Ocw the Bebes. Searched the wrong bush as Coords sent us that way but made the find eventually! Tftc
OCW PelDroedGwin Exploring Carnarvon for a few days. Now this one took longer than it should have Lovely harbour views. Tftc
Wow what a great cache Team Outnabout, and such fun to find. Buddy the geodog helped us with this one. Found on October 17, 2024. # 9795
Thanks Team Outnabout for the cache. Its #2112 for us. We found your cache on Monday 7 October 2024. and find it we did. Lovely quiet spot today but I guess it gets busy some days.
Found on a detour to Carnarvon to Little Boat Harbour. Thanks for bringing us here and best wishes from Saxony in Germany. TFTC
Muggle husband visited the site and the cache is definitely gone. The tree pruners have really gone to town. He replaced the container in a slightly lower position so it can be found again.
Will need to check this when next in town. The pruning could be our undoing.
Caching with zPoolman on the 2/7/24. My phone died. We had a good look with geokid but no cache in sight.
On our travels we stopped to grab this cache but it wasnt our day, after look back at previous logs we didnt invest to much time so it still could be there, perhaps a maintenance check to assure its placement would be helpful, thanks for taking the time to place it
FeatherWaite and I had a quick look for this one as we passed through Carnarvon heading south. Given the hint that it was bison in full view and the previous four DNFs, we didnt spend too much time on it. Maybe its there - probably needs a check by the CO.Thanks anyway Team Outnabout
Had a good look for this one. Not sure if it was disappeared with a bit of trimming or if we missed it
Back on holidays chasing the sun, travelling around and collecting a few caches on our way. Found your cache easily and it was in good condition. Thanks for adding to the enjoyment of holiday.
Canarvon Day 3 Last Day in town
Arrived into town & have set up at one of the many caravan parks.
Today we found the last few caches in town that we had not found, Trying to keep our streak going.
Found this cache swinging in the breeze.
Thankyou to the CO's for hiding this cache

We are having a little bit of time off from helping our friends in Nanson we decided to head north to try and collect a few more LGA's and Lab caches and anything else that pops up on screen.
We pulled up here and could see why it would be a popular place for fishing but for some reason today we were the only car in the car park which worked out well for us as we made it a lot harder than it had to be.
We searched around where the GPSr wanted us to be and could find absolutely nothing.
After quite a good search we decided to call it a dnf and headed back to the car.
We then decided to have one more look a little bit further afield and sure enough the cache was potted quickly and we happily added our name to the log.
Thanks for the cache

Quick find. Love that.
Heading south and another quick stop for a find.
Thanks
Brad and Janet are on another epic journey. This time it involves many of Len Beadell’s 6500km of roads including the Anne Beadell, the Connie Sur, the Heather, the Neale, the Gun Barrel Highway, the Gary, the Talawana Track, the Gary Junction Rd and more.
And of course a 2 day visit to Maralinga which Len also located, surveyed and largely built as he had with Woomera and Emu. An amazing man.
If you don’t know of him he wrote some wonderful books. Laconic with a dry sense of wit, they are an excellent read. They are also available as audiobooks as is a recording of his brilliant after dinner talk one evening in Shepparton. Worth a listen.
And now the Moon Tours trip is over we are heading back to Adelaide via whichever way takes our fancy after a few days rest and repair in Karratha. Almost certainly down the WA Coast before heading to Hyden and the land of the Salmon Gums.

Yippee for Carnarvon CO’s! I’m out and about on the trusty treadles AKA the MTB on a multi mission. Quick find at GZ. The trip is making me think about re-imagining Australian history! In Carnarvon for a few days with plenty of time to explore. Have travelled WEST from home base 4200 km away and that includes altitude as well so enjoying the landscape and habitat changes of this BIG country. TFTC and the lure to visit.
Knocked off work a bit earlier today so decided a game of hide and seek was long overdue. TFTC
Went for a run along the esplanade area, and had lunch at nearby café to this cache. Saw some fisherman catch a few fish for the morning- good on them. Seafood lunch was yummy. Cache found easy enough. TFTC
Found the cache in the last place I looked.
Heading north for one mintue of moon shadow. This is one of stops on a long journey.

I got this last night after eating at Mar E Sol Cafe Bistro. Thanks for placing and signed as Flea
I'm winding my way up to Exmouth for the eclipse Last night I camped at Goodies just north of Gero, and today it's an overnight camp in Carnarvon. I've picked up a few caches to break up the drive, and I have a trio here in Carnarvon to grab before a pub rendezvous for dinner with friends making their own way up from Perth. All deserted around here when I arrived. Just as well as I made this one a bit harder than needed, having first convinced myself to approach from the tow path. After a look around I spotted the easy hide! All good here today - TFTC
Last cache in Carnarvon in the evening. Good found after a short search TFTC and greetings from Switzerland
This is day 5 of my Exmouth trip and today I'm heading from Denham/Monkey Mia to Carnarvon ! On a windy, but beautiful day I'm collecting many caches on my way north - such as several Traditionals and 1 Earthcache . Thanks for giving me so many opportunities to pause my long journey.....

Well, this was harder than it should have been as a RV was parked so close to the cache that I had to squeeze past it to retrieve the cache. Literally 0.5 meters from the cache. Any way got it, signed and returned safely. Beekeeping Geocoin visited.
Nice last cache in Carnarvon beautiful spot and beautiful day. Thanks for bringing us here. TFTC AnsMisty
We were on a driving/camping holiday up to Exmouth with a few stops on the way and than camping our way back to Perth. Stopping for some caches along the way.
Found some lovely and learned some interesting things that we wouldn't have stopped to look at if it wasn't for caching.
A great time was had, even though one day our campsite was flooded and we had to move to a new site, many animals crossed our paths including a snake in Exmouth, overall it was a great adventure.

Catching up on some late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.
We are on the road travelling up through central Australian and down the coast of WA. I was happy to grab a few caches along the way and this was one of them.
It was dark when we dropped in to find this one but it was still a quick find.
Thanks for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

We were about to give up when we found it. GPS going nuts leading us in different directions but sticking to pictures and logs we managed to find it.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Found the cache and took in the view before enjoying a coffee at a nearby cafe. TFTC
Thank you! On a road trip to Exmouth and back. Happy to find the cache here after a short search.

What a beautiful spot. Passing through on a big lap. TFTC. Really enjoying Carnarvon
On an Adventure North. We have hitched the caravan are are intending to find some sunshine and warm weather.
Travelling along Hwy 94 and Hwy 1, our destination is Broome, via Karijini NP, then the trip home is along the coast sampling the towns we have yet to visit.
Of course along the way we will be getting a cache of two ......... and lots more.
Searched all over, and then the cache was directly in front of me as I returned to the car.

Thanks Team Outnabout for bringing me to this location and taking the time to hide and maintain this cache. I found the cache at 11:06:00. This was my Find 41 for today out of a Total number of 50 Finds and 4 DNF for for this Caching Outing. The cache was found in Good Condition and I signed the log and returned the cache as I found it.
This find brings my total number of Finds to 5395.
I was looking for this way too long, quiet a bold obvious hide really, clearly I didn't have my caching eyes on!
It was a cold and windy day but we managed to find this one in between rain showers.
Thanks for bringing us here.

Well the hint makes you think you can’t see the trees for the forest and it’s true

I looked from the wrong bush but then checked the easier one and there it was just in front of my eyes, tftc!
Took awhile to find this one after looking in the wrong spot, ended up with cache in hand
Took a little while as we were looking in the wrong spot to start with! Once we looked in the right place we quickly had it in hand. Found with RedRobbin25. Tftc
After looking in the wrong place for a while, we soon found this small and sneaky cache. Found with teamlaroche. TFTC
We are spending a few weeks travelling to some of Western Australia's warmer regions and grabbing a couple of the LGAs that I need.
We had a bit of time to spend looking around Carnarvon so we headed out to this one. Luckily I managed to spot it.
This was find number 3 for the day.

Photos from the previous searcher indicate a rather severe haircut which I'm thinking may have removed our treasure.
Will replace on our next visit.
Will replace on our next visit.
Looked with SweetFA without any luck The tree looks freshly trimmed. Could the cache have been trimmed away
Quick park and grab here today with the prize just hanging in the breeze, TFTC Team Outnabout!
We were worried when we saw that the host has had a recent haircut but we need not have been. Spot on coords led us straight to it. TFTC Team Outnabout
