Found after reading about new GZ. We found your cache today 19 October 2024 2:11pm , while enjoying another day in our beautiful countryside. TFTC Team Outnabout
Found after reading logs and heading to the new GZ of the green metal tank, where we made a quick find. Tftc
Found at 3:27 PM GAFF3.Darn it - was right at where the cache was hidden right from the start, but didn't look at that spot due to the lowish T rating of 1.5 [B)]Thanks to Team Outnabout
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 93 - Carnarvon Day 1. Day trip to Gascoyne Junction and beyond. My last county beckons and I hit the road early for a day trip. I found the cache I was looking for in Gascoyne Junction and headed a bit further north to The Kennedy Ranges National Park for a small hike up onto the plateau for two more. With time sill available I headed south to a random roadside cache before getting back on the blacktop for the run back to Carnarvon. In the late afternoon I stopped at the Rock hole on the Gascoyne river and then went back to the van to cook dinner. Tomorrow is a day around town and a chance to meet some more east coast cachers. It had been a solid drive to get here and after getting a photo at the town entry and the plane, I waked over to this area to have a look for the cache. I needed to review the notes to find where it had moved to, but with that information, I was able to locate the cache and sign the log. Thanks for the cache Team Outnabout48673.1 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & October 2022 Jack O' The Lantern A#506**Albida**
A very proud tidy town! This took a good search, not a lot of places that match the hint, so it's just a matter of moving from one possibility to another. Gave me more time to play with the friendly flies. A few loved the game so much they joined me back in the car! In town caches found it was south for another then onto Temple Gorge for a few more, wow, what a stunning place!
Mmmmmmm, pizza (and flies!)----------Decided to do a long road trip, flying in from Canberra, starting and finishing the drive in Port Hedland. It was a long day of flights, followed by 7 days of lots of kilometres. I stopped at every 'point of interest' along the way, I wanted to miss nothing! Earthcaches, Virtuals & AL's are always very good waypoints for interesting things as well.Every night I downloaded a bunch of podcasts and these made the kilometres fall away. This was the first outback road trip I have done where I saw more emu's than kangaroos. The wild camels walking in the desert were also very cool to see. My trusty swag served me very well.
I wonder how many people use the pizza oven. We were just in town for a bit and happened to be parked pretty close to this one. I decided to have a look for it. My gz was a bit further away than I thought but after looking up and walking around I managed to locate it. Thanks for placing
Replaced the cache with permission of owner, due to new building works. Cache is still pretty close to original ground zro. The clue still helps but look out for the green metal tank as well. Thanks for the cache.
I’m bad at finding some but new shed been built right at GZ not sure if it’s me or it’s gone!
We are having a little bit of time off from helping our friends in Nanson we decided to head north to try and collect a few more LGA's and Lab caches and anything else that pops up on screen.
We were hoping that this would be find no 2 for us here but we couldn't uncover any sign of a cache, perhaps our eyes are just getting too old.
Thanks anyway for showing us this location.

Great little town and great pub meal !!!
No pizza on offer here today, instead I think we were the main meal for mozzies making their home in this lush green grass
Lucky it was a quick find and then skedaddle with the residents in hot pursuit !!!

We looked high and we looked low but no luck for us here today. The GPS was jumping about so much. Disappointed but hopefully we will be back.
Thanks anyway.
Thanks anyway.
TFTC after quite a bit of searching finally come across it. Great little town, thank you.
On my way to Perth via Broome with a few detours for LGAs. TFTC.
It took me ages to find and ended up being in one of the first places I looked. I just didn't check all of them.

We came along here with ilook4geo and didn't find this one at first. With a bit of a nudge from the CO we went back and did locate what we wanted. Our GPS had lead us astray - and there were no pizzas on offer today. Such a shame. The log was signed and all was replaced as found. Our thanks go to Team Outnabout for this well hidden cache.
Found this one on the second look with goingplaces2. Two more names were added to the log and all was replaced. TFTC.
Luckily for us it was very quiet today so no one around other than the guy who was working on the new park next door who was busy at the time. TFTC
We searched quite a while until the cache was found.
It can only be seen by taller people.

We are spending a few weeks travelling to some of Western Australia's warmer regions and grabbing a couple of the LGAs that I need.
Upper Gascoyne was one of the LGA's I needed. It didn't start well with a DNF at the pub. Luckily I managed to spot this one for a claim in the regiion. Not often you see a pizza oven in the park but I guess there isn't a dominoes nearby.
This was find number 3 for the day.

Was looking for a vit and then got up to no good and randomly found the cache. With Tru Seek Trio on our Gascoigne adventure. TFTC
Checked on this while visiting Gascoyne for the races. Thanks to all the previous finders who ALL replaced the cache exactly as they found it.
We stopped for an overnight at Gascoyne Junction and wandered around town finding the two geocaches. After a short search we stumbled across this one thanks
I was time for me to take my annual fishing trip up north . Loaded up the Jetski and all the gear and head to shark bay on the herald bright side . Now the boss wanted me to grab a few caches along the way which I agreed too do ..... So far I have manage to find all on my list and like to thank all the CO’s and delegated maintenance personal for keeping the geocaching alive .... TFTC.
Couldn't find this one on our 19 day trip from Broome to Perth. I was searching quite a long time- only by looking around - also considering the hint. But as I guess I shouldn't demount things, I saw nothing that looked like a cache or a cache-hiding-place. Maybe I was blind... Thank you anyway to lead us into the tiny town.
Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply driving from Carnarvon to Gascoyne Junction.
On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.
Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.
Thanks to 'Team Outnabout' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with 'Federation Park - Pizza Anyone?' and the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.
Greetings from Germany and we hope to see you soon in the forest.

Team Outnanout we enjoyed popping in here after our drive in from Mount Augustus. Nice baby and in great condition. Love finding a patch of green in the desert.
On our way to the Kennedy Range and our first stop in Gascoyne Junction. A quick find here thanks to good coords and hint. TFTC Team Outnabout.
Out ‘n about with m4yb getting a few caches.
Another nice hint as we arrive in town and grab this one. Great to also have some more caches in town. Now another one or 2 then off to the Kennedy Ranges.
Thanks for the hide and Team Outnaboutteam.
