Nice walk to get here. Lovely peaceful spot. . Could stop, have a read with not a care in the world from this spot. Thanks for bringing me here.
**22,086**Cache was found far more easily than the log was extracted. Spent quite a bit of time persuading it out. All good in the end. TFTC
Out exploring this walkway at Bayview with TheLandGirl this afternoon, before heading to Eskdale Reserve for another walk. Didn't take too long to find this cache and signed it at the nearby seat. Pleasant outlook here. TFTC!
Out with some of my buddies from Team SEAC to assist Keylevs complete her D/T rating grid! A great day out exploring the area and getting more smiles on my map....and of course come good laughs with friends.Expanded our search from the hint
This was a team SEAC outing that was a while coming, with various life events happening all around we finally managed to land on a day to complete Keylevs DT grid and as luck would have it we were also due to hit our 8000th cache find today as well! We brought the geodog along who enjoyed running with the kids and exploring the tracks and slips and finding a dead fish to roll in(smelly dog!!!) Another cache in this lovely area, but for geocaching we would never have come to this area, so thanks for the placements along this walkway! TFTC!
For the first time in a long time, we were able to join in on a Team SEAC adventure. This one was to help one of the members finish off their D/T grid and also for other members to reach a great milestone. This also helped our LiveKiwi knock off some of the cells in their D/T grid, which they probably wouldn't have done in such a hurry by themselves. So, we headed to the North Shore for our first caching foray for the year.Continuing along our merry way, this cache was an easy find. The path was nice and scenic and GZ soon spotted. The search didn't take too long. The log was singed Team SEAC and the cache was put back from whence it came.TFTC
Today was a day when a few members of Team SEAC managed to align their calendars and get to achieve a few milestones. A fantastic day of fun, laughter, adventures and friendship. At GZ we followed the hint with no luck. Then read the description and realised the cache had been replaced. A fresh search with the additional info and success. TFTC.
Today was the day to finally close my D/T gaps. We had planned this day a number of times but for various reasons we had to cancel it but finally this time all the stars aligned for the group. Additionally NZT were super close to a big round number and HeMaLuDy were not quite as close but a do-able in a day big round number too so who knew what the day would bring! Guaranteed as always with a Team SEAC (South East Auckland Crew) day out there would be laughs, tears (usually from the laughing but not always), likely ice cream along the way etc etc.No issues here. Thanks for the cache.
Cannot believe there is a cache here. Have sat at this very seat in the past and didn’t even know there was a treasure hiding. Thank you for the cache.
We were taking the geohound down to play at the dog agility park, and although I had downloaded a couple of caches close to there this wasn't one of them. Found it fairly easily without seeing any of the hints.
1:29 PM Was having a stroll in the area.
Found the cache but didn’t have a pen with me.
Will come back later to log.
Interesting there doesn’t seem to be a log on the paper for ruthhide?
Cheers M+S [:0)]

As far as I was heading along here this evening, as I approached a lady with a dog happened along, so I outwaited her and started the search. A short time later the cache was located low and secure and signed up, all good here G.
With my ongoing plan to improve my calendar stats I had an opportunity to pop out after dinner to make a raid somewhere within reasonable distance of home. I reckoned that a trip over the Hobby bridge and into Bayview would be just the thing and so it was, 4 caches found and chipping into another source of finds. As it was I parked at the end of Houston, then forgot where I'd parked and did some huge convoluted loop walk, twice, before getting the right road back to the car.

Driving here I could see the rain heading over from the city so took a brisk walk to GZ and was happy to make a straight forward find here. Many thanks for another cache placement.
I had attempted this early but was botanically confused. Went back and ignored that part of the clue and it was an easy find. Tftc
Nice easy cache with a great spot to sit and enjoy the view! The title certainly lives up to its name! TFTC
Decided to come for a walk along here today and pick up some more caches. Parked up nearby and made this our first find of the day. Didnt expect the seat to be there but a great place to sit and admire the view.
Second and last cache Did a previous addition belong to Corbin? Could be wrong so apologies if I have that incorrect. Funny sign close by so we obeyed the rules and didn't dump anything in the nearby stream leading to Oruamo Creek. Now back up the track to look for the black stump that eluded us about 3 years ago, sadly again this avoided us! Cheers for the mini adventure out today!
Walked from "The Butt of All Caches" cache to this one - 114 steps, good track, not so good track but all enjoyed by us today.
Easy find at GZ SL **tm/ww NZ**

Nice quick find, first find with our caching gang. It’s 8 weeks since we were all together TFTC
First find of the day with PhilBirdBoys and Gernita, making the most of getting out and about. Tftc.
Day 2 of isolation... I recon by the end of this I'll have them all in a 5 k radius
Easy find and nice little spot. Its been ages since I did this walkway and god to see it still in good condition.

Day One of the official self isolation period. Miss Six and I came out for a walk along the coastal track to get some exercise and find this cache. Thanks!
Lovely walk along the trail with Merlot58 on a sunny morning with the tide in. We remembered the previous hide here, and were pleased that this new version took a lot less time to find it. Spotted the cache in a pohutakawa tree, rather than a T-tree as per the hint. We sat on the seat and admired the views before returning along the path to the car.
Nice and peaceful here and the tide was in. I well remember the previous cache here as it took us ages to find that sneaky hide but this one was straightforward today
Nice little stroll along the water edge this morning with the rest of the family. TFTC
There are no t trees with multiple trunks and no object between ground and 1m high on other trees.
I am out today with nufrat finding caches on the north shore. As others have mentioned, the bench seems to have moved, so we had to extrapolate from where it may have been when the cache was placed. TFTC.

Did not get the hint but got the hide. Seat is moving its location and T-tree looks like Pohutukawa to me Got it anyway! Thanks!
We had had trouble with the previous cache here, but when I walked into this nice place for #2 I immediately spotted the hide. Thanks for bringing me back.
Today we decided to visit a new area in Auckland. Targeted area was Glenfield.
Caches were generally well hid and terrain a bit more up and down than expected.
In fact some of the caches were real beauties, nothing to do with geocacher, in particular whose name slips my mind. (just kidding).
met up with fellow caches from Huntly.
Logs logged as Team HRP (home towns for us Huntly, Rotorua, Papamoa
Great day. SLTFTC

With Gap (of Fap and Gap), ABCDF4, and eyespyben... Signed logs as Team H (Huntly) R (Rotorua) P (Papamoa). We are on the Shore as Gap has a small event to attend later in the morning... There is good news and bad news... The good news is that there are lots of 'Battle of the Bridge' caches to find on this side of the Harbour. The bad news is most of them are G2 caches - These hides are always a bit more challenging and take time to find...
We had an ambitious plan to walk and cache along part of the Glenfield Coastal Walkway - From Kaipatiki Road to Bay View Road. Our Huntly friends brought their e-bikes along, but there wasn't much call for them given the terrain. We encountered lots of stairways as we climbed in and out of many gullies. We were pleased to find most of the caches - some were more challenging than others... What tree are we looking for? In our confused state, we looked far wider than was necessary. We noticed that the neighbours have been gardening in here too. Is the cache still here? We just managed to find this hide, when the neighbour and her dog appeared. We quickly explained our activity, which satisfied her curiosity... Thanks G2 and TFTC.

I needed to escape the house and what better reason than to go geocaching? Made the decision to target a few previous DNFs and newish caches around Bayview/Beach Haven area.
There were a few new caches along this section of the trail so I ended up completing part of the loop again. The trail was muddy in parts and this time I passed no muggles. Arrived at a familiar spot and I put down my bag to start my search. Didn't take me too long to locate once at the right tree.

Lynn reserve all fenced of on both sides of the road for storm water upgrades. Access to the coastal trail still open. Track a little muddy in places which is not surprising with all the rain. Lovely afternoon to visit this location with the sun slowly setting. Met a local (see photo) who pointed the way. All good. TFTC
I remember the last one here years ago - found it quiet tricky.
This one wasn't as bad once I correctly identified the correct tree.

I'd saved these caches near to home, as I knew they would come in handy for some event. Yes they have the gems I need in them yay. Bit of a wet careful walk along to this one to make sure I stayed on my feet. GZ is a lovely spot and nice to see a seat here. Actually this took a bit of hunting for, but soon spotted something. SL. TFTC.
I popped out for a couple of hours this afternoon to find some of newer hides around the Shore. This was my last stop before heading back home. I had planned on walking from "Butt" but that section of track was closed from a slip according to signage. Instead, I parked up on Hale Crescent and entered the trail network from there. I short walk bought me to another familiar GZ; I remember finding another hide in the exact same spot. I think that GZ is not the species of tree suggested on the cache page, by the way. Oh, and I can also confirm that Suppernanny and company did attempt to sign in with stick and mud. Cheers for the cache (re)placement!
I was sitting on the computer when I saw this cache released, so decided to head over to have a look. Parked up beside Lynn Reserve, and jogged down the path and along the trail. Good hint, quick find, and a nice place to take a seat while I signed the blank log for a [FTF]. Thanks for bringing me back along here this afternoon, and TFTC.

Shoutout to [@supernannny](http://coord.info/PR7JGWR) for getting me out of my house! I deeply appreciate being dragged away from my addiction to watching Dangan Ronpa V3 cosplay tiktok compilations on youtube and Yuri on ice. I took three 214 page manga books with me and my doggo and we were ready to go. This was my first time leaving the house the entire weekend so I thank you for the cache. Thanks, dude.
