(10188) Came up to Auckland with Itchyfeet2020 to primarily get the Crayola series. Second day and it has dawned a much better day with no rain about. Got a few others as well. Solved these 5 years ago and finally going for them. Signed the log as McItchy. Thanks kiwicouple for taking the time to place the cache and for bringing me here.
Day 2 of my visit to the big smoke with Mr-Mcgoo for a Crayola coloured crayon adventure. I can't recall when I originally solved all of these - ages ago, but I love these puzzles and a nice long list was a fun goal. Great to finally years later visit all the locations revealed on my screen so long ago. Our joint caching name for the logs was Mc Itchy. TFTC and fun series kiwicouple. Nice easy find here. Log getting full.
I have an afternoon caching in and around Pukekohe and whilst some more of the Crayola series are in my sights theres also some trads to collect along the way. An easy find here after chuckling at the nearby sign. Theres a story here, Im sure. Thanks kiwicouple#5384Logged using Cachly.
We planned a few days visit to Auckland for two reasons; our last two North Island CANZ caches, and the Crayola series which we had solved several years ago. Unfortunately we didnt think to bring caching supplies (eg extra log sheets) with us.We are back for our second day of the crayola series today. Yesterday we managed to find all 40 of the caches we looked for; we werent so successful today, and we also had more traffic and muggles to contend with, being closer to town. This was #1 for the day, solved in 2019. We were intrigued by the sign. The cache was quickly found once Mrs nzk sorted out her left from right. The log sheet was full but we found a gap to add our signature. Thanks for the puzzle and cache, kiwicouple!
Out on a geocache trip with Ellen Sch , Team Eika and ingsve on holiday in New Zealand, and today it was this area that was prioritized If nothing else is mentioned, we found the cache at good coordinates and it was fine To save space in the log, we often log in with the nickname N4 Many thanks to CO for laying out and maintaining this Greetings from Norway TFTCUte p en geocache-tur med Ellen Sch,Team Eika og ingsve p ferien i New Zealand og idag var det dette omrdet som ble prioritert Hvis ikke annet er nevnt s fant vi cachen p gode koordinater og den hadde det braFor spare plass i loggen logger vi ofte med nick N4Tusen takk til Til CO for utlegg og vedlikehold av denne Hilsen fra Norge TFTC
Cachehilsen fra Ellen Sch, NorgeMe and MrVon sr have come down to Australia and New Zealand, -an old dream has finally come to an end. Team Eika and Ingsve have also traveled with us on this trip.We have been traveling cross-country for a month, and the goal is to end up in Adeleide and mega-event on the leap year. We have especially looked for old caches, to fill jasmer'n, for a couple of pieces, and for the other two of us who have started to think about reviewing more. The vast majority of them showed up at their places, sometimes we had to search a bit, but we were usually lucky in the end. There were also some DNFs.We have mostly logged in with the common nickname N4 (ingsve, Von sr. TeamEika and Ellen Sch), but our own nicknames are also used.A big thank you to all you CO's for laying out and maintaining your caches. Without their work, we would never have been able to make a living with this hobby.Always nice to have a new smiley face on the map.Cache greetings from Ellen Sch, Norway
As a once in a lifetime holiday, this year we are traveling for 7 weeks to Vietnam, Bali, Australia and New Zealand. In Australia we meet Ellen Sch and MrVon sr and Ingsve to visit these last two countries, so here we cache together. We signed the log with N4. Now we have solved many caches so we have a large number of solved coordinates. But we are interested in all types of caches, so if you receive a log, it means that we have visited your cache. We haven't quite decided where we're going, but we'll probably let the weather decide for us. We want warmth because in Norway it is now freezing. We will stay for about 2 weeks in Australia and 2 weeks in New Zealand and we will end the trip with the Mega event in Adeleide on 29 February. So thank you very much to all of you who make it possible for us to travel around finding caches. On March 6, we set course for Norway again. There are extremely nice people everywhere and we are welcomed, we thank you very much. Thanks to our cache friends for good company on the trip.
EnglishWe are six Norwegians on a trip to Australia and New Zealand. We arrived in Melbourne at the beginning of February and are traveling home after the mega event in Adelaide. We travel by car and Geocaching helps us discover many nice places and often helps to decide where we choose the route between our goals which are: Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Dunedeen, and Adelaide. This is one of the caches we found on the trip and we thank you for showing us this place. We who are on tour have the nicknames: MrVonsr, ingsve, EllenSch and TeamEika. And signs the logs with N4.Great thanks for showing us and doing our tour wonderful NorwegianVi er seks nordmenn p tur i Australia og New Zealand. Years after solving these puzzles we finally ventured north in search of the rainbow of colours. Although it It was not supposed to rain our day started with light drizzle which continued for most of the day. Thanks for an enjoyable series of caches, we always enjoy caching around rural areas.Nice sign TFTC.
Matagouri and I found ourselves with a bit of free time before 'house sitting ' duties called, so headed up North for a bit of geocaching. My main focus was to attack this 'crayola series' which had been solved yonks ago in preparation for the Mega event, that I never ended up attending. It's so good to finally complete this series (other than a handful of dnfs).A big thanks to matagouri, who did all the driving around despite the fact he'd already found most of these caches. Thanks for all of the effort you've put into setting up this seriesLog is full
I read the sign. Well I won't be doing that. Not here. The grass is a bit too prickly. And I always take my litter home with me.Almost lost half of the cache when it fell off the gate post, but it was just in reach through the fence.
️ Trouvée ! / Found it ! ️
Deuxième jour sur cette série. Toujours un plaisir de trouver toutes ces caches. Je bouclerai cette série dans la matinée avec quelques DNF malheureusement.
3984ème cache trouvée.
Merci kiwicouple pour la cache
Second day on this series. Always a pleasure to find all these caches. I will complete this series in the morning with a few DNFs unfortunately.

Really wanted to complete the wheel of challenges to grab another souvenir but today is the last day and we think we are still 21 caches short. The weather is not looking great and I have to be at work again this afternoon so we decided our best bet was to head over here and start the crayola series. Solved these puzzles back in 2019 and I have enjoyed this type of solve ever since. I think its what got me hooked. We parked up got out the car. Spotted the sign and laughed and then made a quick find.
I headed out today with AliGle to look for all the caches on the Crayola 64 series. AliGle had worked her way through all the jigsaw puzzles back in the days of Covid lockdowns and it's taken us a while to get around to heading down this way to find the caches. Unfortunately we didn't keep a record of the hints from the puzzle solutions, so that made the day a bit more interesting! However, most caches were easy enough finds without hints. At the end of the day we found 54 caches from the series and DNFed 10. I think half of the DNFs were most likely missing caches (based on DNF logs before us) and the other half were probably there, but we struggled to locate them having not saved the hints! We signed the logsheets with "24/04 V/A" although 2 or 3 couldn't be signed due to dampness. Some logs were also full, but we managed to squeeze our initials in somewhere. All in all it was a great day out in the picturesque countryside. Thanks for the big effort that's obviously gone into creating this series!
Vistra and I headed out today to look for all the caches on the Crayola 64 series. I solved all of the jigsaws during lockdown but we only got around to looking for them today. Unfortunately in my haste to complete the puzzles, I didn't keep a record of the hints from the puzzle solutions when they appeared at the end of the puzzles, so that made finding the caches from the coordinates alone a bit more challenging! Nonetheless we had a pretty successful day and found 54 caches from the series and DNF'd 10. We signed the log sheets with "24/04 V/A" but couldn't sign a couple because the logs were very damp. A few of the log sheets were full too and need replacing, but we managed to find a small corner to initial. Thanks very much to the COs for all the work that has gone into creating this fun series of caches and for giving us a productive and fun day out!
Another Sunday off south looking for more.of.the colour puzzles I solved last year. Enjoying the coun try side and gettingof the city. Tftc
Not exact a pleasant location. The log paper was full and a bit sweaty. Ummm some bloke didn't read the sign.
What an interesting spot.
We wonder what prompted the need for the sign as the area doesn't seem particularly appropriate for the activities it describes, surely there are better options.
But considering the item of clothing that was lying there today it does appear to be necessary.
At least there was no one there taking advantage of the offer when we arrived and we made a nice quick find.
Obviously a popular local landmark and a great location for a cache.
Thanks kiwicouple for teaching us a bit about the local area.

Out and about collecting all the colours today. This one was a quick easy find (as were they all except one). Lots of water lying around the place after a week of rain but all nice and dry today. TFTC.
4 July 2022 13:09 sign. Heading up to complete the last leg of the series now. Tftc. Number 11274 for me.
Love the sign. Mr Kiwi was too keen to find the next cache to take advantage of the offer
Mr Kiwi and I spent Matariki exploring this new part of the country to us. We found snails, slugs, ants and slaters along with 83 caches. Many thanks for putting the series together. I love jigsaw puzzles, so these caches were right up my alley. I loved the hidden in plain sight caches.

Solved these great, easy to solve puzzles a while back. Decided to tackle these caches today on a nice day out.

This was Crayola colour #20 of 64, and cache #26 for today. My overall log for the series is on [Crayola 64: Silver](https://coord.info/GL16JWD2E).
A very nice bright shade of orange and a fun jigsaw puzzle to do. At the time I was wondering what we would find at GZ because of the hint. Today I didn't spot it straight away, but as nette and I wandered over to find the cache, we spotted the hint item and had a bit of a laugh. Thanks for the cache and thanks for hiding it here

With TwigNZ on a day of caching fun, finding the puzzle caches that are part of the Crayola 64 power trail around Karaka and Waiuku
Solved these about a year ago, was solving so that I could perhaps combine with the NZ MEGA, and so today was the day, only a couple of days after the MEGA which was held on the 22 January.
A joint effort, thanks again TwigNZ for having me tag along, so many roads not travelled before, cool hides, and interesting landscapes.
Cool trail, thanks kiwicouple for the puzzles, hides and the adventure

NZ MEGA 2020 (in 2022) road trip - Day 7
Apologies in advance for the C&P logging, but will mention anything that stands out. Just about all the finds were straightforward in accordance with the Hint.
As one of the things I thought I might attempt on this trip, I've been itching to have a crack at trying to get a day of finding a large number of caches. 200 was a target I had set myself a while back. I had noticed that there was a large concentration of caches just north of Auckland Airport, and I had also solved the Crayola 64 geo-art series a couple of years ago, and hoped that between those 2 locations I would be able to get the numbers I wanted. But doing it all on my own would be the biggest challenge.
I did have a few people say to me that I was being over-ambitious, as the Crayola series would take the best part of a day in itself to visit all the locations. I can now confirm that those people were right.
Having had a fantastic day on Browns Island on Sunday, another member of Team Done by 1 (RustyNZ) and I arranged to do just the Crayola series, and anything more would be a bonus. She had been wanting an excuse to come and find these, so it was a good opportunity for both of us. We met up just off the motorway and carpooled from there.
I had to laugh at the amusing sign, good to find some old fashioned humour. I can only imagine that I would end up with a Burnt Orange arse if I ever got the opportunity to indulge in the farmers generous use of his paddock on a day like today!
A quick find at GZ, the log was soon sporting both our names and we were back off on what would end up being a really long, but worthwhile day. I didn't get my 200, but I had my best single day ever with over 100 finds
Thanks for placing this series of caches. FP given for bringing me here to the sign

Solved these puzzles over the last two years so now was the time to start visiting them. Joined forces with Blenheim Bear to attend the Mega and take an organised trip to Brown's Island along with other cachers who had also attended Mega.
In the following days we visited and cached in and around Auckland and South Auckland, including visits to this Crayola series. We signed ourselves as BBTT or viceversa.
Thanks kiwicouple for the great series we have seen so far that you have set up. Will be back to finish it off some time.
We were very amused by the sign.

Today we decided to work as many of the Crayola series as we possibly could, having solved the entire series during lockdown (in Wellington). No problems finding these caches. Tftc!
It's my Mega weekend road trip! This is day two, a bulk find day, attempting to complete the Crayola 64. Will expand on my logs, post photos, qualifying caches for challenges, etc. When I get home. TFTC

Orange you glad I found it and it wasn’t burnt too much TFTC many thanks for the puzzle and placement
Today we had set aside for doing the Crayola 64 series, and StreetWalkerNZ had spent time last night working out the optimal route, though a bit of back tracking could not be avoided. A successful day, with just a couple of DNFs (think these caches are missing, rather than through our incompetence [:p]). Appreciated the quiet roads and variety of hides.
Ha-ha. TFTC.

Quicker to find all the caches than work them out at home. Interesting set.
Long time since driving these roads as used to do work out here as a Land Surveyor . Good to be back in the area. TFTC

#8938. I had seen the Crayola series published a while ago but had only got around to solving one of them. I hadn't had time to get back to them until just after Christmas. Then with my trip up north coming up and a spell of wet weather in Wellington, I got into the jigsaws and managed to solve 20 of the easier ones before I headed north. So today was the chance to come around and pick up the finals before I head back south again. I suspect I will be driving up and down the same roads once more in the future when I get to solve the rest. Sorry for the cut and pastes logs. But did too many over a couple of hours to remember them all. Will comment if there was something unusual about the hide. I only needed to check the hint on a couple of them. So thanks for the excellent coordinates, the fun jigsaws and for getting me out to Karaka.
I turned around at this exact spot earlier in the day and clearly didn't look at my GPS as had to come back here to find and sign the logbook.

Nobody around today which makes it a perfect day to pick up some crayola caches. Nice quick find here. Probably my favourite colour for the day. TFTC
Phil fancied looking for this one as he thought the sign was hilarious!! QEF SL TFTC
Found and signed as southern raiders. Putting draft logs on these at night and midnight has hit so some are on the wrong date. Will go back and adjust on the computer.

Jude_E, NosyNel, GraciesGPSFun and I are on the ‘Mega that wasn’t’ trip in Auckland the weekend. We’re collecting the ‘Tour’ caches, plus others, plus seeing the scenery, plus having a good old time -as usual . TFTC.
Enjoying a trip around the North Island with NZ Bozzy - planned to attend the mega and also pick up the North Island TMGT caches plus fill in blanks on our jazmar grids and DT grids.
This was a very pleasant diversion and lots of fun solving the puzzles and finding the caches. Signed as Southern Raiders
Thanks for the caches and a fun series kiwicouple

Visiting North Island from Otago as I still had my flights etc all booked last Christmas for what was going to be the Mega Weekend. Joined up with the Southland Geocachers (MrandMrsChosen1978, Wombat_4, NZBozzy, Kiscardi, Mrs Hazzer, Tregram and I) formed the Southern Raiders to have a Mega time caching in Auckland and Rotorua.
Day 3 - a nice morning chilling at the hotel and then it was time to hit the 64 Crayola series. As one of two who had all of the puzzle final locations loaded on my phone I became the navigator in the cark with NZBozzy and Kiscardi. So much fun was had travelling around the area and on the roads we saw and waved to drivers in some very old classic cars.

[NZ Mega 2020](http://nzmega.com) is definitely happening, but has been postponed until 2021. It will be held in Auckland over Labour Weekend, 22 to 25 October 2021. It's going to be a massive celebration of geocaching:
* 20+ years of geocaching worldwide.
* 20+ years since New Zealand had the very first geocache hidden outside of USA.
* All the 20s and now 21 as well!
Talk to your geo-friends and start planning to be part of [this event](http://nzmega.com) - you won't want to miss it!

Today is Crayola day; everyone has done the puzzles, back in lockdown, and this is very much a focus of the trip, while also doing a couple of the not-this-year-Mega-2020 events.
Travelling with South Island cachers, we found a number of caches including this one, on Labour Weekend Sunday.
We have typically signed as mrandmrschosen1978 or occasionally MM78. Crayola have been signed as Southern Raiders

Out with team Gold today (0B80B8, Liz Crew) doing a raid on the South Auckland caches. We had solved a stack of puzzle caches in the area, so it was time to collect as many as we could and pick up the trad's as we past them as well. Love the sign. Had to have a photo of that one. TFTC
Off on a mission today with Team G0LD ( Geocachers 0B8, Lis & Daffy ) to finally do the Crayola 64 series. The puzzles had been solved ages ago, but due to two Covid forced delays, it was only now we could coordinate schedules and head south from Whangarei to make the finds.
We managed over 100 caches today, including all 64 Crayola puzzles, some extra puzzles, a few trads and a "slight" detour up to Awhitu Park to do the walk around there as well. A neat bonus was a couple of FTF's as well for the day. Finally made it back to Whangarei 17 hours later after over 500kms travel. Thx Greg for the driving, Lis for doing a lot of the hard yards in and out of the vehicle and yours truly for not getting us lost in an area of the country I certainly had never been before.
Thx also to Kiwi Couple for putting out this series and bringing us to this new area. Certainly interested to see all the flash "shacks" dotted around. The variety of containers was also much appreciated and some nicely crafted examples were found, which does make the experience more enjoyable.
This was our next Crayola find and a nice quick find here in the hint location of an interesting cache container. An interesting sign nearby about the "birdlife" too. Adding a FP here for this as well as an acknowledgement for a well done series. TFTC (series)

Today was the day Team G0LD (Geocachers 0B80B8, Lis's crew and DaffyNZ) finally got to collect these puzzles. As Pete said we'd planned this trip ages ago but covid-19 got in the way.
I left my sons in Whangarei at 5am and got back home to Paihia at 11pm. It was a long day but I really enjoyed it. We found all the crayola series, a few trads near them, a few other solved puzzles. In the middle of the series we headed up to Awhitu Regional park to get a cache that required low tide. Along the way we even managed two FTF's giving us a total of just over 100 for the day.
I enjoy jigsaw puzzles so this was a fun series which I solved back in July/August 2019. Good hint and funny sign for sure. Thanks for the series

Up in Auckland visiting family for the school holidays. Heading south we decided to stop and collect as many Crayola as we could. Having the camper van is not ideal for small roads so we parked up and got on our bikes. Most of the finds were straight forward however some of the hints had changed. It may be that we solved these so long ago that we haven’t updated the hint. Thanks for the series. Did enjoy the sign here. A favourite from us.
We have a significant caching milestone approaching which we want to obtain on a trip away over Labour weekend. To get there we needed a few more caches and so a plan was hatched, the collective solving power of Team SEAC was put to the task and today was the day to collect this whole series.
The weather forecast wasn't the greatest and there was some initial discussion about postponing however the decision was made to carry on.
We meet at a predetermined spot and with Keylev, NZIceman, Laval, Cragger and Graffin we set out to conquer this series.
Thanks to Kiwicouple for placing this series!!!!!

Out for the day with Team SEAC to try and clear out the Crayola series plus a few extra thrown in for good luck
This was cache find # 22 of the day. Great sign on fence! All logs signed as Team SEAC to save space, TFTC!

It was at this cache that I noticed SEAC in the logbook with todays date. That told me there was another group of cachers on the trail. Never did get to see them, they were on a different circuit to me.
Another reset the route cache as I head towards another cluster of solved puzzle pieces. Parked up and took a pic of the hint item. The Vines Village in Blenheim also has/had some quirky signs, there must be a shop somewhere to make bespoke witticisms.
Another weekend day dawns, later than usual due to daylight saving adjustment in the night and my plan for today was a good one. I've been steadily solving the jigigi Crayola puzzles at the rate of 5 or 6 a night with some gaps in solving but steadily enough anyway. mrs capperz is away for the weekend so I'm at a loose end for things to do - lol! So caching in the Drury area it is then. There was supposed to be some unsavoury weather around with a storm moving across the country, but meh. I can always take a change of clothing. As it was the rain came down for an hour or so and I got really wet, but the sun made an appearance and a breeze picked up to dry me off. Which was nice.
And so it came to pass. The Crayolas were put back in their carton, except for 2 DNFs (one missing, one not sure why everyone else found it but not me!), 62/64. Also managed to get some collateral caches when passing as well as my 200th Earthcache, some GROTTYs, and a trip to Puhinui Reserve to get the Multi cache details for our US and UK partners. Home by 1730 so didn't even make use of the extra hours light today. I'd had enough by then.
Thanks to all COs whose caches I found, individual logs where I remember or have notes.

NZ Travellers have a big milestone in sight and a cache they are aiming for so they need to get their numbers up a bit for the stars to align at the right time. These puzzles were all solved during the first lockdown so we thought we would take the opportunity to finally collect them. We had NZ Travellers, NZ Iceman, cragger, laval, draffin and myself along for the ride. The log was signed as SEAC to save time and space on the log.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Had a lot of fun with the Team SEAC crew today. I did some of the navigating for our car.
Thanks for the cache.

After a late start we are onto the series
It was a lot of fun doing the puzzles and now to get some smiley faces
Many thanks loved the sign on the gate

found this one a bit away from where it should have been, found a long stick to get it back, now its in its home again, tftc
I have a 3 month sabbatical mostly traveling around the planet. My goal is to find and log 1000 caches. New Zealand is my 4th station traveling from south Christchurch to north Auckland, my first visit here, its far away. This series I already solved before my sabbatical. This is my sabbatical-cache #993.
I solved all the Crayola 64 mysteries at home and came well prepared with all the hints. The landscape was so quiet and peaceful and the boxes were well done. With more or less searching I signed the logbooks and finished the series. Thanks for all the mysteries and the work to make my day a happy geocaching day!

Nice find with woolwood9 today.
We enjoyed the drive / walk around the area and good trail of caches in the Crayola series.
Stamped logs as tm/ww NZ which may just look like a black smudge on plastic logs!

tftc, headed out with dad (stevecoxnz) today to battle some of these caches! Wow what alot hours and work we put into sorting these out! i cant imagine how much work the co had to put in! thanks so much! we got half of them found today and hope to get the other half asap! i really loved the camo on the caches and the hints were a great help and appreciate the effort that's been put into this. We had a great day. sorry for the cut and paste, but there's just sooooo many!
The elder Future Finder was keen to head out for some cache discovery this afternoon. Seems like a completely reasonable way to spend a few hours of this sunny day to me! I solve this series over a period of days when the opportunity presented itself, including a bunch while watching the cricket World Cup final--at least there was some positive for me of staying up all night. We parked up right near GZ and made a quick find. What can I say? We saw the sign and we were amused. Cheers for the puzzle cache placement!
Spent the day with Yorkshirekiwi, Kristim and Gernita picking up the crayola series. Apologies for the generic logs, we used a really fun musical chairs type drive/find/navigate system which pretty quickly had us all wondering which car we were in next and what cache we were finding so I can't remember which cache was which. We made pretty quick work of them though as they had excellent hints and were in good condition and only 1 DNF.
Thanks for the fun puzzles and great day out

Todays adventure was to Karakara area and focusing on the Crayola 64 series, teamed up with KirsTim, Gernita and Beconase, running a sweet 2 car system which worked really well through out the day, took just short of 4 hours including some of the local trads as well. Thank you for placing and the puzzles, was a fun adventure. TFTC
With all of us having poor caching stats for 2019, Yorkshirekiwi, Kirstim, Beconaze and Gernita (us) decided to go on a caching adventure to try and improve our figures a bit! We all solved the puzzles, Sophie put together a plan of action as to the best way to collect them and we headed off in 2 cars to make the finds. We really enjoyed the series and managed to claim all but 3 of the caches in just under 4 hours. Some of them were easily spotted from the car, others took a bit longer. We really enjoyed our adventure and thank you for all the time and effort put into creating this series. All logs were signed YKGB to save space (and time!).
We bumped into another couple of cachers at a few of the caches but we soon headed off in different directions. Our day was finished off with drinks in an Irish pub in Drury. TFTC and sorry for the cut and paste logs but I really have no idea which order we found them in as we didn't end up completely sticking to Sophie's plan!

Solved gradually over the last few months and Sophie got us together with a plan for the day.
Two cars, 7 people (Yorkshirekiwi83, Gernita, Beconaze & us) and a great rotating system had us smash this out in less than 4 hours. Only a couple of caches we had to back track, and only 1 dnf - 61/64 as two disabled and a few trads inbetween. Some really good caches, beautiful locations with plenty of spots to park. Once we were done we headed off the Irish pub in Drury for a well earned beverage before going our separate ways. Thanks for a well thought out and well put together series, most enjoyable. All logs signed as YKGB to save time and space.

Not sure why you would be cooking an Orange in order that it could get Burnt, but happy to take the smilie offered by finding this cache. TFTC

Did all the puzzles during some dark days in the weeks prior back in Scotland. Today was the day to actually start finding them. An enjoyable set of puzzles, and well thought out caches. TFTC.
New Zealand is my 64th country cached and to celebrate the milestone I figured it would be fun to complete the Crayola 64 geo-art series.
In preparation, I spent late evenings puzzling at home in Los Angeles as I only have this one full day free for geocaching while in Auckland. I also spent a couple of weeks chatting with people in two different Facebook groups trying to partner up with locals to make the run, but people had either completed the series previously, had to work on Friday (boring!), or flaked on me at precisely the time I was hoping they would arrive at my hotel.
Fortunately there is an Avis location a short walk from my hotel, so I picked up a silver Holden Commodore at 9:45 this morning – with its steering wheel on the “wrong” side of the car – and made my south. I made my first find, fuchsia, at 10:33 AM and have my fingers crossed the rain will hold off long enough for me to find my 64 smileys in my 64th country.
Thanks for the adventure, kiwicouple!
