Mrs p hopped out to grab this one. Have been previous but people sitting on the seat. No one on it today but still alot of people around. Thank you BigRed1978 for placing this cache.Log signed as B&PFind number 5351
Thank you for the cache, I enjoyed the walk on the beach. I was very surprised to see so many mussels.
Out walking with some Gr1ffinator and HidingDragon. This was our last stop before turning for home, going back on the road so the Gr1ffinator could ride his bike. Beach is very busy today with sunshine and school holidays. Thanks for placing this. PS for the next finder: that random dessert spoon on the seat is nothing to do with me!!!
**22,039**A nice early morning cache find, the best way to start the day. Hopefully Eve loved the beach, she certainly has a great memorial spot. TFTC
I was in the area working ( or should have been) and couldnt resist stopping by to grab this one tftc
It's a long weekend so I came down to Auckland from the Far North for a few days geocaching. Friday I cached in Albany picking up lots of new TWS caches. Yesterday I headed down to Huntly collecting mostly AdLabs. Living where I do getting some higher numbers is a bit tricky so it was good to achieve that. Today I was after an ftf for my dot day calendar. I'd figured Albany/Silverdale was the area to be in for an ftf and with caches being published in the afternoon recently I took a bet to finish off this area first thing this morning. I parked close to this end of the street and walked a big loop collecting caches around the area. Surprisingly, the traffic was already building up at 10am on Sunday of a long weekend. I like a bit of exercise and dodging 4 lanes of fast moving traffic isn't my idea of fun. Lots and lots of people out walking their dogs along the beach this morning. An empty seat made for a quick find here. Thanks for your cache
What a stunning beach! Plenty of muggles about but we were in luck as none at the GZ. A quick find and TFTC
Just finished for the season at the waterpark (see photo) and finally grabbed this cache! Thanks! No pen so photo instead
Came back to find it after it went missing! Fun easy one to do while enjoying the beach
Came back to look after not finding it a year or so ago. Easy find this time on such a beautiful day. Stayed to sit and admire the view for a bit
Out for a quick cache trip along the beach. Really windy! Thanks for the cache.
Out caching while dodging rain showers and funding caches on the north shore. Tftc
Attempt #1 on this cache was foiled by a stubborn muggle, so a return at night guaranteed both another day on my streak and altogether muggle avoidance. Cache is in good condition. Thanks!
Wanting to start the year off right I headed out with Keylev for a night raid on the North Shore.
After work we jumped in our car and headed over to the area with the intention of driving around a circuit and clearing as many as we could.
Nice quick easy find.

Out on a caching night out with NZ Travellers as both mini-cachers are away at camp .
Nice quick find here after spotting the plaque. So many people and dogs enjoying the beach in the evening...such fun!
Thanks for the cache.

Thanks for the cache.
an easy find, but always interesting to read old names. Ewan and eve were two computers who loved each other but their love turned into hate and that's why we have the internet
I’m visiting Auckland for work and am staying nearby so ventured down to this lovely beach this morning. In the absence of a surname, I’m surmising Eve was a pet dog who loved the beach. There are certainly quite a few around this morning! On to the next one, and hopefully to find a shop as I’ve forgotten my toothpaste!
Found! Eve must have been a special lady to have a bench in such a beautiful spot!
Muggles on a misty day, minty monty geocache play.
Now this cache is a nice out in the open hide with the colour blending in nicely.
