Unfortunately a string of DNFs here tonight. I checked all the likely spots close to the logged images that could house such a big cache, but nada.
Unfortunately GZ landed us in the middle of a well kept grassed area right in public view. After searching likely area DFN
Grey Nomads travelling around Australia - more recently, just Queensland, and of late, Airlie Beach to Ayr & Home Hill. Arrived Home Hill, planted the geo-van and set off for a drive around HH and Ayr with my Garmin showing me the way. Some we found, some we didn't.
A sense of Deja vu - you know, that feeling I've been here before and met this snake and found a cache. Well here we are again, meeting this snake, and finding this cache. Cheers Newcacher and thanks for the cache

Inevitably on a long trip when many geocaches are being found, some get missed. Unfortunately, at the time, this was one of them. So, although out of chronological order, I am logging them today for simplicity. So my apologies for the generic log and the out of date sequence.
Our trip commenced on Friday November 28th and concluded on Tuesday December 22nd. During that time, we visited caches in Maryborough, Childers, Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Sarina, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville and Cairns, with other places in between like Proserpine, Home Hill, Ayr, Ingham to name just a few, with many wonderful single stop caches along the way.
Our party consisted of myself, hatzofff, grannysmith1947, and on occasion, youngoldfella.
Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC, Newcacher#2.

Stopped here in this beautiful park for coffee and decided to grab this cache whilst no one around. TFTC
A day around Ayr combining caching and running in my new bike.
355k done and another area cleaned out.
While a few little boys were taking a break from playing on the snake and instead admiring the bike I snuck in for the find.
Thanks for placing these.

How funny, my son was looking in the bushes and found it!! Lucky we knew exactly what it was.. swapped a ring for a SpongeBob toy!!
A short stop over in Home hill with a visit to Ayr for some caching. Both are nice little towns with plenty to offer the passing through trade.

It wasn't till we saw the snake that we remembered the cache we looked for about four years ago was a DNF. So we swung on in for another search. It wasn't quick but this time we found it. Didn't realise at the time this is a new listing.. great to see it replaced. TFTC Newcacher#2.
That snake sends a shiver down my spine. The rain didn't seem as bad in the shelter of the trees while I looked for the cache. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC Newcacher#2

Ssssssuper Ssssstealth was a little bit required for the time of day for usssss. Great photo opportunities. TFTC
Found this on the way a late Christmas/New Celebration in Home Hill. (sorry for the late log). I somehow forgot to log it at the time.
Today we drove further North. As we had a lot of miles to do, we didn't stop too often.
Oh, what a big snake. Hope, that I'll never ever meet one of those in the bush.
After a short search, I found what I looked for and luckily no real snake awaited me.

Channelled my inner scrub turkey for this one! Went back and forth a few times until the cache was spotted. First find of our day. TFTC
On the way from Townsville to Airlie Beach, during our holiday in Australia, we also found this cache! Thanks and greetings!

Stopped on our Southern road trip to find this cache. So glad we did. WOW what a snake. Easy find T4T$
Found with lwell69: was harder to find than expected, especially as how many dead leaves are around/ TFTC
Found by Mary and David at 15:45. Who should we meet here just as we found the cache but another QOGM attendee, echocage1. Like us, she still had her green ribbons flying. Great information about Gubulla Munda, the giant carpet snake, too. Gets a FP. After that, we drove down Klondyke Road to see an old stomping ground of David's - the Lower Burdekin Ski Club at Hutchings Lagoon. Lots of improvements there since the early '70s! Our thanks to Newcacher#2.
Visited our scaly friend this morning and discovered this geocache. Lovely spot to visit but frequented by muggles.
On a little adventure with Pandamus4! Decided to head to Ayr on this fine morning. Little markets on in the nearby park which we will check out soon . Also picked up my first TB which I will take up north next weekend.
This one took us a lot longer than it should have. Heading back down the coast at the end of our holidays and stopped in Ayr for a quick lunch. I allowed myself 1 cache to find (we were time poor) and chose this one as I had passed the big snake many times in the past without stopping. Very well hidden especially considering the size of the container. TNLN SL TFTC
Thank you for the cache.
If i found the cache there came the muggkes to have a rest

a boa constrictor !! [:o]
Well you know the rest
At least the cache hadn't been eaten
TFTC.
I have been here before
And probably found the previous cache.
But who doesn't love a regurgitated version ??
Especially when it involves a snake
I dropped off "Daddy Long Legs" TB and "GGC" TB here
And rescued "Crush the Turtle" TB
a boa constrictor !! [:o]

For some reason, when I first saw the name of this geocache, I thought it’d have something to do with the Box Jellyfish... needless to say I got a surprise coming to this GZ. (You say toxins, I say venom cryptic indeed)
Anyways, TFTC My geo-munchkins & I are visiting Ayr from Townsville this lovely Saturday. This is a fave ️ when we have a fave point to give, for location & size of cache. The Gubulla Munda Totem is what won us over!!
Geo-munchkins took SWAG, we left a heap of SWAG. Signed log & dropped a TB. RAF.
Thanks to the CO for bringing us here
