In town for a quick overnight trip and this has been on the list to do for a while.GPS was all over the place and at one stage on the other side of the path. Found the old green pit and tried to read some logs and think about other duck finds. Examining all sorts of things and eventually came across the very clever camo and signed the log.TFTCA fav pt
Thanks Duck 43!! Almost gave up and geohubby spotted it!! A favourite point from me!!
Woo hoo found very quickly but unfortunately the log is so wet we couldn't sign it. Sent to to CO.
found it, container was full of water and log fell apart touching it. didnt have any replacement on us. wrote names on outside of bag
Out for a geocache in a new suburb with a geofriend. Hoping to not get too frustrated with these duck caches o such a Beautiful day.
I found this one on Friday 20 Oct 2023 at 1:22 pm and the weather is Clear Sky 26C 38% 5 m/s . Woo hoooo, my first D5, now that IS something to celebrate! Lovely spot, lovely hide, what a lovely day! This is find number 3,037 for me. A nice small traditional cache I enjoyed finding as part of my adventuring in City Of Melville. Unless otherwise mentioned above, I found the coordinates to be accurate, the cache in good condition and the log dry and with plenty of room to sign. Thanks for placing this cache and for the fun of finding it duck 43.*Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Unfortunately, after a thorough search, I was unable to locate the cache at this time. I double-checked the coordinates, examined potential hiding spots, and even tried some creative approaches. It seems the cache may be temporarily missing or I might have overlooked it. I'll definitely revisit in the future to try again. Thanks for the challenge!
HAH! Out Duck hunting which has now provided the cousins their new dread saying - "it's a duck cache!"
Out on a duck hunt with friends. With many eyes searching it didn’t take us too long to find this clever cache. Thanks duck43
Decided to go on a Duck hunt today! All about quality not quantity!
later in the day iluvtrekking came to join us on the Duck hunt. Managed to attempt a couple of others although we found the higher D/T caches easier than the supposed 1.5/1.5 caches today [B)] [:o)]
Lots of fave points going out the door today. one here for sure.

Out targeting specific caches today. Mostly to work towards challenge caches, but a few random with lots of fav point thrown in too.
I did not hold high hopes for me finding this. I am notorious for walking away from difficult hides, but I needed this for a challenge cache.
The hint was helpful, but my GPSr had already put me on that side. I started at the point that is said was closest and started the hunt. I was going to be generous here and spend at least 5 minutes looking - this may be why I don't find the tricky ones [:o)] Luckily for my patience it was only a few metres away.
A marvellous hide and a favourite point for it.

Again!
I found the green box though. Approximately how far is the cache from the green box?

Not my first attempt here. Finally managed to find it. Excellent camo. Signed and returned as found. Tftc
Out on a sunny spring day to find some of the geocaches in the Mount Pleasant area.
A very clever hide here by duck 43! We were initially looking on the wrong side of the path, then a handy hint guided us in a better direction. After about five more minutes of searching, we stumbled upon the cache by pure accident.

Wow..so many visits to this spot..so much searching and finally triumph..amazing work as usual duck..log was damp but signable..cache in excellent condition..quiet walk with only the birds for company..thank you so much for the cache
I think I found the location, which was low (without giving too much away just in case), but had no cache inside. I think it’s been muggled!
On a role and I come up against this one. Searched for ages inspecting everything. Not helped by the wandering GPS. Spent ages and about to quit when bazinga!!!!
Kept looking at the camo thinking is this it??? It is brilliant.
He has used a similar technique at Wireless Hill.

Not too long a search. Super tricky. All good with cache. Greetings from Northern Ireland and TFTC.
Thank you! Out with nephew 1 for some caches and ALs. Ended up being a day of duck 43 caches. Super happy to make the find here, due to the D/T combo. We searched for quite a while. I wasn't sure how long the nephew would patiently assist me with poking leaves and trees. So I was super surprised when we finally found the sneaky cache.
Outstanding.
I was distracted by what I thought may be a decoy for a while, and on that note, those to follow on the hunt should watch their step and protect their ankles.
Another of duck's hides where my amazement is shared between the creativity of the cache and the fact that I actually found it!

Have been here previously and had to leave empty handed, managed to head here to start the day and with some guidance from previous finders managed to find the cache after a couple of minutes.
Thinking back to the last time I was here I must have been so close to getting the find. A really impressive cache here, I really enjoyed the details you have used to get it to blend into its surroundings, a favourite from me.
----------
Joined up with I C Northing, Kapelula & Meme28 for a day out caching. The plan originated with the idea to head up to Whiteman Park and try and clear the area of unfound caches. Over coffee this morning the plan changed a little as the idea of a hot day out with little chance of breeze had us looking a bit closer to the city.
Getting into the car with no real destination it was suggested heading to grab some duck caches and see where the day led us. And boy what a day it was, we ended up caching all around the river from Applecross into Fremantle, through Mosman Park before finishing up near Mt Henry Bridge.
At the end of the day I finished with 41 finds, 0 DNF’s & 1 didn’t look for. Ticked off some older caches, got some rarer attributes added to the tally and picked up a first to find.
----------
Thanks duck 43 for placing this cache for me to find, this is find number 2675 for me.

Wow. This may be my favourite of all time. Would never have found this without a PAF. Epic. TFTC
Having a "Duck Day Out", this was the next cache we looked for on our tour... The weather was already sweltering when we arrived here so we were hopeful of a quick find but we spent a while looking in all the wrong places I had totally discounted that area, but thankfully Jase went to look & came up with the prize... Phew!
TFTC duck 43 Nice work on this one... Now, we were planning on a picnic lunch but plans have now changed to look for the closest air conditioned restuarant [:o)]

Found it on second visit. Such fab camo. Sacrificed the leg from my sunglasses and got chased by a march fly, but was very happy with the find. Coords approx 15m out according to the Garmin. Tftc
Was really hard to find exact GZ due to jumpy GPS. Skycat found it first! A clue from a previous log helped re style of camo. Excellent difficult cache. Also high drama re Skycat’s reaction to large fly haha. Tftc
Catching up on a missed log.
Chwiliwr and I were on the way to his appointment in Palmyra and decided to stop and do this cache on the way. We only had a limited time to find the cache and were about to give up to go to the appointment when Chwiliwr spied the cache away from where the tablet had pointed us to. Log signed and cache returned as found.

Ah was getting a little cocky..ha found a few ducks in the last week but back down to earth today..great little quiet trail but no luck for me today..I will be back tfth
Had braced myself for a long search here. Read the hint and a previous log to determine the actual GZ. Checked a few possible hosts then heard something that just wasnt right. A further check and cache was in hand. Lady Luck was on my side I think. Absolutely brilliant camo and definitely worth a favourite point. TFTC
TFTC! after a clue from a friendly geocacher I was onto the cache, disregarded the camo completely beforehand ahaha
My third try for this cache, I suppose this might be a bit out of my league for now haha
A quorum of the Fott was here so we are retrospectively claiming the find. If that's an issue let us know.
Kapelula legend! Mr Duck legend! Thank goodness we could leave with a smiley, it was looking dubious! I thought I had given my last fav point for the day, but this is it! Gold.
Out with ICNothing Kapelula and the geokids.

At ground zero we checked all over. Eventually I investigated deeply enough to uncover the container.
Well worth the D5 rating. Another fave awarded.
With Leap Day somewhat of a big deal on the caching calendar, Kyzabra, AlliedOz and I made a plan to meet up and grab as many different cache types as we could prior to the event at Pr Walter.
We met up at Bicton and headed out for a morning of funds, fun and frivolity.
duck 43 SVKR_WA is happy to have found your cache Nature Trail today at 07:12:38 29 Feb 2020. This brings my find count to 4010
duck 43 - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. We love travelling the state and visiting some places that we would only visit due to this game.

Allied_OZ, SVKR_WA, and myself headed out today to try and bag a mixture of caches and types for Leap day before heading to the event at Point Walter.
OMG. that’s all I can say. You think you’ve seen good duck camo and then you find this. Had our hand on it previous and it wasn’t till SVKR investigated further that he discovered the prize
Well worth a fav here.
Many thanks to duck 43 for placing and maintaining Nature Trail. We found it, signed it, and put it back as found. We found this one at 7:12 am on Saturday and this is my find 8419.

Out with Kapelula, Meme28 and the geokids on a duck run before heading to the leap year event. Took awhile but eventually we got our hands on it. FP awarded.
Searched here for quite sometime with some curious looks from Muggles. Happy to say just as we were about PAF we found the sneaky hide, so clever. Another fave here!
Second visit in three days as our first attempt was cut short and the DNF was bugging me! After a proper scouring of the previous logs the type of hide was still not obvious so it was back to checking everything. A few minutes in to the search I got lucky and scrutinised the right area. Beautiful camo. Thanks for another fun challenge!
Beautiful job this one had a great laugh when we uncovered this baby!! Left a baby too tftc
Running out of time before needing to head into the city but still gave this one a good go. Came up empty. Not entirely sure which side of the path the hint refers to so we looked on both but found nada. Defeated again!
Had to run an errand into the CBD today and with a few hours spare afterwards what a great opportunity to drive a bit further south and entertain myself with some great Duck creations. The find to fave ratio on this hide is impressive, and I'm happy to add another fave point to the tally. Walked along the trail to GZ and then spent the next 20mins searching around, checking lots of potential places / things before eventually striking gold. Pretty sure I had checked it at least once previously as well, lol. Awesome camo hide - with the added bonus of filling a gap in my D/T table too All is ok here - TFTC
Luckily mrs jinta got this one after a couple of minutes! What a great piece of work and another fave from us!
We decided to head out nice and early this morning to grab a few caches around this neck of the woods. This cache was one we targeted for our trip today. Cheers and TFTC.
G’day there duck 43, I was in this area today and found your cache Nature Trail GC8B68Y. I added my name to the log book at 9:56 am on 5 January 2020. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!
This cache find brings our total find count to 11279. Woohoo!!

Looked for half an hour then resorted to PAF. Even then it took a further 5 minutes. I was about 7 metres where I had GZ. What a masterpiece- would have never of found it - why? I touched it 3 times. TFTH
#keepthestreak - what a way to bring up 800 streak.
#keepthestreak - what a way to bring up 800 streak.
Admittedly resorted to PAF as the day's heat was going to cut short our search time. We must have had a look at the object 10 times. Brilliant. I think this is the best Duck43 cache yet. Fave point naturally. TFTC
Found it with some effort and help from PAF. Incredible. Bravo. Would give it every favourite point I have if I could. With familysteiner
Unfortunately I was unable to locate this cache today. I will add it to my list and hopefully return soon to claim the prize.
This one is really more a didn’t get the opportunity to search properly log. Thought I’d try my luck to nab a duck this evening before GIFF and my strict 5 minute search time expired before I really got into the hunt.

Took a bit longer than it should have. Must nearly be a GOAT (greatest of all time) for Mr Duck. SL TFTC Fav point
Great day out with Spatial Riq, mostly hunting out Duck hunting , but picking up a few others on route. Spotted a location close to the hide that made us think it may be missing but then uncovered the real thing.... Nicely done , Have A FAV point

Spent the day out with The Machman, mostly in Duck43 territory.
Great day with 22 finds and only 2 DNF's. Left home around 6am, and back around 3pm, so a full days geocaching ... with a few other QR type games in between
Devious hide, needed a PAF to locate it. Quickly found an odd hole in the ground and thought it may have once held the cache, but eventually found it elsewhere. Fav point awarded. TFTC

Fantastic Mr Duck!!!!!!!! I am out of favourites at the moment, unfortunately. I thought The Raffles was brilliant but this one takes the cake. A-mazing
I popped in here a few weeks ago after a doctors visit and the geomap definitely had gz on the southern side of the track. had a bit of a look but as i was wearing my very best shoes, entering the wet area was out of the question. Returned today with reinforcements and once on the correct side of the track, it didn't take too long to find the extremely well hidden cache. Amazing camo. No choice but to award a fave. TFTC.
I found the last duck cache along this trail (some years ago I think) in a matter of seconds. This one took a couple of minutes as I sort of had an idea of what it might be like. I stood and looked around and poked and prodded a few things then saw what I thought would have to be the cache container. Sure enough, after a bit more poking and prodding and prying I uncovered the container. Fortunately there was a pencil inside the container as I has just left my pen inside Pure Evil and wasn't going back for it. Thanks duck for another fantastic cache. Another favourite pointing coming your way.
After having a spot of fish and chips down at Piney Lakes, and despite light fading away quickly, we decided to swing via here to have a crack at what I was told was "the hardest duck cache yet" and "would be impossible to find in the dark."
Well, I put those statements to the test! It was well and truly dusk when we arrived at GZ and I didn't use my torch. However, within about 3 minutes I found something that didn't look like "how you'd expect it to look after that occurred" - as I described it. I felt it, and it didn't feel right. So I pulled out my phone torch to better inspect it, and was pretty confident, so I carefully inspected further on how to open it, and eventually had the small and rather wet container in hand. Cheers duck! An excellent camo job, well worthy of a favourite point!

Returned today with more time and after a search we finally found this amazing cache. Totally your best yet in our opinion and don't feel at all ashamed of our initial dnf. A fave point of course.

I read the logs prior to arriving so left myself plenty of time. Arrived and saw the clue so I knew I was at GZ. I started very methodical so not to discount anything and it was this approach that to the cache in under 2mins.
Amazing construction!!
I can see why this could be a very hard find. TFTC and of course a fav.

An afternoon free and decided to get some close by geocaches. With ample FP up my sleeve I headed for some Duck caches.
This took a few attempts discrediting the object multiple times a PAF was in order. A great cache, with fantastic camo worthy of the D rating and possibly higher!

Out picking up a few caches and stopped to grab this one. After a pleasant walk down the path i arrived at GZ and really didnt know where to look. I went from one side to the other as my GPS was jumping around. After about 20 minutes of searching something caught my eye and after careful examination i couldnt believe it was the cache. Very very clever and well worth a fav point TFTC duck 43
Wowsers. Turns out I was far enough off the mark that I would never have found the container where I was searching. Thankfully I have friends in high places. Knowing how much I love the squishy silicon style type of hides, this was sure to earn a favourite from me. Thanks for the hide.
Definitely the cache of the year!!! And I agree, we should now address you as Professor Duck. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Took about 30 minutes of searching. Impressive work Professor. Well worthy of everyone's favourites this one! TFTC
Wow, wow, wow. What more can we say? Spent an hour searching. Wish we could give you a favourite for every wow. Really hope this one lasts. You have surpassed yourself. TFTC Professor Duck
Gave it 15 mins before continuing my ride. My GPSr couldn’t even decide which side of the path to search. I’ll return when I have more time and a lot more motivation.
Lovely; close to the perfect morning to be caching. Great to meet up with a fellow cacher. After a considerable hunt the brilliantly-constructed cache was in hand, signed and replaced. Super stuff Mr Duck and a certain FP on its way when we get to our PC.
Dropped the grandkids off at school and then headed down here to hopefully find this cache. About 1/2 hour in Spotandpatch arrived another hour went past when we made the find . Woohoo a joint {*ftf*} with spotsndpatch. Very devious Mr Duck tftc
Wow. What a cache.
Big call here but this will be the best hide of 2019.
There is a strong argument that this could be classed as a D5 cache.
After around 45 minutes of searching the geowife came up with the goods.
FP as usual.
