As it was a hot bank holiday Monday - yes really! I was able to use the shade of the bus shelter so I could read all the questions. My answers have been submitted so hope they are satisfactory. Learning something every day!

Logged at 13:44. Thanks to Hillgorilla for setting the earth cache

In Leeds for the cricket and with a spare day I headed out to try a few earthcaches. Managed to walk just over 4klms and pick up 10, as well as virtual and webcam.

All were interesting spots, with some info quickly gathered, some that took a bit of re-reading and research back at the motel. Answers have all been sent and hopefully all is good,

Thanks for the lessons Hillgorilla, something new was certainly learnt.

Plan B today after heavy rain at home put paid to Plan A so it was off to Leeds to locate the 5 new earthcaches. Answers sent to CO. Another excellent earthcache which it would be very easy to walk past and ignore. Tftec.

Even though this was a fairly busy spot, you can't really be muggled when looking for an Earthcache, so I took my time looking over the granite and then happily got my tape measure out to size up the large mica crystals, while presumably bemused passers-by... passed by.

Answers messaged to the CO. Thank you for another interesting urban earthcache!

Having found a Hillgorilla EarthCache already this morning in order to complete a calendar day I was on my way back to the car when I remembered received a notification about a new EarthCache in the city centre.

I opened my emails, found the cache in question and noticed that it hadn't yet been found - change of plan, rather than heading to the car I headed for this one.

I knew the street and suspected the cache zone was next to the bus stop I use on occasion! I was right!
The bus stop allows a great reason to loiter and gather the information needed. I've sent the answers through and I hope they are OK. Also, as requested, a picture is included with this log.

What a great start to the day!

Pipped to the post for FTF (sigh), probably by a pipsqueak but it was still a Cache on the way to work!
It was so hot and humid today, as steamy as a real jungle not a concrete jungle!
Found cache and sent my answers. Also had to contend with Ladies from Santander offering free coffee to all passerby’s while I am trying to discreetly examine and photograph the stone!!! They were stood right next to me and offered me coffee too! ( I prefer tea!) Not sure what they thought I was doing but talk about Caching under difficulties!! TFTC

After my day in the blazing sun & with Cathryn at work I got her to drop me off in Kirkstall Road so I could pick up the new EarthCaches & a trad.

No issues here at all I stood as if waiting on a bus and made my notes before heading over to Weatherspoon's for a nice cold drink..
