This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. Unfortunately couldnt find this one today, found the location of the hint and rummaged around but with no luck
Rummaged around for a bit but could not find it. Wonderful little water feature though.

Had a good look for this one and could not locate, the hint was pretty specific and there was really only one possible hiding spot, so we rummaged around in our caching supplies and came up with a suitable container similar to the one described. Replaced so hopefully many more can find.

Nah could not find this one. Looked for ages and compared to the previous finders saying it was an eSy find it leads me to believe it’s taken. Sorry will come back another day to try again.

#12,488. A nice park, walk and grab in Founders Park, Matamata. Fortunately, GZ was all quiet at the time of our visit. Found after a short search. The cache was all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

Quick and easy First cache for a while since operation. Busy park but got the job done
Very easy find! Lived here for over 10 years, walked this track many times, was such a fun activity 
Hanging out with jgirl1880 after doing the Wairere Falls Track, stopped in Matamata for dinner and a spot of caching. This was a nice easy find but the logbook was and will need replacing shortly
Traveled to Matamata with NZPatoto to look at motorhomes and decided to grab this on the way home. Found by Nahkins. Easy find. Thanks for the cache
Found this afternoon, on a glorious late autumn day... thanks for the placement, a lovely park.
Fortunately a quiet day with no muggles so able to make a reasonably quick find. Thanks for bringing us to a nice park.
Just as I arrived at gz a couple of muggles sat down nearby for dinner. Pretending to take photos and needing a sit down, I placed my hand around into the likely spot and was rewarded. TFTC, cache is in good condition

(# 6483). Grabbing a few caches on the way to a funeral in Matamata. One has to break the trip up a little bit. A quick find. Everything in order. Thanks for bringing me here.
One of five caches located in the Matamata area today on our drive from Wellington up to Morrinsville. Got most of our trip completed before looking for any caches. This was the last of them. Like other loggers, we found the plastic bag with the logsheet which we duly signed. Didn’t have a more permanent container in my back pocket, but the plastic bag could do with one (a more permanent container)! #3534. TFTC.
A quick stop to stretch our legs on our trip back from the Mount to Auckland. Quick find here but only a plastic bag and a log and no container. Not sure how long this will last

On a trip down from Whangarei to Taupo today and needed to break up the journey with several stops to limber up the passengers sore back. What a good excuse to also grab a cache or two at the same time.

Cache log is not in any container - simply a plastic bag. Quick find if approached from correct direction. Great spot for a cache.
A stopover in Matamata on the way back to Tauranga. There is some op shopping going on which doesn't interest me but allows me a chance to explore and find a GC or two. TFTC

Heading home from Rotorua after a weekend away with Jag50 for the GC45 plaque event so collecting a few caches on the way. A plastic bag and scrap of paper only. Added another bit of paper but this needs maintenance as there is no container
I am driving down to Rotorua for the 20th anniversary celebration on Saturday. This was a stop along the way. Definitely needs maintenance. TFTC.

I found a magnet on the lamp post above 1985 but no cache. I'm pretty sure it was muggled

We are off on a TMGT caching tour to Gisborne. This was our brekkie stop and thought we would make the map smiley full in Matamata. What a lovely spot to wander around. Took a moment to get the right spot. SL. TFTC.

Today I'm starting my road trip home from Auckland to Nelson with my newly acquired convertible cachemobile. I'm going to be finding a few caches along the way. All good here.
