Logs
Took a little as was looking in the wrong place, almost gave up but found in the end.
Thank you! That was a cool find!! No log inside so posting a pick. Maybe need a check by the CO
Had us stumped, but once we sat and thought about it, it was a quick find. TFTC.
Coordinates changed from:S 40 57.150 E 175 37.609Coordinates changed to:S 40 57.189 E 175 37.550Distance from original: 360.5 feet or 109.9 meters. This was previously attached to a sign which has recently been removed. Hopefully this new location will be more permanent.
Didn't find this one today, There's a lot of maintenance being done in and around the carpark so unsure if its still here or not, if so ill just return another day.
Unfortunately we couldn't track this one down tonight despite searching in every possible place.
A nice quick find, easily spotted on the way to GZ. Thanks for placing your cache.
Ms_KR and I are off for a wee break "up north". Today we drove from Masterton to Wellington to catch an early morning ferry. The weather got wetter the closer that we got to Wellington.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. .

2nd of the day for myself and the kids. There was an obvious location as we pulled up but after investigating it turned out we were wrong. Expanded our search slightly and turned wrong into right! All was well here, TFTC
I’ve previously looked for this and not been able to find it. Seeing that it had been replaced, and being in the area today with JustLookingOO and Flossie110, thought I would have another go. As it turned out, I had been looking in the wrong place all along, and Flossie110 found it immediately. Thanks for the clever hide
A drive to Masterton to get some caches before a meeting in Eketahuna. Thanks KiwiDragonfly for the cache.
Out finishing the challenge for this month, great day with only 2 dnf, thanks for the placement.
With (Mr) Davidson Clan and Gap (of Fap and Gap)… On a boy’s weekend roadtrip south. We have arrived at our new base camp for the night - Hello Masterton!
The cache description was extensive but worth reading. Who knew that naming a railway station would be so contentious? We had a quick look around before settling on the right object. We obediently returned the cache up the right way. Thanks KiwiDragonfly and TFTC.

FapnGap and Squirel Nutcase and I have come away for the long weekend caching. Nice quick find here today cache is in good condition. Thanks for hiding the cache.

This was a nice find, although the cache had a nicely concealed hiding spot. We took the chance to feed the dogs and give them a chance to stretch their legs. TFTC

This end of the carpark is not as well patronised as the south end. Almost a park n grab. Thanks for the history lesson and the nicely hidden cache. TFTC
Easter Sunday was a good time to visit this one, it was all quiet here. Thanks KiwiDragonfly for your placement and the history.
2 April 2022 11:05. Number 10936. After a brief debate over which cache to target next, GSEL graciously pulled into the carpark and let me find this one. TFTC KiwiDragonfly.
WAHOO! I'm finally out of household lockdown. This cache was still at GZ but, as mentioned, was empty. New log placed today and all good to go.
Had a good search but when reading previous comments I don’t think it visible any more
Found it but the cache was completely empty. I didn't have any replacement paper with me to leave in there. Unfortunately when I was placing it back, it slipped out of my hand and fell completely down, so will need a grasping tool to retrieve it. Thanks for the interesting spot!
This was quite a weird cache, I was wondering if this was it, looked inside and saw bugs random pieces of plastic. Saw some photos of places and the log of peoples names on it, so found it after all.

(# 6877) Day trip over the hill for a touch of caching. Even better that it is a pleasantly fine day. A quick find. Thanks for bringing me here.
All checked today. Thanks robnzh for sorting this before I managed to get to it.
Managed to extract the cache using a stick as an improvised TOTT.
Hopefully reachable for others now but still a little tricky

Rather embarrassing situation here.
It was convenient to attempt this one as I had arrived by train at Masterton station and my caching activities took me further down this way so it was more convenient to catch the train back from Solway.
I found the cache but had difficulty reaching it and unfortunately my efforts to do so resulted in it ending up in an even more difficult place to get at- a gripping tool would have been handy but I didn't have one.
Sorry about that!
Not claiming a find as I couldn't sign the log. TFTC anyway!
Thanks for the interesting historical background.
Maybe the cache should be hidden under a pile of sticks?

A new, larger cache in place at slightly different coordinates. Still a high muggle area.
Coordinates changed from:
S 40° 57.150 E 175° 37.603
Coordinates changed to:
S 40° 57.150 E 175° 37.609
Distance from original: 27.6 feet or 8.4 meters.
Was hidden amongst rocks which have now been removed.

Caching trip with MomsOB on a gorgeous sunny day. Arrived in Masterton with plenty of time to pick up some caches before collecting I’m-to-cool-for-geocaching teenagers.
Super quick park n grab. TFTC

Interesting history I would never have known about but for geocaching. Easy find with the pin-point accurate coordinates. TFTC.
Got confused by some rubbish at first but we're able to quickly admit to locate this cache. Tftc
Nice easy find with @peadub. Thanks for the history of the station. Signed log and replaced where found. TFTC
Macfam41 found it while Mrs Macfam was competing in the Waiarapa Dog Training Club comp at the showgrounds with Southridge Laird of Kinlochaline.
