I was close by on my way to somewhere else so decided to do the short side step to sign this off as well. I had to wait until the postie van went past and after that it was a nice quick find. No evidence of any shelter so I'm sure there were some unpleasant waits for Noah until the bus arrived. TFTC # 22,293
Today's caching road trip is from Stillwater to Moana. This was the first one at the lowest Arnold River bridge for me. Noah, the one we normal people know of, wouldn't have had a bus stop but a wharf, that is if he could have got his Ark up this river,Cheers for the cache, holymu.
That's funny, I thought there might be a shelter here but obviously not all bus stops are created equal. Cache was soon in hand. Thanks. !
Easy peasy. Thanks for taking me here. I've driven by this road hundreds of times and never knew there was a bridge here.
As we were nearby we decided to do some maintenance for the COs The log was wet and hard to get out due to the shoulder so we switched the container for one that didnt and made it magnetic at the same time. Added a waterproof logstrip and its just like brand new again. (see photo) new on the left old on the right.
Spending the winter woofing, tramping and exploring the west coast caching along the way ..of course..
Back in greymouth for a while working at the Noah's ark backpackers...so a good base to tick off a few more..
Set myself a mission to hit 8000 finds by the end of the year...that's an average of 6 a day ..
A cracking day so off for a drive to lake Brunner to see what turns up...
Nice quick find tftc

When Albi mentioned about his work commitments at Fox Glacier, as always we decided to make a trip out of it, but this time its a long over due overnight one. Spending quality time together, enjoying the drive, picking up some caches, small walks, and also cherry on top, a Heli ride woo-hoo.
Cache was easily found and its all good here. TFTC

A nice easy find here and heaps of room to park and turn the campervan, this is always appreciated as there are heaps of caches we don't stop at if the parking is not suitable.
GK wandered to find this one and to have a look in the river, but that was a bit fruitless as it is so dark there is no way he could see if there were any trout lurking in the waters below.
Thanks for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley

Heading down the Arnold Valley road to Lake Brunner. I detoured down the side road to find this one. Everything A-okay at GZ. TFTC
The road closure reminded me of my high school days when bridge repairs meant that for a term I was picked up at the front gate instead of having to cycle about a km. Quick find.
Nice wee spot. There was a person fishing on the river. A peaceful night. Thanks for bringing me here. Nice easy find. TFTC
A nice quick find thanks.
How novel, a weekend away! Off to the Coast for a weekend, first time in ages!!
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

It's Queen's Birthday weekend and we are at level 2 so geocaching is permitted. Traveling is also permitted. So, we traveled to Greymouth in our camper. Now we are heading home via Lake Brunner. Thanks for the hide holymu.

Due to NZ being at Alert level 4 and some people insisting on continuing to geocache and put others at risk I am disabling my caches until such time as it's safe to resume this activity.
Any logs I receive for finds during this time will be deleted. I don't care anymore about YOUR safety than you obviously do but I do care very much about others and want them to be safe so please do NOT look for any of my caches while they are disabled.
In the meantime, there's always plenty of puzzles to be solved or created but above all PLEASE STAY SAFE EVERYONE!

#17890. There wasn't much room for a bus to stop at GZ (but given the road doesn't get much traffic maybe it just stops in the middle of the road). TFTC.
This is the last day of StreetWalkerNZ's and my extended Waitangi Day trip to the west coast, and we were pleased to see the day dawn dry and sunny, especially after the patches of rain yesterday.
A wee detour as we head back to Christchurch via Moana, and a quick find. TFTC.

Had a great day travling from the West Coast back to Oamaru, 3 days of great weather, many thanks for the caches. - Bitsprayer
Found on a three day caching journey over to the West Coast. We really enjoyed the challenging hours spent in solving the many puzzle caches and now the signing off on the log books. We had a great spell of weather as we traveled along the many roads in the area. Many thanks to the various cache owners for placing and maintaining their caches. TFTC
We could not believe how high the Arnold River is today. And the heavy rain is predicted for the beginning of next week. Easy find, thanks.
(# 5355). Today is day 5 of my West Coast trip. All I can say is rain, rain and more rain. Today's order of the day was to go to Moana and have a look around. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
Day 1 of streak-week and the plan was to go out to Dobson for Fallen Ent but after the rain this morning we thought the ground would be too muddy and the kids would enjoy it too much for our liking! The plan was then changed to come out here for this easy PnG and then for go a walk at the Dam afterwards - which turned out to be pretty muddy aswell (ugh!) Allysa(6) signed the log herself. We were going to leave beadtails but with a shoulder on the container we opted not to. A nice place for a cache Noah. Thanks for suggesting it
Woohoo
