We had hoped to find this one today but alas it wasnt to be. I searched high and low without any luck. Thanks anyway Simber15
No luck here for us today. Muggles prevented a thorough search though. Thanks anyway.
Not sure if it was meant to be flying so low, it was a very easy find, I put it back as I had found it tftc!!
I headed over Redcliffe way to do Nathan Parkrun and while I was in the area I thought Id grab a few caches. This one was the third one on my list. It was a quick drive to this location and as there were not a lot of people around I made a quick find.I found your cache, Flying Fish today. This is my 3073 find.Simber15, TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
I looked for this one last year, I think, when we were staying in the area but there were just too many muggles to allow for a safe search. Today, the area was deserted due to rain, rain and a little more rain, so we could search in peace and quiet. Cache was soon spotted and signed during a lull in, you guessed it, the rain Thanks for find #5286TNLN
Wet, rainy day, all the seats were soaked, so couldn't sit and enjoy the view. Searched as best we could, but only had a couple of mins and it eluded us ... next time!!!
Tinda23 now lives nearby this spot and I popped up for a visit including a kebab over the road.I have had at least one DNF here before and it still took a moment today but eventually the cache turned up in a likely spot. No muggles around certainly makes for an easier search.TFTC where all is fine.
Nearby ... what a fabulous tribute to the iconic 'Bee Gees' !!!Fairly muggle free at GZ today, but after getting lost in the levels and then reading the hint more closely and examining previous logs, eventually came up with goods, made that way too hard, TFTC Simber15
My third cache in QLD - on a windy afternoon -just had lunch at Redcliffe RSL with my geo-wifes cousin.TFTC
### Around the world in 85 days - Step 9 - Australia ###My wife GM70 and I are traveling around the world enjoying beautiful places in many countries. After having visited the Bee Gee Way we had to steop by for some low flying fish. Thanks a lot for the hide. All the best from AustriaBaumi_Bon the road with my wife GM70
Einmal um die ganze Welt,...Heute erkundeten wir noch Redcliff und haben auch diesen Cache gesucht und gefunden. TFTC Liebe Gre GM70 Unterwegs mit meinem Gatten Baumi_B
Tftc, had to wait until some muggles left the area, but quick find. Lovely spot to enjoy the water view.
We are now heading north to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria. Loving our time around Brisbane and around the area. Today I was out for a wander and grabbed a nearby ad lab.
Stopped off here just as the muggles sitting nearby, left. This made for a quick easy find, with no-one about.
Thanks Simber15 for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

Had to wait till some kids eating their fish and chips to finish and move on. Then took a seat and located cache very quickly. Signed and out of there. TFTC
A sneaky night time cache for us. Thankfully no muggles around meant we could search without any disruptions.
Geodaughter had this one in hand in seconds.
TFTC! Beautiful spot, one of our fav locations.

Funny find. Drove up to explore and pulled out the app to find this 20M away! Great hitten cache! TFTC
Couldn’t find it. I was under a little pressure from an unorthodox bloke looking for a place to sleep. Maybe next time.
Found very easy. May need a stronger magnetic as it was hanging down.

After dropping off my husband at the airport this morning, I made my way to Scarborough to spend the day caching. My goal was to find some solved witches puzzles and at least two caches with the Fallen Rocks attribute for a February challenge. This one was nearby. Felt in a few spots then got it. Tftc
Found with goldielover today. A great day a slight breeze. Heaps of muggles at the markets.
All good here with your cache

Came here previously and DNF. Checked again today in the previous spots and found a new replacement cache!
Happy birthday, leighgorick. I can't be with her today, so I'm dedicating this find to her! The best cousin, sister, and friend I could ever ask for.
We were at Redcliffe Markets this morning and decided to spend the day here. The kids love coming to jump off the peer and this is a highlight for them. We waited until late afternoon to go geocaching. As luck would have it, a muggle was in THE SPOT. We waited them out and quickly retrieved the cache

Found this morning on an early earthcache adventure to Redcliffe. Fresh log so looked like a replacement. Early enough for a few gaps in the passers by for quick grab and replace. The name confirmed our suspicions. Thanks for the cache Simber15,
Our pen stopped working, very unfortunate but we have a photo for proof of needed
Had a good look around at night. Felt everywhere I could even had a lay down and could not find it. Hope someone has better luck than me!
A quick and easy find, on a cool and windy summer day, thinking the fish shop must be great, it’s very popular.

Finally had some time during the day to come find this one. Only had to wait out one muggle hanging around before finding and signing. Luckily no one else was around as there was a spider attached when I pulled it out Love this spot and view - TFTC
Simber15 I found your cache ‘Flying Fish’ on 6/12/2022, 4:15 pm. This is my find 4545 and find # 17 today. Tried to wait out a couple of muggles but after 15 minutes I decided to move on. Came back later and all clear now. Checked a couple of places then my fingers felt the cache. Signed log and replaced. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Had an idea where it was but a muggle literally on top of it. After some non chalant walking around looking at the bay. He finally moved and we swooped in for the cache
Heading out for a family lunch, noticed this cache nearby. Spent a short time waiting for muggles to disappear and quickly located the cache and signed the log. All good with this one. Thanks.
A blast from the past tonight. Our family got together for the middle son’s 25th birthday at an Italian Restaurant across the road.
Following a delicious and filling dinner, we headed towards our cars, and I happened to mention that there was a geocache across the road. The birthday boy was super-keen, so across the road we went, and the birthday boy was the finder. He remembered all those good days of caching, back 13 years ago. Who knows, maybe he might decide to take up caching again. Thanks for bringing us here. TFTC

Out around Redcliffe today, with geo son, fng-affl, and this was a bonus find, as we were targeting required dates, but as there was a few work persons in vicinity, and I wear orange Hi Vis shirt while caching in urban areas, why not, told a couple of workers, what we were up to, one was aware of our habits/hobby, and watched as we searched below and then also as we searched above, till we did discover the hiding place, stamped my sign and replaced as found, Thanks Simber15, the container has lid broken, but otherwise in good condition
Well, get to this site to find the council spraying concrete under the boardwalk area.
Liquid concrete being hosed on to the dirt area underneath to set it hard so stuff wont slip.
We (me and Geo-dad) explained to them that there might be a cache there, and they kindly let us take a look (it did not interfere with what they were doing - which I think helped). Okay, up under and looked and no, it is not in an area they are going to spray....
So, found the cache, signed and put back where we found it.
