma for this one..

We had to go to Maryborough today, so we stopped by to find this cache on the way back home. We have driven past so many times, but figured it was about time we stopped for it. TFTC GemmaSistema.
Found with Sorceysal on a cool Sunday arvo. This was another quick find on the long drive home. Thanks again Gemma, nice to see such a large container
Out on a chilly Sunday with bogonghazy to grab a few caches between Creswick and Talbot. Heading home but still a few caches to get along the way. A nice big container for us to find. Thanks Gemma
Find #2760 for me. Found at 7:09 am while on my way from Bendigo to Smythesdale for the event and CITO. This was a quick find for me as the low sun was slowly revealing itself, glistening behind the trees and heralding the start of a wonderful new day! Thanks for bringing me here today Gemma, and thanks for the cache!
Traveling between the Heathcote Dark Sky Site and Beaufort for the last event of the year.
Grabbed a few caches and AdLabs on the way.
Can't say I have ever been to this park before.
Might be worth a return visit when I have some more time (and the deadly treadly)
Thanks, Robmc.

On a caching and camping trip with day1976, he put together the list of caches, and I worked out we could camp near Mt Beckworth.
After camping and caching around Beckworth, we headed up to Talbot, but realised there was a very busy market on, so headed bush again to do more caches.

Found on a fantastic day out in the area.
Great weather at this time of year for some geocaching.
Thanks for the hide.
Took a bit to see the right road in as we drove past it first time around, certainly a hidden spot!

Travelled out to Avoca to join in the celebration events and explore an area I’ve not been to before.
A beautiful conservation area tucked in behind some farms and properties. A quick find and all good at GZ.

After attending the Talbot Market and not having the geodaughter complaining about going home straight away, Mr and Mrs P were able to take a slightly different route home and pick up some more caches. This one was found without too much searching, but I did have a careful check that there wasn't anything scaley also living in the GZ. Thx GemmaS for hiding this nice sized cache. Cheers

Quick find out on our way to Beaufort. Once we got to there, the GPS bounced around a heap so just used our nose and made our way to GZ. Cache was found easily and retrieved without some metal detecting muggles seeing. TFTC
QUIET! yes it is and yes we LOVED it!!!!!

TFTC. Another hot one forecast and in need of a cache to keep up our streak we did a quick morning run to our furtherest close cache. What a lovely peaceful bit of bush land, that we did not know existed. thanks for bringing us out here Gemma. Now back home to the air con.
A calendar day required today but a busy day so we resorted to this one close to home.
A quick find and another day filled. So close! TFTC

Sitting at my computer during these Covid lockdowns, I am trying to catch up on a few logs that I haven't sent in yet.
Over the years, geocaching has taken me on many adventures, including interesting destinations all over my home continent of Australia and many overseas as well. It has also introduced me to a diverse group of like-minded caching tragics, many of whom I now call close friends.
Today, I was lucky enough to be out and about searching for caches, something I do on almost a daily basis. This was one cache that was targeted and found.
Sorry for the late log, something I am notorious for. Thank you for adding to the adventure that is geocaching.
Thanks GemmaSistema (F=6439 H=161) for the cache.

A couple of days in and around Ballarat gave us the perfect opportunity to seek out a variety of caches such as this one which seem to be dominating our geo-map at present.
Great cache to reward the kids for their treasure seeking skills.
Thanks 'GemmaSistema' for adding this cache to the gameboard.

Another new area for us , it was so pleasant here in the sun, so decided to have lunch. A short walk and the cache was located. Thanks Gemma.
Find No. 2694. Found at 11.24am
A drive around the countryside to find a few caches. We went in the car with Geodog Penny on board. Going down to Lexton then zigzagging our way to Talbot, out to Majorca for the final find for the day before heading for home.
It was great to find such a large container, with plenty of swaps, in a big hole and not a not just a nano. It is caches like this that brings the enjoyment back to caching. For this we are giving it a fav point.

Headed out to the Conservation Reserve for 'just one more cache', enjoying our surroundings as bush caching is always our favourite way to gain virtual smilies. Brendan loved the swag in this one , he grabbed the CD's which we listened to all the way back to Maryborough, jiving in the car Replaced with a handful of our swaps to make up for the trade.
Thanks GemmaSistema for the placement out here, Im sure plenty more caches could fit in this reserve.

Decided to go for a drive and log a couple of caches. Soon found GZ but had to have a masters degree in Tetris to get it out. Wedged in quite well. Finally had it free so I could sign the log and managed to get it back in fairly easily. Thanks for the cache.
Interesting little area to visit.
The cache has enough sticks on it, no need to add any more.
A nice quick and easy find on the way home from an event in Maryborough.

We had a great day's caching today with ilook4geo. We had a program worked out which we followed until lunch time. This worked out well and all listed caches were found, with each having another couple of names added to the finders' log. At lunch time the program was abandoned with the discovery of some newly published caches around the Maryborough district, which is where we were still on the hunt.
This cache here was a nice straight forward find with good co-ords and thanks go to GemmaSistema for placing this cache.

The hunt with goingplaces2 was on today with some surprises, which was really good. This was a cache that was quickly found. Log signed and were on to the next target. TFTC.
FTF with PapaGrouch and MazzyMay. Our fourth FTF today, very happy about that. We made sure not to blink and found the road in to the cache. Nice large container that I dropped a TB into. TFTC
Found it with ScuFiRulz and MazzyMay, it was a great first to find with the girls TFTC
Logged as Nicnax with PapaGrouch and SciFiRulz. We headed out today to enjoy the adventure at Mount Beckworth, we were on our way home when the new cache rang out on my phone and we just had to turn around and make our way to Talbot to try our luck. We did the FTF dance and came away happy campers. TFTC Gemma
