This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. Thankfully not a busy a Saturday which made this an easy find

Took longer than it should have. Easy find in the end once I was in the right area.
Out running today very windy along the harbour.
Came out to get the 14th of August cache as was a month placed I was missing.
May as well find this one as well.

Thanks Flathead42 for placing and maintaining a cache here. I was thinking it would go missing often since it is so close to school ground but it was not so obvious to see.

Found this after a quick search during school holidays thanks to the revised co-ordinates that Lions.v.Lambs provided in their log. No-one else around, so i was easy to be stealthy today. TFTC.

**S 45° 54.152 E 170° 30.809** Replaced the broken empty cache with a fresh cache and logbook hidden where I had last found it in an earlier place. Say 'thankyou'. A bit of drift around the trees by noobs and magpies. TB's not recommended. Fin 2021 [s](https://www.geocaching.com/souvenir/?guid=6a5b7ac0-b157-4bb2-85cd-4098e81ff14f)ouvenir nailed. Found with Malinkaly showing me the way. I'd been here a few times already but failed each time, and I learned that the reason was that I was looking for the wrong kind of container. It's not what it is in the description anymore. Once I had that idea out of my head, I found the cache easily. TNLN as we didn't have much time and I didn't have many goodies with me. Cheers!

Finally! Always when walking past there were many many people and children around. Following the suggestion of @Wilbywarrior I went before work today. Easy enough find and a great way to start the day. thanks for the cache!

In Dunedin for a few days for work. After a looooong day and dinner with some colleagues it was time for caching out and about with B4 Dawn - yay!!

Had a DNF on this back in Feb 2020 so knowing B4Dawn had found it recently we were back. Found it out in the open so super easy. We put it back where B4 Dawn had found it last time which had a little more cover.

Staying in Dunedin for the weekend with injeanious and we had to find this cache as it is the closest to our airbnb. Tftc!

Thus little cache was the one closest to our accommodation, so JD and I had a quick walk around the corner and soon made the find. Tftc.

I have a 3 month sabbatical mostly traveling around the planet. My goal is to find and log 1000 caches. New Zealand is my 4th station traveling from south Christchurch to north Auckland, my first visit here, its far away. This is my sabbatical-cache #500, half time for my goal.

Back in dunnas for an event with rayzr...after pitching the tent we wandered around the block for a few handy caches

In Dunedin for a couple of days for work so of course took the opportunity to find some caches.

No luck for me on this one today...had noted a few of the other finders had got hints as to where to look and it sounds like quite a big container but as time is short I decided to move on. I'm sure I'll be back at some point.

This one took two visits before the find with a little hint from a friend. My first search was somewhat hampered by dampness but I certainly appreciated the little assistance. Well hidden. The container was of a somewhat different shape than in the write up and was larger than expected. It's amazing what size containers can disappear into the vegetation.

Yay finally found it.

2nd time looking for this cache and very pleased I had got a hint from a previous finder as I think I would still be looking.

Extended the bike ride this morning to visit this nasty little shrubbery again. This time armed with a hint from a previous finder and Mr D. Who picked up a stick and started poking at the leaf litter and very soon got that satisfying plastic thud. A 1 litre snaplock, complete with pencil, very nice container. But definitely NOT T1! The CO hasn't been on the website since Sept 2019 so I suspect geocaching was a short-lived enthusiasm... but nice to finally get this one done.

then went to Mitre 10 to get some flat black spray paint and bumped into Gadget and KJR, fresh from a FTF at the latest Natalie St Clair sealion sculpture multi.

Guys to get this one, second time around. Not quite the container I'd expected from the description. TFTC

Did not find yet again, this cache is tricky

Up from the small smoke for appointments of the medical variety. After being poked and prodded, it was time for fresh air and snaffle a few caches.

Here and then there.
Time to relax. And then what do we do now
I know let's pick up a cache or two .
So accommodation sorted and something to eat we adventured
Out to see what was lurking in the bushes.
A quick search soon had the goods in hand . With log signed we returned to hide and on to the next . Let's see where we end up.

Could not find it

Although the coordinates were good, it took a while to locate this well buried cache, in a location we recall having visited previously. The terrain rating needs to be corrected, as the cache is clearly not wheelchair accessible. TFTC

I have been delaying an attempt on this cache since I realised where it was. I have unhappy memories of another one hidden here back in c.2012ish? At that time this was a filthy spot. It was full of windblown rubbish. There were many comments at the time about why anyone would have hidden a cache in such a dirty location. Finally decided to do it today and pleasantly surprised to find it quite tidy this time. Phew! I think some of the bush has been thinned out too. Container reasonably quickly in hand. Wondering whether the CO's name is a Harley Davidson reference? TFTC.

Looked and looked but no luck, and did not make a long attempt because the groundskeeper was out and about.

Its definitely there!! Love the effort that went into this container, very cute!!! Bigger than I thought and actually didnt take me more than a minute to find!

Only had a quick look as had kids with me and it was cold. Will come back on a better day.
