I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi Flathead42
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

Read the description helps. My turn to bring the team to badminton today. Watched my son play then dashed out to collect this.
After badminton going to see my eldest son in hospital second night after injuring his knee mountain biking. Hit a tree landing a jump. A hop down the hill off the track. At least he had someone with him. Over four hours wait in A&E then overnight stay so could operate to clean out it out. Hopefully home tomorrow. Said he was thinking of buying knee pads. Will definitely get them now.
Only three dot days to go. All in October.

A glorious warm sunny winter morning to go for a quick stroll through the park. Vaguely remember this building somewhere in South Dunedin. Wonder what plans are held for its future. Cache easily found and in good condition.
A good excuse to go for a walk after so much rain in the weekend. A quick find here. I remember that house by the chicken factory in South Dunedin that has been relocated here. TFTC
Took advantage of arriving early for a walk in South Dunedin and detoured to this sports ground first. Pleased to find a decent small container with pencil and swaps - well done Flathead. This intriguing old house is obviously being stored here - I wonder where it came from? And when it gets moved again, what will the renovators think when they replace that particular part of the cladding?
I was a little curious about this one as I had heard that the buildings were associated with the old gas works. Buildings are in a somewhat sad state. Found on the 4th wall that I searched. Picked up a trackable.
Found on 11/07/2019.
Out and about on a warm Winter's day in Dunedin.
Had to wait for working muggles to leave but it was a nice sunny day so sitting around wasn't too onerous.

The park was empty today as we made the count down walk, a bit of a search as there are certainly a lot of hint objects. As I signed the log happily I wondered how these buildings came to be here.
Thanks

So pleased to be out caching today. It has been a while - too many other things taking up my time recently.
A pretty quick find here by geo-husband. We couldn’t help wondering what these buildings are doing here. Tftc

Note to one self you need a torch when doing this cache in the dark. I tripped over the wooden blocks and just missed the nails going into my leg. Found with Mr VDH56.
Luckily no one on the playing fields as I arrived today so had the place to myself. Just replaced the container when a family arrives to kick a ball around right next door. Talk about good timing! TFTC
Chilly morning with a bit of frost and ice about but the promise of a great day ahead. Found the main gates to the grounds locked but pedestrian gates further along were open. I understand that this cottage was moved from the old gasworks site in South Dunedin a few years back and it has historic significance. Apparently it is being stored here pending a decision on what to do with it. It has been sitting here for a while and I wonder if there is a bit of "demolition by neglect" occurring? Searched the bigger structure first before re-reading the page and noting that it explicitly states the cache is in the smaller one. Duh! Quick find after that. TFTC.
(FTF) #163 @0109. Was having a couple of drink when this one came out. Was a quick drive with KJR luckily she hadn't been drinking. Was cold out but a clean night for a walk to the GZ. Was an easy find once on site. TFTC ?
