Spent 12 days on n NZ touring North and South Islands with Gate 1 travel. Had wonderful time. Tonight at Novotel before tomorrow s flight back to US. Thought Id stretch my legs with alittle caching. Log was damp but signable. Signed in red ink. Replaced as found. TFTC.
Heading to South America today. First stop Chilli. Had 4 hours between arrival and departure so time for a quick walk and a pleasant day . Quick find. Thanks for placing a cache here. Waiting for boarding now.
Last but not least on our Auckland holiday, awesome easy cache to say goodbye to Auckland till next time. Tftc found with aslis_01. Home time back to Nelson. Thanks for having us Auckland
At the airport a little too early for our flight home so one last cache was needed. A quick bite to eat and we were off. Nice quick find with Elliot13. TFTC
I'm in Auckland for a couple of days and for a change it has nothing to do with work (up the Irons!). So I've got nothing to stop my caching activities except being limited to public transport. Maybe I'll spot a Yeti with his very distinctive coat (GCAT2T2). (I didn't but I know he was up the front there somewhere). That's it - done. Only the last few hundred metres to the terminal. My feet are soaked, I'm cold and wet, and this is the first opportunity to sit down so I'm taking it.All good here, and thank you to tramyard for the placement of your Traditional Cache.Find #7120 at 17 September 2024 3:33pm
Out this way heading home after a couple of nights in hospital with junior cacher.....managed to collect the new adv.labs nearby, and was heading back to the car and spotted this lonely cache....it actually gets found regularly. Located, hopefully without alerting airport security...TFTC
My job interview was at 8:30am so I had a whole day ahead afterwards and I thought since I was already in Mngere I might as well knock off some Manukau North fare zone buses that I hadn't done before. I did not see the CO but I did find two of his caches along the way, the second being this one. Here is how my morning went:-> Walk to Kingsland station then Western line train to Newmarket-> Southern line train to Papatoetoe station-> 36 bus to stop 2712 on Buckland Road (for my interview)-> Walk to stop 2392 in Mngere Bridge then 38 bus to stop 2401 near the airport-> Walk to stop 2007 (via this cache) then AIR bus to Manukau station-> 353 bus to Botany town centre-> 31 bus to Papatoetoe station-> Eastern line train to Britomart-> Western line train to Kingsland and walk homeAs far as I could tell there are no buses currently serving this lonely bus stop, but there was a nicely hidden cache for me to find in between transfers. All is well here and I just hope my interview went as well as my bus route quest TFTC! (#2403)
Nice quiet bus stop today thankfully. Just timed between lights and then geoboy ducked in for the find. Tftc
Indeed, a lonely bus stop - but a lovely enclosed one. The cache was an easy find on my stroll from the hotel to the international terminal. TFTC
**21,718**With a bit of creative parking and a quick search and locate we were there and gone before anyone was any the wiser! TFTC
Thanks for hiding this cache. Short walk from the Ibis where we were overnighting.
Had loads of time to kill before this evenings flight to Dubai, so wandered off to find this one whilst Mrs Chrisb34 enjoyed a glass of wine in the terminal building. TFTC !!!
A quick find while heading to International terminal, country one on 3rd May complete, hoping for 2 more.

Been visiting Auckland from South Otago for a conference - lots of time to kill at the airport waiting for flight home so took a walk to do a little geocaching.Quick easy find and I appreciated a short rest in the shade after the hot sunny walk here. Nice camo. I left a cute little something for another finder and a shiny new trackable/TB. Tftc.
Spending a couple of days out of town Caching with Reschedule, not fully sure what we are hoping for, quality? quantity? maybe a bit of both, either way its all for a bit of an adventure. As we were in a car parking for this was a bit tricky, but after managing to park on a nearby street, and get across the major road, Reschedule quickly found this one.
Out of town on a caching mission with Kiwi Does Stuff, made a plan for the few days up in Auckland and hit the road. Getting to this bus stop was the hardest part, navigating the busy Auckland roads over Easter, once there we quickly had the cache in hand. TFTC!
A quick find this afternoon on a walk while filling in time before an overseas flight. Nicely camouflaged! Signed log, TFTC.
Quick find with Blue Jay after picking up our 'hire' car from airport and before heading off on a few day tour of the North island.Greetings again to CO..All good at gz.TFTC. Toffee Man.
Quick find while at the airport picking up our hire car We also acknowledge the traditional custodians of New Zealand / Aoteroa, as we geocache throughout their land while on holiday. Thanks for showing us this place, & for placing and maintaining this cache. The is our playground
While we were heading towards our accommodation for the night we walked past this loneliest bus stop but we were on the other side of the road with a goal to get into the hotel after the long journey as soon as possible. After spending some time in the hotel we were ready to head out to get a sim card and maybe grab some caches around. The first spot we got to was too busy to attempt the search so we got here, to the loneliest bus stop. The hint was accurate so we quickly started our search. After a moment we had a nicely camoed container in our hands and could add our name to the logbook. Thanks tramyard for placing and maintaining the cache! It is our first non-virtual cache in New Zealand, greetings from Poland.
Last chance to grab a cache on this trip to NZ. Heading out to AUS for a week now. Nearly didnt have time to come and get after taking sooo long to check in with QANTAS. Still, got it and now back to departures. TFTC
An unexpected find today, as our flight was cancelled. Onwards tomorrow. Didn't have a pen, so took a photo instead. TFTC and greetings from Ireland
Few hours to kill before my afternoon flight back to the mainland so out for a wander around the neighbourhood ,quick find tftc
I'm sure I'm blind but I couldn't find the cache. As per the hint, I sat on the left hand side facing the road. I felt all around. Went behind the shelter and looked under. Couldn't see it.Pretty embarrassing really
All safe and dry here today. Log signed while Waiting on family returning from overseas. Def not a P&G. Parked and walked a bit to find it
Last New Zelealand cache.... good bye, I am sad.... Our plane is waiting....Thanks and greetings from the Czech Republic.

Hi!!!! Greetings from IrelandChecking out caches for an upcoming trip and recognised the CO's name - Blue Jay & Toffee Man coming your way
There was an airport employee using the bus stop for a vape break, but as I approached, she cleared out and I had the cache in hand very shortly. This was a pleasant walk on this nice morning before my flight back to California. Thanks for my last find in this beautiful country!
A quick find early this morning while out for a walk from our hotel nearby. TFTC
Day 14: South to TaumarunuiTodays journey took us from Auckland down to Taumarunui as part of the first leg of our journey to New Plymouth via the Forgotten World Highway. We ventured out to Raglan as a little detour on the way to visit the Bridal Veil Falls / Waireinga as well. The day on the road was long but we enjoyed sunny skies and lovely caches all along the way and many a historic and scenic place. (End of the cut and paste bit)Heres the specific log for this cache:First cache of the day while we were waiting to collect the rental car at the airport. I wandered out to get this while there was a queue at the counter and managed to find this one in a jiffy with no one at the stop. It is lonely indeed. TFTC!

Geocache is located on private property without the permission of the owner. The cache also look very similar to an IED or hand grenade, coupled with the fact that this is close to an international Airport road network it has been removed by the airport security as it has created bomb scare

Bem Haja.
Had a few hours to kill before being able to checkin for my flight to Hawaii so I walked over to sign and grab this. Took the TB and then left it in a cache in Hawaii. Thank you for the placement.
A bit of time to kill before the international leg of my journey. This sturdy container seems to be home to a family of cute snails! Sshhh they’re sleeping.
Picking up family at the airport, and as usual, you have time to kill while waiting, especially when flights get delayed.
Felt like I shouldn't be back here where the cache was, had to check to make sure no one was looking.
However quickly found something that didn't look quite right and sure enough there was the cache

Staying at the ibis budget nearby this cash. Excited to find a Premium that was large enough to fit one of the travel bugs I've been carrying around for years. Thanks for the cash. Hopefully someone will help this. Continue on its journey.
Thanks tramyard for another cool cache near enough to walk from the terminal between flights ️
Our flight had been delayed for 9 hours (oh joy) so i spent some time caching. Went the long way around to find this bit had the added bonus of finding $1.90. TFTC.
Walked from Domestic managing to avoid most of the rain. Needed a cache before I fly away as aiming for 4 countries and 3 continents in one day. Next stop San Francisco.
Trouvée Tftc, between two flights it’s always funnier to find some cache than just waiting ! This morning I was in Queenstown, tomorrow I will be in Paris !
Easy find nearby to the hotel we are staying at before flying out tomorrow for a retirement celebration trip.
Off on an adventure to the Rutherglen Mega, first stop, Auckland. We spent the night in an airport hotel for a super-quick getaway the next day. It was great to be able to pause for a smilie along the way, the first of many. Thanks for the hide .
We have arrived in Auckland Airport and are heading to Melbourne for the Rutherglen mega and this is my furtherest cache north so far thanks for this cache tramyard
We are on our way to the Rutherglen Mega in Victoria. Walking from the domestic terminal to the Hotel. A cache is a good reason to put our bags down for a couple of minutes rest stop. Why don't I have a bag with wheels it would be so much easier? Thanks for the cache tramyard

Found tonight with Jagersmum. At first I thought I was in for some gymnastics, but figured it couldn't be there. It was difficult to see where I could stand and not fall right through, in the dark. Anyway, managed to find it ok. TFTC!!!
Tonight at the airport before our departure to London tomorrow. The Walk from our hotel was a bit further than we thought, but we soon found the well hidden cache TFTC
#13,453. Transiting via Auckland International Airport in Auckland. Our bags had been checked through to the final destination, so we had hand luggage only. Perfect for a little wander to try for this geocache. Fortunately, GZ was all quiet at the time of our visit. Found after a short search. Well hidden. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

Second trip to the airport in as many days to pick up more family for a celebration even here and we were early as they had text to say the lines were very long. After stopping for a coffee nearby I couldn’t resist walking over here for a look.
Didn’t notice the path on approach so was a little higher up (after finding realized that could have worked too but hey for my steps in!).
Quick find, sign and return and off to pick up point….a few mins after they got out the gate…oops we were slightly late!!!!
Thanks for the cache.

I'm staying my last night in NZ near the airport because my flight leaves early tomorrow morning. Luckily there are some caches nearby so I've got some things to do, tftc!
Quick and easy find here after dropping the girls off at the domestic terminal.
My flight is delayed by 2 hours so I have plenty of time to explore the airport ground. Quickly spotted. TFTC
