After being on the sick list for the last few weeks I decided some fresh air was in order. So I headed out to the north east suburbs to clean a few unfound caches off my map. Twenty caches were sought with 18 found...of which 15 were BFE caches. Thanks Bob for those 15 hides and to all other cache owners as well (and please excuse my generic logs). Fortunately there weren't too many muggles about today so finding the caches was pretty straight forward - although the traffic in the Ingle Farm Shopping Centre car park was a law unto itself. No poles were needed and the ladder came out once. TFTC.
Haha. The simplest of ones and yet I had the coordinates slightly off. Just used the hint to tell me where it is. Sometimes my math is unbelievable. TFTC! #34
Taking a long stroll in the area, and this one was on my list.I visited the first stop of while back and acquired the correct coordinates common today I was able to get to find the final. No problem, here
Collected the information, but will likely not be getting back in that direction for awhile.
Today I had an appointment in Modbury, and I found some caches while I was in that area.
Tried 2 traditional caches, 2 multi caches, 1 mystery cache, 1 Letterbox Hybrid cache, and 1 AdventureLab cache. Luckily found all of them.
This was the fourth find of today.
An easy multi cache. It was very close to the starting point of another multi cache owned by the same owner.
Quick grab, sign, and return.
Thanks for the multi cache, Bob From Elsewhere.

Took a walk to this one. But not quite all the way from TTP.
I found your D1.5/T1.5 Micro Multi-Cache called The O-Bahn Walk To Paradise: Start on 27 January 2023. It was find #17544 for me. Thank you Bob From Elsewhere for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of South Australia.

Worked out the puzzle one night I was coming back from town and was close to here. Took a walk today to gather some Multi caches and crossing this off my list.
Found a cool piece of history at GZ that I haven't seen in many years. TFTC!

Found during a tour of the northern suburbs in an attempt to clear another small patch of metropolitan Adelaide. Collected the clues, did the calculations and headed off for the find. A multiple of possibilities at GZ with a short search revealing the prize. Thanks for the cache Bob From Elsewhere!
TFTC! Found with harper-22 and GeoPup. Not under the bridge, took a little time to realise.
Caught up with Mattycat for another tuesday adventures focusing on Ansty hill and some nearby caches, after tiring ourselves out on the hills we decided on some driveby caches to finish off the day this was one of them, a stroll soon had the numbers in hand and cache as well now we are out of time will be back for the rest

After a medical appointment had a little time to spare on the edge of the suburbs, so thought I'd clean a couple of marks of the caching map! A couple proved elusive, but most nice quick finds!
This was a good one along the way as I'd grabbed the details when down last time! So a nice quick find with some more info nearby! Was it that long ago? I remember the NE tram being proposed...
Much gratitude to Bob From Elsewhere for placing and maintaining this cache on our SA geo game map

Looking around every day finding and signing using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S20+, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Plenty of that actually!!!
*Logs are composed and published using GSAK of course.*
---
Please do stay as safe as possible when caching.
Keep a lookout for bogs, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for bugs from alpha to omega !!! . [xx(]
Try to keep Travel Bugs as the only bugs you share and pass on
Now our borders are open - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
Much appreciation of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting
[^] [:o)] [^]
A great caching start to Twenty Twenty Too

I rolled up to the start of this multi-cache this morn,
not for a Walk to paradise,
nor for a more up tempo Run to Paradise,
but a Ride to Paradise
After rolling down the track to paradise,
I was soon stopped in me tracks,
by a quick cache find

A multi that starts at the Plaza, gotta love that! I’ve enjoyed all these Obahn multies and trads, thanks BFE, I hope you’re not done yet.
I had almost all of March away from caching to concentrate on the Garden. Time to get back to working towards my goals for the year. Also Time to get back into the regular Wednesday Wandering again. [^] Today myself, Blackadders and S.A. Sewer Rats headed out on a BFE rampage. Last puzzle meeting night we had worked on all the new BFE puzzles and decided it was high time to go and find them all - and his multi caches, trads and even the lab cache series. The other two having already found some whilst I was in the garden completed all that was required to get the Rat to TBFEN. Unfortunately we didn't have time to revisit 3 so I could get there and an early DNF on a BFE meant that would be impossible anyway. I ended up with 3 DNF's today - so much for goal number 3!
Although not needing multi-caches today for my calendar there was no way in hell I was going to just walk right past them! So I called in and quickly found the end of this mutli and proceeded to get the details for another! Clever Bob.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
***Thanks Bob From Elsewhere for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

Out on the bike today to target some new O-Bahn caches. My, this is a busy place! Found in the first place I looked. TNLN SL Thanks for the cache BFE.
Today I needed to find a multi cache so after work I decided to drive to Tea Tree Plaza and the Northern Suburbs to find some BFE and Freddo caches.
Ended up with 8 finds for the evening and a nice walk along the O Bahn path. A couple of deja vu caches were found.
Another nice quick find along the O Bahn trail. TFTC BFE

After dropping my daughter off at Tea Tree Plaza, I wandered over to the posted coordinates to gather the required information. Coordinates calculated and I realised the final was right on my intended route home.
Quick find at GZ.

Just as I found and signed a bus whizzed past and a car needed. Wonder if it was another cacher or even Bob. Thanks for the cache Bob from Elsewhere.
I gathered the numbers for this one yesterday and decided to keep it for a day when i needed it for my streak.
With my initial cache today or off bounds i turned to this one.
A quick find at gz.

This morning with a bit of time to kill I headed to the eastern suburbs to find a few unfound caches before a netting back at Mawson lakes. A nice few hours with 14 finds.

The second multi on the o-bahn. Felt familiar, but that could just be because it's Bob country!
I had organised a caching day with Doctor Owl to find a few of the new BFE caches that have popped up since my last visit out here. [^]
This was the first one and after doing the sums it was a quick find in a familiar spot.
Thanks for the cache BFE.

Today was the day to go out and collect all the BFE puzzles that we had not yet found. We were away when some were published and busy at other times. We did have all but one solved. Somehow, we had missed that one so had to solve it as well before venturing out. We added the BFE Adventure Lab to our target list too. As well as the odd multi and traditional. It was a very pleasant day for a drive and while a couple of hides were challenging, we managed to find them all without having to resort to seeking assistance. Quite satisfying really. So once again we have reached BFE puzzle nirvana (although there are still a few non-puzzle ones to collect another day.
Having found all the puzzles and one trad we thought we would add a multi to the list of finds too. Quick caclulations and then off to GZ where the prize was found in the first spot checked. Although we do think the hint does not apply correctly outside the USA. But we knew what you meant.

This evening, I headed out to Tea Tree Plaza and Ridgehaven areas to continue to find target geocaches. Several of these geocaches had high Favourite Points, and although some were challenging to find, they did highlight the beauties of geocaches that were hidden in plain sight, but had a twist for Geocachers. An enjoyable evening to be out and about.
I visited the posted coordinates and obtained the set of numbers from the sign, only to realise that I had been very very close to GZ earlier in the night; I guess that is why it pays to do this “series” of geocaches in order and helpful to be walking/riding along the path.
So back I went with the drive, and I found the cache in about the fifth place I checked. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Now I know what the hint means. Thanks Bob From Elsewhere for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Visit this area often, and the other day was passing by so stopped to gather the requireed information. Assembled the coordinates at home and put it into the TBF queue till the right moment.
this morning I was on the way to the shops and just had to stop and finish by making the find. Located the cache in the first place I looked, stamped the log and replaced.

Made a dog's breakfast of this one. Got info from Google earth then didn't do the calculations right and searched the wrong item. Back to square one and right calculations today for a quick find. Thanx
It was a beautiful afternoon and I didn’t have much on, so I headed up to the Tea Tree Gully/Modbury area to find a few caches to round out the year.
The required information was collected from the sign and the final coordinates calculated. I parked nearby and had joint st a short walk to GZ where the cache was quickly found.
Thanks Bob From Elsewhere for the cache.

Freddo has done other work on the O-Bahn buses. Little known fact. The O-Bahn bus tyres have a run flat system. There is an internal circumferential I beam to support the bus weight, and allow the bus to slow and to move one of the transfer stations where the tyre can be changed. Changing a tyre in the track would be a nightmare. We checked the load capacity of a new I beam supplier when the old I beam supplier when out of business.
The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

I didn't think I was going to have time for this one but after some help, time just seemed to fly by, and I was soon parking in a side street quite close to GZ. After initially searching for cobwebs, decided to read the hint and soon after was stamping a blank log.
Many thanks to Bob From Elsewhere for a cache not far from home that I could find
