I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi TheWonderStuff
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards
TheCoddiwompler

Was in the area and stopped to have a quick look
Wasn't able to find anything which even looked like a good hiding spot
Stopped to check the previous logs and found the previous DNF's
Suspect it hasn't been fixed since it went missing

Had a good look at GZ and didnt find the cache. Decided to look at the previous logs and noted the DNF so stopped our search.
Was supposed to be a maintenance run for me today, on my challenge series of caches, but I got to the south end of the roadworks on East Coast Rd and told no going thru, but the road guy there said I could get onto Ara Weiti Rd from the north... cool! But got there and same ol' story, so no access today.
Looking on Google Earth when I got home I see I have been here before for a cache, but I don't seem to remember. Boy is it hot! Wandered down the path and gave the area a good going over, I have to concur with the previous cacher, I suspect the cache had gone, the whole fence is shiny white, don't know if it has always been like that or since the cache was placed. Either way, I'm sure the cache is gone, thanks anyway TWS.

Nice cache! This is well done camouflage cache. I liked these caches because it is a challenge to find. TFTC
Made a real hash of parking for this one. Parked ages away and walked through the housing, down the road, through the school yard and finally to GZ. After checking all 4 options, inside and out, I made the find. Getting tired and waiting for burgerfuel does that to you!
Into the car doing some pork and garbs, and a few towards Silverdale. After the couple of hours of mingling, chatting and 'hosting', everyone dispersed to their own plans and agendas and I had a plan to head to the end of the track at Long Bay and back, caching as I went (of course). I reckon it took me a full 2 hours to get to tracks end, but only 40 minutes from there back to the car. The sun was out, and so were the other walkers but all good and not seen by anyone for any caches, super-stealth mode.
Quite an interesting geocaching day for me today in a number of ways. First up I'm hosting my awarded Celebration Event at Long Bay after the Covid-spoiling one was cancelled at Hobsonville a while back. And that also means I get to attend/find my first cache-type of Celebration event, a new cache Icon. And best of all I get to meet the geocaching community up here in the mighty Auckland area. I've cached here (in moderation) a few times over the last 13 years of living here in NZ, but never lived in the 'big smoke'. That all changed a couple of ,months ago and suddenly this target rich environment is starting to bear fruit (caches).
So, I was out of the house at around 0630 this morning with a wish to get some in before event a clock, which was all good as I managed a few finds early doors. All up today I managed just over 60 finds which was good, and after a misty start the sun attended and all was good, and hot. A D5 cache, meeting some new friends and a decent 15km walk was testament to a successful day, and a Silverdale Burger Fuel for a feed too, awesome-ness was experienced. I even managed to knock off the last few Smile puzzle finals to make my round face beam (geo-icon, not my real face!) T F T C all COs today.

There was a function inside the church so I grabbed it fast! ᕕ(▰⏠▰)ᕗ All good at GZ T4TC
Nice find while in the area with tmann421 today

Nice find with woolwood9 today.
*We enjoyed the drive / walk around the area.*
Stamped logs as tm/ww NZ which may just look like a black smudge on plastic logs!
TFTC
*I looked at the wrong hint object but woolwood9 soon had it found.*

I was heading out toward Whangarei for a short trip and stopped here for a driving break and a cache. No trouble finding the cache even though it was quite small for this spot. TFTC.
I feel like I've previously found a cache at this location and in the same hiding spot. This was our last one for the night. We got 9 in the end so it's a good start. Thanks for the hide
Popped into Silverdale to find a couple of caches and do a spot of shopping. There were a couple of people about today, but they went into the nearby building, so once the gps settled we quickly found the cache. All good here, thanks
Out and for a spot of cache detection with the elder Future Finder this afternoon, in between the rain showers. We are concentrating on finding "gems" for the "mystery at the Muesem" promotion. The main gate was open so we were able to park up right next to GZ. A heavy shower arrived the same time we did so we waited for it to ease before starting the search. Once the search started I soon had the goods in hand. Cheers for the cache placement!
Had A few minutes up my sleeve between appointments and this looked like a great place to pause / cache for a bit. Took the upper approach and strolled on down. Located the cache quickly enough, admired the church and went about my business. TFTC!
As it was a long weekend and today being better weather than yesterday, work having been done around the house it was a chance to get out and find the odd cache in the company of 11HPG11.
Today we managed to find a grand total of 58 caches with only 9 DNF's along the way, and even managed to be home by 4,30pm so as not to annoy Mrs Dragon too much (although privately I believe that she may rather enjoy a day at home without an annoying husband being about the house).
Setting out from Hamilton nice and early meant that we managed to locate quite a few caches without any traffic to contend with, in fact Auckland is rather pleasant at this time of the day without both people and vehicles to contend with.
In the dark finding the right avanue of approach to this one was perhaps the most difficult thing, but the locals gave us directions as we approached.
Thank you to all the CO's for their hard work in making this day possible, in both the placing the caches and maintaining them. We both had a great day.

When Cats&Dragons suggested a day in Auckland collecting a few caches I was very keen. When I checked the weather forecast I wasn't quite as keen. Determined to stay dry I packed all my wet weather gears and my gumboots. Was happily surprised to not need any of this and we were treated to a stunning day of great weather and great caches. Logs were signed with either HOAC or a combination of our names.
Took longer to find the carpark than it did to find the cache. A cute wee spot and all was quiet here thankfully.

Not quite the dead of night, but the town center is pretty dead at this hour on a Wednesday evening. Managed to squeeze my car in at the top by the locked chain across the driveway, and walked down to the GZ. Nice quick find here, TFTC
Stopped here after a round of golf at Wainui to collect our daily cache. Pretty sure geocaching has brought us here on a previous occasion. No problems finding the hide using the hint. All good. TFTC
This one was on my list to do today.
I am pretty sure I have been to this historical church for a geocache many years ago.
Things have certainly changed big time in this area since then.
Beautiful camellias flowering here today!
Thanks TheWonderStuff!

Working in Silverdale today so decided to visit the Dead Center to make our cache find. There was some sort of meeting going on in the Church hall and all its doors were open, but luckily the cache GZ was out of the line of sight. Checked a couple of possible spots before locating the cache. Thanks.
We had had a dnf on the previous cache here as it was missing and I was in Sandspit when this replacement cache was published and thought I might get a chance at ftf on my way back down. I wasn't really surprised to be beaten to it though and as we were in Whangaparoa today, Jag50 and I swung by to get 2tf here
Heading home from Whangaparoa Merlot mentioned that there was a new cache in Silverdale, so we made a bit of a detour on our way home to collect this one. Didn't take long to spot this one.
Had a day of caching planned so thought I would start early before meeting the co later. This church is different every time I come here. Straight forward find and nice to have a local one. Cheers
