Have been here before and couldn't find it but we were in a hurry for an appt. Today we had a bit more time to spare so I decided to give it another go. Spotted this time. Smudged my name as rolling it back up, so I signed the log as "blue mess".

20-Jul-23
This was a quick find but definitely a micro in every sense of the word and with the fingernails that I have on currently that was a mission just to roll that backup

I am currently on a road trip from Victoria enjoying Queensland.

I am having a ball travelling round

I am driving around getting new local government areas to fill my map and make it worth while in a geocaching way
I want to say thanks to the CO for the placement of the hide

02-Jul-23
Replaced log. Cache lid and base are both there.

25-Jun-23
Found the cap but body and log is missing

13-Jun-23
Awesome hide!
I was looking in the wrong section at first, found quickly once moving a little further around. Thought I may have needed a small TOTT to remove log, but not necessary.
Log is full so needs replacing.

I had a ‘blonde moment’. Unfortunately they tend to happen more often than not! Anyway, on the way to GZ, I read the hint and looked around. It was only when the cache was found by Shazzar66 that I realised, “Not that bend, the other bend”. Duh. Helps to look at your GPS sometimes. TFTC

Having more time in my life now since graduating university, I have decided to try to find the caches around my two work sites. Leaving work roughly on time today, I decided to tackle a few close by, starting with the furthest one away.

This one was on the way, so a quick park and grab. Log signed, all in good condition, replaced as found. TFTC.

Events have a habit of turning into caching days!!

Imbunda and hatzofff had an agenda for today, so I just tagged along. ??????

Good hint led to a quick find.

Log signed and cache replaced as found on 11th December 2022. TFTC, wombles and co

10-Dec-22
After attending the Celebration Event in the area, I have joined hatzofff, RoddyC, Imbunda and Snickersallan for a few caches before heading off to another event later in the day.
The hint certainly helped narrow our search area and after looking at a few places, located the tiny cache. With log signed, it was returned as found.

After attending the Celebration Event and whilst in the area doing an Adventure Lab, we stopped by here to look for this cache.

time to move on to the Caboolture area where we have solved puzzles and there are a number of Adventure Labs and plenty of trads to find.
The weather is improving further although there seems to be plenty more muggles about.
A good variety of hides and some interesting places to visit.

Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache wombles and co.

Both kids out at work today at the same time! An opportunity to go for some exercise with Mrs FNG (Walk along the Wamuram rail trail).
Cache 1 for the day.
Okay, been waiting to get this one for a while - tried three times with no luck.
So, getting my hat out of the car when I hear the Mrs say "found it". Oh man. What can happen when you have a different set of eyes out looking.
Thanks for the cache. Now has our squiggle in it.

ruzzelz Rides S3 - Cache the Caboolture Wamuran Rail Trail

The Caboolture to Wamuran Rail Trail showcases the history of the Caboolture to Kilcoy railway corridor, which has been closed since 1964, and provide a shared pathway from Caboolture to Wamuran.

A great roll out of people on a range of bike types including one or two that really could do with a bit of lube on the drive train. An early start meant the weather was cool and we avoided the rain showers until the end of the ride.

Coffee and cakes during a bike ride is a mandatory obligations and there were no objections when the local bakery in Wamuran was suggested as the first non geocache stop. A few hardy types even rose to the occasion and took a second caffeine hit on the return to Caboolture.

Thanks to the CO’s for placing caches and a big thanks to all the will riders who turned up for ruzzelz Rides S3.

PS - Production ruzzelz Rides Season 4 has been delayed due to the 2022 Flood even. Once things dry out the next episodes will be screened.

Joined a great group of cachers for a very enjoyable morning of cycling & caching along the rail trail & around Caboolture. Logs were signed as RR3 for Ruzzelz Ride 3, thanks to Russel for organising & the CO's for the hides.
This was our first find of the day & although I was looking in the right spot the eagle eyed Bedmaker made the find.

CWRT-Henzell's Bridge
D 1.5 T 1.5 Micro Traditional Cache

Lovely day for a 20k - 2 hour bike ride with RR3 (or Ruzzelz Ride #3). Totally amazed with how nice this bike trail is. Very well maintained and lots of users too. Equally amazing was the company, lots of fun and laughs. I fell twice. Doesn't matter, it wouldn't be a bike ride if I don't . Getting on and off, and turning left or right are not my forte . Need to ride more and adjust my seat again or maybe will get one of those e-bikes?

Thanks for the cache and taking us here wombles and co. Enjoyed your company too and hopefully will not ask your name next time we meet!

After climbing Mt Elimbah this morning I’m slowly making my way south collecting caches of interest and others that I virtually step over on the way…

Even though I read the hint I checked closer to where Geepers wanted me before actually looking at the options…

I found the cache some distance from the posted co-ordinates…. Tftc…

We stopped at Caboolture on our way to Brisbane and had some lunch beside the Rail Trail. While eating, we checked if there were any caches nearby, and this one was only a few hundred meters away, so we decided to walk the geodogs, Teeny Treek, Mini Michi and Gypsy Girl along the path to find a cache. When we arrived, we made a quick find. We checked there were no muggles about and signed the log. The cache is in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache wombles and co.

Out and about with Alycem89 to grab a few caches in the area while enjoying the beautiful weather we’re having.

We’ve driven past this cache several times now and contemplated grabbing it but we never did, however today was the day to stop by and grab it. We were fairly confident we knew where the cache was hidden, but after solid look nothing of interest was found so we expanded our search a few metres and located the cache in the next place we looked.

Thanks for bringing us here.

This was our first stop on our ride along the rail trail today. We looked everywhere we thought a Difficulty 1.5 could be but didn’t succeed in finding the cache.

31-Aug-21
First stop along this rail trail today, and sadly it’s a DNF. We searched in between the passing trail uses, but we are unable to locate the cache today. Thanks anyway, wombles and co.

17-Aug-21
No luck for us here today either… after a good search with HRH54

17-Aug-21
Had a good hunt for this one with Juju54 but we couldn’t come up with the goods.

15-Aug-21
Somehow I seem to have missed logging this DNF closer to the time. I now notice that it has been replaced, so that makes me feel a bit better that I wasn't just hopeless at finding it.
I had been doing some AL locations around Caboolture on a break from working on the boat on the hardstand at Beachmere, when I tried my luck here. No luck as it turned out.
I looked all around, getting hot and frustrated as it was still mandatory masks outdoors at this point. Not too many riding muggles on the rail trail though.
Have visit again now that it's back.

Dayboro trip. Day 8. This was listed as pre-Mega day. Check in was running so I collected my stuff and headed out for a morning caching. I chose an area that would not overlap with team caching over the next few days, out by Caboolture. There was a series on a bike path, three sets of Adventure lab and an assortment of other caches in between. The day ended with a multi for the days requirement. Then it was back to Dayboro show grounds for socialising and onsite gadget labs and other fun activities.

I was just finishing the Old&New adventure lab series when I passed here and stopped for a quick find after family of riders passed by.

Thanks.

Today, I joined georode in climbing the Glass House Mountains twin peaks. After an extended bogged vehicle and recovery incident, we completed the peaks in just over 3.5 hr. I then started to head home, passing through Elimbah followed by Caboolture. I completed the *Caboolture - Old&New* Adventure Lab visiting some of the history in Caboolture, before calling it a day.

I stopped off here, and had an idea to where to look, but still, it took a fair amount of time for me to find. This geocache's difficulty could definitely be in 2-3 territory, since an evil Satan size was used for this hide. Once found, the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks wombles and co for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

I was in the area to find a few caches and this one appeared on the GPS as I was driving past so I decided to stop and check it out.

Continuing my challenges of a trad a day and of a cache a day and knowing I had to go to Caboolture way today I did a search to see if there was anything of purpose I required. Looking at my 360 it seems there are two particular caches I need and as I’m driving past it is probably a good idea to grab a couple others.

My first target was “a view to kill”, I had been up this way just over a week ago and didn’t take this road but today I past a couple on the highway then ducked off onto this side road to grab my target and another called “reflect on this”.

This was my first cache and it took some looking as this nasty nano is well hidden. The GPS had me on the other side of the bridge; I searched all the usual spots and then moved to the other side to where I saw a little piece of the bottom of the cache. Got you, this took longer than I expected but the the is now signed and the cache is replaced as found, all good with this cache, thank you.

08-Aug-20
Had a good look around GZ while returning to Wamuran along the rail trail. However today was not the day for a find, sadly.
