Think we found it but it looks like someone emptied it and left the container. No book or anything
Decided to after a long dry spell of not going "caching" to get out and pick off a few around Temuka nice easy first find for the day. TFTC
As it was a weekday, the gate we wanted was open, and after wandering down the road, as the hint said, the cache location was obvious, making for a quick easy find. TFTC
Last day of 2021. Let's hope 2022 is better. I did the river walk from the recommended car park. I've checked for an open gate several times and not struck it lucky but had the time for a walk today. Thanks, Rayzr.

Wander along the stop bank to get there as gates well and truly locked. With reshamfiriri. TFTC
Nice wander with kakariki to find this one. Was rather exposed so hid a bit better
LW and I would LOVE to know where the gate that might or might not be open is!! Anyway, we found a way onto the track and walked it, the only gateway in could mean a lock in and not willing to go there! TFTC
We parked up and walked to this one for a quick find. Have no idea where the gate is that is mentioned
Sunday afternoon and the gate was open so in we went. There was an easy way to GZ, but I didn't take it!!! Duh, but found easily enough in the end, thanks to the hint. Thank you.
with the level 3 restrictions lifted on COVID-19 it is now deemed safe to find caches again. keep safe and follow the guidelines as set out by our government.
We ran the dogs at the river and Miss 8 remembered there was one around here we couldn't get to. Luckly we were in a 4wd this time so we crossed the river and found it! Thanks!
In Temuka for the weekend, good opportunity to find a few. The gate was locked, and I was having difficulty working out how to approach gz. I looked up a different cache nearby that had access coords, so went from there, but ended up in the river... Messaged the CO, and got a quick reply, but by then I was tied up with other matters. I returned a little later for a quick walk and an even quicker find. TFTC!!
Took my mum on her first cache adventure and found her first one . Thanks again !
As I was taking people to the Timaru Airport I thought it was a good opportunity to go a wee bit further and see if I could polish off one or two that were on my list.
Unfortunately the gates were filmy closed today so a walk was called for.
Pulled up at the access point and donned my jacket as the weather was cold and unpredictable and much to the amusement of a muggle that had just arrived home I set off.
Not a bad track much to my relief, arrived at the search area, I wonder who was supposed to read this!
Thanks
