A quick find in the morning on the seconday of our Victoria trip. Sadly as the car was packed and we only passing by we had no pen to write in the log, I have a photo the log in CO requires TFTC.

Reperio 11:56Today my travels took me to the other side of Bathurst, and so had a couple of hours to grab a few caches. I had been to this one previously, however I think there were a few muggles wandering by that put me off searching. Today the coast was clear as far as I could tell, and so after a short search, the familiar looking cache container was located. Sneaky one

Relatively easy find, found it initially but disregarded it

We have travelled from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Bathurst for a 9 day holiday, camping in our Jayco Swan Outback Camper Trailer at the Bathurst NRMA Big4 Caravan Park, and plan to collect some caches & Adventure Labs in the Bathurst and surrounding areas.

Today we went for a drive up to Abercrombie, completing the cache trail along the Macquarie River walking path, then back down to Bathurst town centre via West Bathurst, collecting caches along the way. We ended the day with a few caches at Macquarie Vale. This was the 29th of 30 finds for the day (day 6), and 119th find of the holiday.

Was busy searching the wrong place, when the very nice home owner popped out and steered me in the right direction. Quickly spotted a familiar cache camo soon after, as we have one of those in our own cache portfolio. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC ythurtell.

Winter 2020 trip to Bathurst. Day 1. I joined forces with Fitzy_1965 and MinnieK for another visit to Bathurst and the surrounding area to visit new caches and try to find caches we have all managed to not find on previous visits. It was an overwhelmingly successful trip where we all managed to find some nemesis caches that stretch back several years and many trips to the region. Despite the cold we camped each night and had a most enjoyable weekend now we are allowed out to roam a bit further.

20,783. Found during a welcome June Long Weekend caching run with minniek and albida33.

After 2 months of being in Lockdown it was great that travel restrictions in NSW have been relaxed allowing non-essential travel (ie Caching) to restart. We decided that a run up around Bathurst to try to avenge a few previous DNFs was in order. A very successful trip with 13 previous DNFs crossed off. This cache was the first time we had ventured into this estate, and we made a nice quick find at GZ.

With COVID-19 restrictions eased so that we can travel within our state, fitzy_1965, albida33 and I headed into the Bathurst region for a long-awaited caching weekend away to turn as many DNF's into smilies as possible and collect any unfound caches inbetween.
