Nice easy find due to camo movement. Hidden in plain sight was so glad to find my marbles and miss 11 had a giggle when we opened it. Was a lovely stroll to get it in the sun and glad the winter chill is lifting. TFTC
Beautiful winter morning ... the sun is shining and there is no rain. Great day to get out for a little geocaching. Find #11 TFTC
I left my run a little late tonight so it was a torchlight search at about 8:30pm. The cold had well and truly set in also.I began the search up one side, back down the other, and as I was preparing to make another pass I spotted something. Jumping back to the other side and the treasure was in hand, phew. The cache is in good order.I returned to the car and sensed a sting as I sat down. I had scraped up against a tree branch at some point during one of my passes and it turns out it took some skin with it. A pretty typical find .A big thanks goes to sbrundan for taking the time to add I'VE LOST MY MARBLES to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Are you ready for Victorias next big event?Join us for Victorias first ever *Block Party* to celebrate 25 years of geocaching.**When:** March 22 - 23, 2025**Where:** Hume Global Learning Centre, SunburyLog your will attend at [**GCAP417: The Sunbury Event** ](https://coord.info/GCAP417) Visit our [**Block Party website** ](https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/the-sunbury-event) for more details on the exciting lineup of events and activities as they are released!
I found this cache today on my Mega Geocaching Walk #6 - A 35,000 step walk from Hawkstowe Station throughout South Morang and finishing at Middle Gorge Station. I looked and thought that this one wsa going to take a while but luckily spotted the place almost straight away. Grateful at the end of a long day. Thanks from D B-A
It was a warm but not too sunny day... just perfect for a wander around the parks and streets of South Morang... my main objective was simply to get more finds in the City of Whittlesea so that one day I will qualify for the **WCW - Cache Local Mighty Challenge**... a small matter of 200 finds within the LGA.After parking near **Little Lending Library** cache, I set off for my circuit... finding almost all of the caches I came to... and mostly with little difficulty. Thanks **sbrundan** for this cache.
*Found on the 30 Jul 2023 @ 3:43 pm.*
*Cache find # 14883.*
After the CITO event that was on earlier today, I then moved down to this area which I have been too a couple of times before but still haven't finished as I am still needing more finds in the Whittlesea LGA.
I had been passed this one once before but that time, I was short on time plus there were muggles in the area, so I ended up giving it a miss, today this one was visited again and this time found without any trouble.
**Thanks to sbrundan for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**

I am in need of some Whittlesea LGA caches for 2 challenges I signed last year, so while I was in the area, I thought I would try to find some caches. This was one of those caches. I like others almost lost my marbles trying to find this cache. The systematic search soon prevailed. I have fond memories of my marble collection. And can recall most of their names. My favourites were the cokes and the space ones.
I nearly lost my marbles searching for this cache for about 10 mins. Finally found it, obvious really All in good order and still many marbles to swap. TFTC
Found with icw. All marbles intact and the cache guardians, a small mob of Eastern grey kangaroos, solemnly watched as we signed the log. Tftc.
The last time I was here my marbles abandoned me and I couldn't find your cache. Today was a different story. With my marbles working well I eventually got the log signed. Beautiful day for a walk. TFTC
Nice find, thought it would be hard, turns out it was easy or it was just pure luck
Headed out to Middle Gorge station to spend a half day caching. First find for the day. Great little spot and exactly where the coordinates hit.
It appears I’ve lost my marbles as well as I had no luck finding yours. Is there any hope for us???
The names of these caches are so much fun. We really enjoyed our time doing a few caches around this area!! TFTC
Whittlesea Mega Trip Day 5. Now that Mega weekend is over I decided to stay on for a bit to try a bit more caching in the region. First was the Markets event. I then headed into Mernda to do the Labs and some of the caches there, but it was frustrated by some very heavy rain storms. I went back to the show grounds for a break before deciding to have another go at some caching, this time at the base of Mt Disappointment.
The last cache here was a short walk, but a nice find. Now for some fuel and then lunch !
Thanks for the cache sbrundan

Found and signed dsd or ab or darksidedan or adventure boys to save space in the logbook. Thanks for the cache and the adventure.
On a weekend trip with with a lovely bunch of women for the Whittlesea event. What would normally be a Kate and Kelly's Amazing Geocaching Adventure (KAKAGA) weekend was this year extended into a LAKAKAGA with the wonderful addition of Laura and Amanda and we had a great time walking and talking and collecting caches at our leisure.
Never my favourite hiding spot to approach as the options are often limitless. However, Team Gruidae made a beeline and a flash of colour from my vantage point was all that was needed to make a very quick find. TFTC sbrundan

Arrived at our accommodation for the Mega and decided to start early with a few caches to warm up. TFTC
Came up with MazzyMay for the Whittlesea event and we decided to start with a few around where we were staying. TFTC

Out caching with the 11YO geokid on a beautiful (but slightly chilly) spring day. No luck with this one unfortunately today.
After taking the short stroll, it took my GPS some time to settle. I am sure I looked where Pwala made the find. Thanks for placing the cache for us to find.
Nice quick find for us today!

Always worry about pulling rock walls apart, but this was a nice, quick find. Maybe our last for the day as the Geopuppy and Geofriend are getting worn out. What a fitting cache to end on lol
Found where we first looked but not until we looked the second time! More than marbles now. TFTC
We knew where the cache would be but it took us a while to find. Thankfully it was all nice and shady for a hot day. TFTC
Accompanied with silence49. finding your cache sbrundan, thank you so much for placing it.
Still a few more logs to catch up with from a few weeks ago. Walked to most of these after parking as close as possible. Thanks for this good series sbrundan
Found with Doza25. Did take a bit of rummaging around but finally found it. Left blue marble and swapped with another. TFTC
I usually had a bit of trouble finding caches hidden this way but I went straight to this one. Good job and nice hide.
Accurate coordinates and I found it in the first place I looked which is lucky because there are many potential hiding places here.
My niece plays basketball at the school next door so she knows this area better than me because I am a long way from home.
Thanks for the cache. No marbles were swapped or lost but there was an interesting collection inside the container.

Luckily Mr Riddell was straight onto this one... nearly first place he checked.
Good co Ord’s, thankfully.

Found after a brief search. After the events of 2020, I am very grateful to have got some of my marbles back. All in good condition. TFTC
Having failed at the last two caches for a couple of reasons. I sought this last one out for the day to give myself a nice round number.
TFTC sbrundan..I've enjoyed the various hunts today

Out with the geokids on this cold rainy day. Cold and rainy days are great for caching in suburban areas because the muggles stay at home. There were only a few cyclists and a handful of walkers. I spotted the likely hiding spot from the path and the geokids went in to make the find. TFTC subrundan.
I had a few spare hours this morning to search for some more caches around South Morang. The path was quite busy here but there were sufficient breaks in the traffic to allow me to find and sign the log and rehide the cache without causing suspicion.
Thank you sbrundan for this cache.

Out for a day's caching in the Mill Park - South Morang area. I found over 20, mainly on my bike - it is a great area for cycling. Thanks sbrundan.
OK - this is embarrassing. Between COVID lockdowns we spent a day caching. Now that life’s back to normal(ish) started caching again and discovered these unposted drafts. Apologies for the late, cut&paste logs. TFTC
Didn’t take too long to find, pretty public place. Just have to have a careful look.
I FOUND MY MARBLES... thought I was going crazy but after a lil hunt, sanity was restored...

After the inclement weather we've had this week, I needed to do something, so wandered out to the outer burbs for a walk. A dozen or so smileys (including a couple of former DNFs) later, I'd covered about the same number of kilometres and enjoyed some of the paths of South Morang.
This could have been a needle in a haystack, bit a couple of things worked in my favour. The first was putting myself in position to watch the kangaroos in the adjacent field, and the second was sitting an anomaly from there. Thanks, sbrundan

I found around 20 caches this morning. I haven't been up here in ages. The little parks look great with gums. Thanks sbrudan.
Found this one with omegaman1971 a while ago and totally forgot all about logging them... great to come out and grab a few caches in this area that l have visited over the previous few years grabbing a few smilies as we cache around the burbs, thanks sbrundan for the hide.

Suscoe headed to Melbourne today in the great company of Bushfire.
We had decided to target some caches along the Plenty Road area and we enjoyed travelling around the Mernda, South Morang suburbs as well as part of Bundorra.
It was a delightful day with plenty of sunshine and a mild breeze for most of the day. It did get quite warm during the afternoon as the cool breeze seemed to disappear.
We had a terrific day and thanks goes to all the cache owners for showing us this area.
Thanks to sbrundan for this hide, all good here today.

Fended off the ferocious spider guarding it (just kidding he was a little tacker).
The kids spotted this one first! Yay, go them, they are starting to get a good eye for spotting things out of the ordinary! Thanx for the find. Took a couple of marbles left a couple in return! Thanx for the find!
You know when LUCK is on your side ?.. Well I'm having one of those moment's. Walked up to near where my GPS told me to be & I looked & said to myself, that's where it's got to be I reckon & Wada Ya Know ? Cache in Hand !! Do the HAPPY DANCE !! SL, TFTC

Another of your caches that was not in my GPSr yesterday, so I have come back today to find some more, Thanks, sbrundan, for this quick find, all is in good condition
I had been looking for a good reason to jump on the bike and today the stars aligned...this cluster of caches in South Morang and a reasonably sunny winter's day.
At the GZ I started looking around in circles as my GPSr would not settle. In the end the geo-senses kicked in and I made the find. TNLN. TFTC.

Out with xambo4u, it was a cold wet day with a little hail thrown in, but that didn’t stop us caching. A very successful day in Morang despite the weather.
I thought I’d lost my marbles, but xambo4u found them for me. Thanks sbrundan

Out and about with echidna44 on this very bitter cold run to the North. It even gently hailed or was it snow. I have not been to this high up before and very impressed with the area. I dont know about losing them today but they certainly were frozren. Thanks for the cache sbrundan
Out and about with Trailstevo in a new area for us, plenty to find and hopefully enough to see us through the mystery at the museum. Thanks for the little adventure.
Out with Gunks for a night of caching. Tackling this new area. Remember when all this was fields. Might finish this detective thing. TFTC
Grub62 and I were nearby getting a FTF and we thought that I could get this cache while we here. Grub62 had already found this cache so she was able to locate it for me without too much difficulty. A nice hide and in good condition. TFTC.
Decided to get this one today to add to our museum mystery kids were out at play so decided to go grocery shopping but on the way back coast was clear cache was visible from path so covered it a bit more thanks for the marbles although I never took one
Another good hide and idea, I took a couple of marbles so I could leave a couple of mine and yes they are of different colour and size. I was a very bad marble player as a kid but the cache brought back great memories. Thanks again sbrundan for getting me out today.

Tonight after the rain and the wind had moved on I went in search of this one to keep my daily streak going. Once near GZ I started looking. Checking all the possibilities . Then in the torch light I spied something! TFTC sbrundan. I have enjoyed finding your caches.
