Very creative with the camo, it took a wee while to get there but we did. I came here with my dad!
A quick easy find of a basic container sitting in view on the ground. The hint seems irrelevant?. We now see we failed to find this cache on a previous visit over 2 years ago, when clearly it was missing. TFTC
Another month, another challenge. I'm keen to see how many days I cxan manage to get out and find caches this month. This is Day 1. As it's a holiday today, I decided to take a drive down to Ashburton and find a few caches there. Could have been tricky but I found it quickly. TFTC, Biggles.
Found after circling the tree a couple of times! All good here. TFTC desireefinds. Apologies for the late logging, we had forgotten this one.
Awesome and simple, dropped in a little something then was our way thanks!! And great cashe!!
**Handover of cache**
Kia ora folks, due to some personal events, we won't be able to maintain this cache for much longer. However, we've found new hands in the form of geocacher desireefinds. This will be their first hide, so I leave them with a good luck from us. Over and out!
Happy caching,
TeamCV.

Heading south to Alexandra from Whangarei for the cherry season a quick stop to sample the local caches, thanks.
Thanks TeamCacheventures for the cache. Found cache at ground level.
Fun find in Ashburton. Heading back South and required to find a cache within 50 km of the previous find. Scatching my head lots as most on the main road already have smiley faces.

Managed to squeeze in some time to find this one. And luckily it was a quick find and cache is all good here. I have placed it back exactly where I found it. TFTC.
This was the first cache find of the day, caching our way slowly towards methven and the event there this evening.
A quick find, as the container was laying exposed on the grass. Tucked it away a bit closer to the base.
Nice camo job! TFTC.

#21496. With some FTFs up for grabs at Lake Hood, we rejigged the plan for the today and headed there first. This one was on the way to the lake, so we stopped and made a quick find, as the cache was just sitting on the grass in plain sight. Not sure where it was supposed to be hidden, so replaced it closer to the base of the tree. TFTC.
Hmm. I'm not sure why I haven't done this one before now. It doesn't matter now, anyway, as this was a great time of year to find it

Quick find while my daughter practises her driving. Found with DeadRockFlower and Reebuck. Tnlnsl. Tftc!!
Great place to stop just by this plum tree. And Cool they are ripe so ate a few while tracking down this one. Tried to say 'Hello' to the locals but got ZAPPED for my efforts. Cheers
Day 4 - Thursday 23 December - Ashburton to Amberly taking the inland route to Lake Coleridge. So lets go exploring. Bummer with Toby getting a flat battery today.
The Seagnoid, Zara, Toby and I are of on another Geo adventure this time to Mt Cook for 5 days. Met up with Bullertrout and Bro on the way down. Lake Pukaki was fine but Mt Cook was wet and wild with the Hooker Valley being closed due to high winds, so did not stay long. We went exploring Tekapo, Timaru and a round trip to Lake Coleridge. Short trip and very tiring but awesome.

Could not find any very big fields here - lots of medium sized ones though. Plum trees too! The plums are ripe and the dragon and scoffed a few. Well, she scoffed a few, I scoffed quite a few. Will probably pay for it later...
Part of a big trip with Taybeedragon to explore Mt Cook. We explored a little of it but there was gale winds, lots of cloud and rain. Some of the tracks had been closed and others were right dodgy given that we did not have our foul weather tramping kit. We had booked to stay for two nights but left the same day. More time to explore Timaru! So now I have been to Mt Cook. Still yet to see Aorangi.

Quick find today. Had a quick look a couple of weeks ago but there were muggles close by
This is the second visit here but it was missing last time. All good today thank you. The muggle cows were interested in my activity but I think they will keep it a secret. TFTH
Last time I passed through Ashburton this one was AWOL. Pleased to sign the nice fresh log today. Thanks for the maintenance TeamCacheventures. TFTC # 17,154

Despite looking everywhere in the vicinity - it could not be found- maybe removed???
We too failed to find anything at this somewhat prickly location, surrounded by bare earth.
This was my first geocache in quite a long time. So happy to have found it.
Thanks for the nice and easy cache

Hello Geocachers,
**We had planned a trip to Ashburton near the end of this month, August**
Because Auckland, New Zealand remains in level three until the 30th August at 11:59pm, we had to postpone that visit.
As soon as we can, we will fly down and do some maintenance.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

The second day of my work-geocaching/geo-caching-work trip from Nelson to Ashburton. Work largely done and, thanks to the current vagaries of the Air NZ schedule, I have a decent amount of time to cache my way back to Christchurch airport....
A quick loop around the back blocks of Ashburton brings me here for my next bit of fun.
Sadly no cache to speak of to be found but uploading an 'I was here' photo as proof of visit.
Thanks TeamCachventures

This is where the Compass took us and found this broken wooden thing..Was it the Cache?
**HALF OF GEOCACHE MISSING**
We recently received an e-mail informing us that some of the geocache is missing.
If you would like to find the cache, it is still there but there is no logbook.
Just upload an image of proof with your log and you can add your ‘found’ log.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
Will replace it in a couple of weeks when we next visit.
Happy Caching!
Kind Regards,
TeamCacheventures

Found small and wooden but cache container is gone and obviously broken. Can email you a photo
Not sure if it’s me or the coordinates jumping about looked at the obvious spots then went through the history... checked around but no luck today. There’s been gorse bushes cut etc so maybe it’s been cleared away? Either way it’s a DNF Today
This one was a bit odd. We'd been frustrated by the closed track, and came back this way. Reading the description, we were expecting something clever. Hunted for ages in the tree before widening the search. Eventually found a very small simple container tucked into the ybat tenff. TFTC.
Heading up to CHCH with KJR for a make shift mega as there wasn't one planned in the south island this year. Stayed in Temuka for the night with some friends and pasted this one the next morning on our way up to CHCH. Nice and easy find TFTC
Heading to Christchurch with Gadget169 to meet up with some Dunedin/Invercargill cachers for a long weekend geocaching adventure and found this along the way TFTC
Nice quick find on my way south but too wee for the travel bug I need to drop off in Ashburton. Thanks for the hide.

Had a great weekend in Canterbury with a bit of time to grab the odd cache. Many Thanks Bitsprayer
Travelled down to Ashburton to test out the modifications to our snail house plus find a few caches. This was the sole one we looked for today. Thanks for the cache.
Out on a Saturday mission with rayzr ,unfortunately the weather was against us on our main target so a long trip around the block to grab this one on the way home tftc
I need a cache to satisfy my glaring hole in my found data grid... I of course went to the obvious spot and spent a couple of minutes wandering around it then looked else where and there it was. Cache in good condition ready for the next finder TFTC
A quick and easy find while Ms_KR was at the Art Gallery. Cheers
Another weekend at home! Feels a bit strange, so went for a drive or two.
Thanks to all CO's for placing and maintaining their caches. Cheers

We weren't sure what cache type we would find. Had a good laugh at the imagination and effort to construct it. TFTC
Just had to stop on out way through!!! Found the spot on Google maps, before we left ChCh, and in real life it was exactly the same, so not too hard to find. Thank you
3:45pm Thanks for the cache, my first FTF for the year. Had to wait for husband to get home before heading out so was pleased to find a blank log on opening it.
I had seen the email pop up almost straight away so had been a bit of an impatient wait.

Saw this cache just before going to pick up my daughter (Geo Jesse) from work so it had to wait. Then we had to do battle with the Easter traffic! Nice one Kiwi Nomad, only 25 minutes after you. : ) TFTC
