I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi butchie bumThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no cache maintenance logged. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
Counted down with the gps from 200m to 168m to OMG we are 6m. Spotted the faces peering at us, and by the time they got the geohound out of the car I had found the cache exactly where the hint said.
Quick find. I had barely got out the car before flossieteacake had already got the cache in hand
I have a bit of spare time to do some caching after moving my snail shell from Dargaville to Opononi. Time to pick up the extras on the Gorge road since I was last here a few years ago.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
A quick easy find once the vehicle passed me by. More cars on this road today. the van stopped an looked at me and then carried on down the "faces" drive. Nothing suspicious to see about me changing my GPS batteries. TFTC.
Good to be out and about in opo and surrounds with my geocaching buddies ethness and nosey nel
Day seven of our 11 day binge trip we are signing as NNES. We are up North visiting our friend Gracie's GPS fun. We are having a wee road trip to the kauri trees together.
Yay school holidays! Time for a road trip with my friend Ethness. I flew from Christchurch to Wellington. The idea is to drive up to the top of the North Island and back. We planned the trip ages ago.
Thanks butchie bum for placing this geocache 7819 find for me.
Sadly there was no large event in New Zealand in 2019 but there are a few Mega events planned in Australia. New Zealand will have another large event in 2020 in Auckland.
======== NZ Mega 2020 ========
Planning for the NZ Mega 2020 event is well underway. It will be held in Auckland over Labour Weekend, 23 to 26 October 2020. Thanks for hiding this geocache.

Out and about today collecting some caches in the area. Loving these back country roads. TFTC
Staying near Opononi. Return visit in Hokianga. Great time to find few extra caches. Beautiful location. TFTC!
We wanted more finds for today's calendar date, so we planned a trip to Opononi to find some of the Golden Circle Series. Rain was forecast but it mostly held off until our last few finds, though the very strong winds were challenging at times! Some of the finds had us hunting for a while, but we had no DNFs until the last cache on our list.
We were not sure what the title referred to, but spotted the Faces immediately on arrival. Interesting! Quickly spotted the cache just where the hint suggested. TFTC

Another day out in the Opononi area. I found this one quickly at about 10am. I forgot to get the tweezers out of my bag as I wandered over to gz but being an {FTF} they weren't needed. Thanks Sue
