TFTC! 4 November 2024 1:33:00pm 8710 thanks to Yin~Yang for the cache! Intereting hide, lots of Broken glass
Cache was found after a short search. Thanks for the fun. Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumulated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Sol's day the twentieth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. An interesting location for a cache here and good hide but glass is everywhereTravelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache

Having just logged and admired a cache by this CO for the destination revealing the idea behind the cache name, it was amusing to find this one, which up till now, I still have no understanding of the relation between the two. Unless of course, it was to confound me. I had a good poke around then Connie&Rick called it good find, I had already checked that area. Nice camo, thanks Yin~Yang, and thanks to your caches I'm filling in my LGA grid.
Out with Snips and Co driving them around a few LGAs they were seeking. This is the last of the day and took a bit of finding with Snips saying I looked there already!! No muggles at all here today, it's cold and overcast so no surprise.
Popped by on my way home from work to grab a cache and tick another day off my caching calendar. TNLN. TFTC
I'm always impressed with the ingenuity of these caches, especially when you're trying to blend something that doesn't belong into the environment.Nice easy little find this one, logbook signed.
A nicely hidden one, but relatively quickly found thanks to accurate coordinates! Tftc
On The Rocks, In the Rocks, Near The Rocks, Not The Rocks - one of those is correct and contains a well hidden cache. Thanks for the fun and allowing us to tick off this LGA.
Was out in the area this morning.Parked nearby for a nice walk to GZ.Lucky for me it was a quick find.I enjoyed the sun, signed the log and moved on.TFTC
On secondment to Melbourne, Australia, combined with short holidays here and there. From day 49/74, I was accompanied by my dear son, geocacher Ruupertti, who travelled from Finland to visit me in Australia and to spend a holiday with me in New Zealand at the end of my secondment. Day 59/74, Wednesday. Today was just work, work, work, but in the evening, we had some time to drive for a quick find. This was the geocache we chose and it was luckily found in a second. Thanks for the cache and greetings from Vaasa, Finland! Logged with [GCDroid](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gcdroid).
This was a rather large but quiet park.I took a short walk and began the search. I fluked finding the sneaky hide by mistake. Thanks Yin~Yang for adding this entire series to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy. We have got way behind in our logging and are trying to catch up and get our caching in order.Life has been pretty hectic this year, and a lot of it has gotten in the way of efficient logging of finds. We want to thank all the Cache owners for providing an array of caches for us around our countryside and in our cities. We apologise for the generic logs. We must do this to get through the backlog.Unless otherwise specified, all the caches we found were in good order.Thank you, Yin~Yang, for this Traditional cache.
Dropped dad off at the Sunshine hospital and decided to grab some local caches. A quick well hidden find in the park today muggle free. TFTC
I made a quick little detour on my way to work this morning to find this cache. It was the first place I looked which made a quick in and out trip.
Cache is all good here, thanks for the hide.

Found by Mary and David at 11:05. Here in the area for an appointment nearby. Spotted something on approach that turned out to be the cache camo, so a quick find. Don't know this area at all. Our thanks to Yin~Yang.
Thanks for the cache and bringing us here. Found today while checking out the area with legocacher79. Fancy cache container indeed!
Found today while exploring the area with Eldritch97. It was cloudy and overcast but the weather held for a bit of geocaching. I really liked the camo, so a fav point for me.
we have had a fabulous day out chasing caches to meet the winter solstice and wheel of challenges.
the last cache was the hardest D1.5 i have encountered and with a little sunlight left we wanted to continue our find streak.
this one was a much quicker find, thanks,

Today we headed to Sunbury since it was the last day that we could find the 21 caches for the solstice souvenir plus I would also be able to complete my 20 days this month for the out and about hard souvenir. Also as a bonus this was my last day of the year to complete finding a multi of all 365 days of the year and with a few multis out this way I didn't want to have to wait another whole year so that's why we chose this area for our adventure today. We found some really awesome caches too in the few hours we were here and only had one giant rain storm for about 10 minutes and that was it.
KristysAdventures was straight onto this one as soon as we arrived.
Thanks Yin~Yang for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Only one half of the team on this hunt, had a solitary mission to undertake and while I was out this way thought it would be a good idea to fill today with a cache. The hardest part was navigating to the Reserve. The Reserve not actually touching on Jamieson Street (except one tiny bit a long way from GZ ,which I missed entirely on my way along Jamieson Street) didn't help and I wasn't overly enthused with any of the potential parking spots closer to GZ for my motorcycle.
However, not to be deterred, and once I got over being a bit of a sook, it didn't take long to find my way to GZ and hunt out the cache despite the very clever camo. The name of the cache had me looking in the obvious but not quite right spot, but that didn't take too long to eliminate. The excellent coords helped a lot (see the photo).
The Reserve was relatively muggle free today. I passed a Sikh gentleman sitting at one of the picnic tables on my way to the hide. I suspect he was wondering what I was up to, but from a distance and he wandered off before I finished hunting, so would be none the wiser as to what I was up to.
Overall the cache is in good condition and surprisingly dry considering the rain we've had recently. However, it might need some TLC soon as the adhesive attaching the container to the camo is starting to give a bit.

The camo here is just so good. After looking in a couple of places I spotted something suspicious and closer examination revealed the cache. Very, very clever.
Only a few muggles in the distance, minding their own business. I am glad the log is dry.
Imagining worse but there she is staring at me Targeting a few caches in green spaces (parks) needed in the Brimbank LGA. Yes - here on a monster multi mission so just a wee circuitous detour enroute to the NE. TFTC and the fun
Clever camo. I wouldn't have found it without previous logs!! In good condition, T4TC
Thanks for the cache, this one stood out to me pretty quickly went in for the find!.. deserted park today with nobody to be found!. All looks to be in good condition with this one!
A trip to check out all the awesome places in eastern Victoria. TFTC.
Very quick. First thing I touched. Nice hide.

Came along with ilook4geo and looked around and found a cache with good camo. The log was signed and all was put back into place. This cache was chosen at random so ilook4geo could add another LGA to those where caches have been found. Thank you to Yin-Yang for placing this cache.
Just adding a few more caches to the list after finding this one with goingplaces2. All was done to keep the written record in order. TFTC.
This one has me stumped for a while …….till a previous log pointed me in the right direction
Talk about looking in the wrong places, looks like this place has been cleared of most of the previous trees. Finally found it after walking and searching...and just like that flip something over and its found!!

Popped in to check on this after the dnf and the suggestion to check in on it.
Happy to see the Cache is exactly where it should be.cache site is clean and safe to be searched around.
If you see broken glass you are looking in the wrong area.
Stay safe and happy hunting

Well there's no glass, no loose foliage but plenty of fresh mulch... and no cache that I could find - and it was easy to peruse the pristine area as the local council chappies must have been using their strong brooms! Maybe CO needs to pay a visit.
Lots of broken glass and dangerous stuff around. Was too scared to have a really good look.
Clever hide. It had been moved, so we out it back. A lot of broken glass around though, so be careful.
Always always enjoy a well thought out and placed cache. Thanks for bringing me here to this lovely hidden oasis amongst the 'burbs. Lovely open space that the puppy enjoyed and helps me get through another day of this current insanity
coordinated were slightly off but still easy enough to find. probably not a good idea to come after school time
Have been to this park a few times and can’t believe there was a geocache right under our noses..after looking for awhile to no avail we checked the comments and found this cheeky geo cache. Thank you !

The Bob Dylan song -"The Times They Are a-Changin'" comes to mind around these parts of Melb. In another life, well before geocaching was even born, we lived nearby. We found this cache and tried to comprehend some of the changes as we made our way to the Morning Tea Event in Deer Park.
A FP from us for a very clever hide.
Thanks Yin~Yang for placing caches for players to enjoy.

The cache was found easily in a clever hiding spot. Area is not kid friendly though as there was broken glass, uses condoms and some syringes around so please be careful! Otherwise it's a beautiful area!
We are coming home early from our trip to South Australia because of the current health situation. As we made our way towards the spirit of Tasmania, we stopped at a couple of locations to stretch legs and to find a small number of caches. We only stopped in locations that were safe from virus transmission.
Accurate coordinates and a logical hide led to a quick find. the cache and contents were in good condition. thanks Yin-Yang for the cache. We will now continue to make our way towards the ferry and home.

The cache’s title was of no help and nor was my wonky GPS, but a peer around at a likely GZ soon delivered success. Nice camo.

Needed a time out from a stressful situation.. found this place to chill..then looked if there was a cache nearby and there was... TFTC..
Parked nearby and hoped that the car was safe. Walked down to where the GPS was pointing and searched in the wrong space for a while. Decided that as my GPS takes a long while to settle I would try the other likely spot and bino, there it was. A nicely hidden cache but I fell something has come loose. It was a couple of feet away from where I think it shold have been.

Thought I was going crazy but after 10 min I hit the jackpot. A very clever cache. Loved it. Just be careful while searching there are a few broken bottles around, I dare say after new years. Picked up what I could. TFTC
Well I was expecting more rocks here but really relieved when I just found a few big boulders instead.
Wasn't expecting a quick find but I got one.
Nice use of camo here, should last the distance.
Thanks Yin-Yang

Went to find this late on a very rainy night, it was quite difficult to find. I do not understand the name reference or the previous logs. Once I ignored that I quickly located the cache.

The Falcon found this one after spotting the potential hide. Very clever! Log large enough for us to use our new geo-stamp. Kids then had a great play in the park. Thanks YingYang for the clever hide and enjoyable find!!
We’re off to Uluru today and although there is a traditional cache at the resort, I wanted to grab one to fill the blank spot on our day/month calendar just in case we didn’t get a chance today. Luckily I grossly miscalculated travel times to pick up our friends so we had plenty of time to stop by here for this one.
We always love a cache with good camo! Thanks

Took a bit to find as it wasn’t in the place where the coordinates showed so signed and placed back in its original place
Suscoe's second find for today.
The park was empty.
Thanks for this hide.
Still cool.

Rocks! Ha!
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for this geocache here today. I used to walk to the school through this park in years past. It's much, much nicer now than it ever was when I had to wade through waist high thistles.

Must be getting good at this stuff... first place Mrs Riddell with her devious mind looked!
Pick up by Mrs Riddell as she only works about 3-4 km away.
Thanks for a nicely hidden cache... always brings a smile to the face as well as the scoreboard.

Saw this one pop up last night. A check this morning and FTF was still up for grabs.
A detour on route to work, short search and the crafty hide was found with a blank log
Crackers grew up in this area while in primary school.
Nice to see a new park and facilities.

Wishing I was close enough to find another of your geocaches. Your Adelaide ones were pretty cool!
