GPS was playing up when we pulled up but after a bit of wandering we were able to find this cute guy and sign the log. Refilled with swaps but some maintenance may be needed on this one soon as the outer container is water damaged. TFTC
Really enjoying this series of caches having seen most of the movies. Nice to stop on my way to Mildura heading to Longreach as my destination. And enjoying the clever caches
Thanks Kelligula for placing this cache and contributing to this great game. Happy trails, Deanside

Heck. This is definitely checkin material.

Southern Autumn adventure Day 60. Mildura Trip Day 9. The time had come to start heading home, but I did not want to go directly and was keen to visit Echuca to finish the River Travel Adventure labs. It turned into a long day and it started with some detours as I started south to get my first batch of caches done. Then I set out following the navigation device and let me say, it is not the way I would have gone, there were some very narrow roads, but no dirt. I then passed a county I had not been to before, but missed the Map section I needed, that was annoying. My day ended with a walk around Echuca for a few caches and the LABs along the water front. It was well and truly dark by the time I reached my roadside camp for the night.
Thanks for the cache Kelligula

Australia Day caching run.
I decided to head north as there is quite a few more caches on the way to Mildura. Some time ago we (Tyred n Cranky and myself) had the road mostly clean out up to Red Cliffs.
Today was a solo trip where my first cache was at Sea Lake and I only made it up to, just south of Hattah and out to Underbool.
It is the ATMWTH series that has certainly put Ouyen on the map and this cool series took up most of my day.
Can't say I've seen this movie, but the cache container is pretty cool.

Today I made my way from Donald to Mildura, picking caches along the way to break my journey. Loved the container for this one.
Many thanks to Kelligula and RamaTim for the cache.

Tom Hanks is one of my favourite actors, and The Terminal is a great movie.
Thank you!!

Day 6 was Mildura to Ballarat. Some very cool caches outside of Mildura get some Fave points.

Original location (S 34° 48.539' E 142° 17.407') has the burnt remains of the original cache. Such a sad and sorry site. We have moved closer to a safer area to park but the bushfire has made hiding the cache difficult. We have reduced the size of the container while we wait for the regeneration of this area.

Inspected the charred remains today and unable to salvage anything. We will replace this with a whole new cache next week. Thank you for your patience.
Day 3 of the Wang Mega tour with Sol de lune. Stopped for this one, but the fire beat us to it. Sadly nothing here but a miolten mess and a bit of evidence that there was a cache here
Caching from Echuca to Mildura with LuckyL10n after attending the Wangaratta Mega and stopped off for this one......not knowing about the fire. Found GZ without issue, however the only things there were a length of wire, a padlock and a small mound of burned 'stuff'. Cache has been totally destroyed. Tried to find the remains of any TB's, but no go.
Thanks anyway Kelligula....but sorry, the cache is a write off.
Thanks anyway Kelligula....but sorry, the cache is a write off.
Unfortunately a fire on New Year’s Day at gz has razed the general area for hundreds of metres. A Parks employee was on site with a big chainsaw lopping damaged trees and forbade entry. Looking at how little there is left of the nearby vegetation there is no doubt the cache has been burnt too.
GZ is currently a “no access restricted area” within a designated fire zone from fire on New Year’s Day. We will try and check cache condition on our return trip. I suggest disabling this a cache until condition and access can be established.

Grabbed the tb. Lots of ants have made a nest in the Hotel. Eviction notice needed.
We are staying in the area for a short visit with ilook4geo and just picking up some of the local caches. This one was a nice easy find and quickly opened with the code in hand and both names were stamped on the log to note our visit. When the cache was opened we had to dodge the multitude of large ants that were calling the cache home. Thank you to Kelligula and RamaTim for placing this cache.
Caching around the area with goingplaces2 and having fun. Had a successful day and this was one of the caches we found. You couldn't miss it really. TFTC.

Many thanks Kelligula for providing and maintaining this game piece for our enjoyment.
This cache was fun trying to work out the code. Unfortunately it seems somebody else had tried to get in without working out the code. There has been a little bit of damage done. However the container is still able to be locked.
Dropped off a trackable and picked up two trackable’s. Thanks for the tb for hotel

With a couple of tbs on board, we were looking for a suitable cache to drop them. Where could be better than here?
The field puzzle was easy enough, but the resident polulation of very large yellow ants were determined to protect their home. Future cachers beware.
I always love a larhe cache, especially when there's been effort put into placing it. Worth a fp I'd say.
Thanks to the COs for a good cache.

Fantastic cache to find out here. Difficulty factor was quite high here as the cache was crawling with large, unhappy looking yellow ants. Ausyowie was sent in to extract the log (I wasn't brave enough to stick my hand in).
Dropped off 2 trackables. 1 to continue its world tour and 1 just starting out. Collected 1 trackable to travel with us for a while.

As we neared Ouyen, we noted there was a series based on the film of Tom Hanks. We both enjoy Tom Hanks films, so we decided to see what these At The Movies With Tom Hanks caches were like. We didn't guess the cache container correctly here either, and really we should have—again, another safe place to pull off the Highway and greatly appreciated. We picked up a trackable and dropped one-off. The cache was in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache and the series (we think we missed two), Kelligula and RamaTim. An FP from us for a really well-put-together and themed series.
Returning from a trip to Mildura for the speedway sidecar championships, I stopped here and dropped off my new trackable. The resident red ants were in attendance, but we came to an agreement to not hurt each other.
Thanks for the clever gadget cache, Kelligula and Rama Tim. Cache is in excellent condition.

In Mildura for a few days with Snap Happy, omegaman1971, Happy Feet, Happy Pants and The Empire.
Today was My last day in Mildura, I finished off any solved puzzles I had to do and a few other caches I passed by, once they were done I followed the Silo Art trail down to Rupanyup and then across to St Arnaud to do the labs there.
Thanks Kelligula for the cache.

Happy Feet and myself were heading for home today after a few days away catching up with friends and caching around Mildura and decided to grab just a few more smilies on our return trip. We concentrated on this side of the road as we headed South and managed to pull a park away from the traffic and we made the short walk to the gz and quickly found the great sized hide. A quick little field puzzle to get in and soon added our names to the log. Nice hide Kelligula and RamaTim, good movie too!
After a few huge days in and around Mildura, we started to head home, picking up some finds along the way. There were a variety of finds and some quick park and grabs as we stopped to stretch the legs or take a break.
Pulled over from the busy road and wandered in to find the neat hide. Worked out what was needed to open things up. We were met with alot of large ants but it didn't stop us, from stamping the log.
Thanks Kelligula for placing a great cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy the find.

A nice easy find that I used my phone to figure out how to get into. Couldn’t see any TBs in here though. TFTC, lots of dead ants inside the main container.
Today I wish I could give a favourite point to every cache I found.

With an extra week off work, I decided to go on a little 4 day caching trip, that I've dubbed the CMapLGAmer trip. Combining targeted finds for the Country Map challenge, LGA challenge, and AUSmer challenge finds in the Western Victoria region - for added bonus, I've also included some large caches in the mix as well for another challenge, but they weren't in the mix when I came up with the name.
I used cachetur.no to plan the trip and (after I worked out some kinks with how I was using it) it worked fine.
I was a bit concerned that I'd have to give this cache a miss as there are roadworks going on the highway almost up to where the cache is. I was still in the slowly separating bunch of cars that was caught up in the traffic control sequence when I had to turn off the road into a patch of sandy area.
A quick walk later, and I found the nice cache container, and was able to work out how to open it. There weren't any trackables checked into the hotel.
This fell under the large cache category.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Kelligula

Hi there Kelligula.
We found your cache **"ATMWTH #10 - The Terminal TRACKABLE HOTEL"** today.
Returning from a medical appointment in Melbourne, we stopped in Ouyen to have a quick snack, to use the facilities - and we just had to log this cache. We didn't have time to attempt the full series as we were in a rush, hopefully we will be able to return and log some more one day.
Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache roughly where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Nothing
**Grabbed Trackable:** "Elroy Envy", "Geocacher's World Geocoin -NETHERLANDS-", "GINO" & "Lucky the Dog from Austin, TX (TB7H3M5)"
Thank you Kelligula for adding to our adventure.
Regards
Ian & Penny

TFTC Kelligula for another in this series. We are on our way back to Maryborough after spending the last few days in Mildura. A quick stop along the highway home and dropped of a TB.
What a great cache this one is and so secure for the trackables that are left here. We discovered the ones holidaying here but took none due to COVID restrictions we are not finding many caches at the moment.
A great series of caches up here. Slowly chipping away at them.
I was on the way today to do the ps series with 6hinemoa2.
Glad we deciphered the clue. Great set up for this one. Cheers

Having just spent a fabulous couple of days with The Tritonz and micaparamedic doing the new PS geoart series, we made our way back towards Mildura, supported local business where we safely could, and picked up a few more caches on our way home. What a fantastic TB motel. Fave point from us. TFTC Kelligula and RamaTim.
What a nifty TB Hotel
We worked out Tom’s secret and accessed this fun well packed cache.
As there wasn’t any guests we left 3 to enjoy the views.

Found this luxurious TB Hotel and accessed the contents. Took 2 of the resident guests to travel on with me I found the combination tumblers very stiff and one in particular didn’t want to move at all. TFTC
After spending the last couple of days traipsing around the Murray Sunset National Park or should I say slip sliding around the wet and muddy tracks with a great bunch of fellow cachers it was time to get back to the bitumen and head towards home.
I passed these ones on the way up so as I had a bit of time I could collect a few more of at the movies with Tom on the way home.
Found somewhere safe to pull over and headed off inland to locate the Terminal TB hotel.
A great spot for a hotel and a nice sized cache was soon spotted.
The hotel was all nice and dry at this stage so I dropped a couple of TB’s here for someone else to move on.
Safe travel guys.

What a nice cache it is!
A surprise when we opened it... full of water, but the internal boxes saved the day keeping everything dry.
We tried to dry things up as best we could.
I would be a shame for your good quality cache contents to be ruined.
Everything packed away beautifully and hopefully the heat of the next week will dry the moister interior.
It is sad to say but there was more junk and rubbish at this site too.

Having Gotten #3 on 8 Oct 2019 and #8 the Mystery Cache on 27 Jan this year i was very eager to get the chance to wrap this series up in one day with any luck.
The time was available to me prior to returning home so i made my own luck by beginning with this interesting one.
Upon discovery i was smiles from ear to ear Already knowing the numbers needed by phoning 'Tom' i was in and SL at 11:38 on Mon 3 Feb 2020.
This fantastic creation easily garners a favourite point from me
These are the kind of Geocaches that make this hobby so much fun and no doubt kids would just love this!
All is fine with the cache and it's contents [^]

I was heading south today,
to escape the dust and heat of Sunraysia for a while
And me first touchdown was here at the side of the highway
Obviously no BorderForce here !! [:o]
As soon as I hopped out of GeoForce One,
there was evidence of drug paraphernalia everywhere ?? [:o]
A butane torch emblazoned with a leaf motif,
plastic bottles and short lengths of garden hose in the scrub [:o]
Definitely a stopover for someone !!
Yep !! There are a lot of stoned out of their minds drivers out there people !!
A short stroll through the terminal took me to baggage claim
Ah yes !!
That's mine
Er !!
How do I open it ??
It took a while
The numbers were not the problem,
it was the olde fashioned technology that was thwarting me [:o)]
Persistence paid,
and me name was in the logbook

Day 1.
I headed out on a road trip with biggles1024, our first destination being Mildura.
We had a few target caches and series to concentrate on, this being one of them.
As we were heading along the road, we noticed that this one was a large cache so we couldn’t pass it by.
We headed over to GZ, the cache was found easily, as if you wouldn’t be able to find this one, the numbers were worked out and it was open.

SteMicMitSar and I headed to Mildura for the first day of our caching adventure to NW Victoria and South Australia. Suscoe was heading to Mildura this morning from Ouyen and we had a number of caches to visit as we travelled northwards.
It was a delightful day, blues skies, a breeze from time to time and a top temperature in the high 20's.
We enjoyed this section of caches hides and saw some interesting country as we headed along the highway and the byways.
Thanks to Kelligula and RamaTim for this hide.

Quick find today with the geofamily as we headed home after spending a week on a houseboat in Mildura. Awesome effort - huge cache. Fav point added. Thanks
Making our way to Mildura after doing the painted silos trail, caching as we go. This series and this cache in particular were on our target list as we need another couple of large caches to qualify for one of the St Arnaud challenges. We loved this series and the work that's gone into the themes for the hides, well done. TFTC
On a short break and drive heading for Mildura with a view of grabbing a few caches to fill in some missing New South Wales and Victorian LGAs along the way. Starting off the morning in Swan Hill we made our way up to this large cache...for a relatively quick park and grab. With the cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. We were heading back home after doing the fireworks for the Broken hill show, with no products on board we could now happily stop anywhere we wanted for any caches that popped up.
We would have loved to have done this entire series today but unfortunately time restraints meant that we could only grab a few on this trip which we enjoyed very much, we will return to complete the others.
We stopped at this one and some how or other walked straight passed it while we were following the GPSr but once it settled we turned around and saw the container straight away.
We rang our mate Tom who thought that we were crazy and didn't know what we were talking about:;_) so then used the real Tom's number and we soon had the log book in hand which now contains our name.
As the hotel had plenty of vacancies we left two TB's to carry on their journey and a favourite point for the fun.
Thanks Kelliqula and RamaTim for the cache.

We found this cache today as number 1 of 6 on our return journey from Renmark to Melbourne. Had the cache all worked on how to open it to no avail until "H" pointed out that there was also a button that you needed to press. Thanks from D, HA, H & A B-A.
Heading home after wandering around WA, SA and the NT for about seven weeks. Grabbing a few caches on the way home. So far in this stint, I have driven 1324 kms, this was a good place to stretch the legs. I had four coins to drop off but do you think I could find them in this fully laden and disorganized geopatrol. It's 0144 and I still have 4 hours to go, but I'm still feeling good. Thanks Kelligula and RamaTim for placing this cache.
First find for the day. Heading to Ouyen to mark lambs at a friends property. Clever cache container. We've never actually watched the film from start to finish, always catch it mid play on the TV. One day we'll watch it all. Collected 2 TB and dropped one of our own to start it's journey. TFTC
Awesome cache!! Really loved this one. Well deserving of a favourite. Found with stray_dog. Tftc
Who doesn't love a good Tom Hanks movie? We did enjoy watching this one and Mr 4Moule says it's based on a true story. Parking safely off the road we made our way to the listed co-ordinates. We saw emu footprints on our travels. So great to discover this themed cache! We called Tom and discovered the treasure inside, the kids jaws dropped! So many great swaps and cache set up! With recent rains we did tip the camo over to empty the water out of it. Everything inside the containers were nice and dry. A fav point from us. {FTF} Thanks RamaTim and Kelligula!
