Labour Day caching adventure. Our 5yr old son found this one all on his own and was very proud of himself. Thanks for the cache.
We found this one out in the open again so replaced it under some rocks up in the tree which we think it was where it should be as there were some rocks already there.
A nice little hide here, as we travel around Naseby today - a bit cold I have to say but ok if you keep moving! TFTC
Out for a bike round Naseby on the last day of our holiday. Found with Conbat. TFTC
Trapper4ever all the way from Whangarei first time to central Otago enjoying the finding the local caches and the beautiful scenery tftc
Kia pai to koutou Wiki o Te Reo Māori. Ka waihotia tētahi pepa hou e au, na te mea, kī tonu te pepa tawhito. Kāore he raruraru.
A nice quick find. Last time we were here the was logging going on so we could not get up here. Today, no worries. A new log sheet was added to the cache. Thanks for placing your cache.
Time for another road trip for Ms_KR and KR, so we headed south toward Otago. We cruised through from Oamaru to Ranfurly today, but had to take a detour as the road from Dunback to Kyeburn was closed. There were more caches on the detour, so no problem! Another glorious day.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Another nice quick find on a caching roadie heading northwards. Cache all good tftc
Picked up a handful of caches in and around Naseby today, before heading out to the coast. This one was a very quick find. #4953. TFTC.
Picking up a few caches near Naseby. Trackable Michel enjoying the day. Log sheet is quite full.
After checking with a muggle walking out of the area, I felt a bot more relaxed about the road and pressed on. Quick find here. TFTC!!
Spending the weekend in Naseby and getting a few caches after having a few busy weeks at work. Needing a break!! We used to come up here a lot when the kids were little. One of my favourite places in the world. So peaceful and quiet. TFTC.
Term 2 break. Planning for next term is done and it's time for a winter getaway before the third term begins. So it's off to Naseby we go to rekindle childhood memories of racing around the tailings but this time hunting for caches.

Easter family adventures. Staying in Naseby a few nights. Came out to Ranfurly this morning for a bit of a bike around. Used to come to Ranfurly a LOT growing up with both sets of grandparents and several Aunts and uncle living here. Heading back to Naseby for another bike around the forest. ...a wee detour up the side road....
Found on a caching "Dawn Raid" to Naseby/Ranfurly area. Quick find. Certainly changes things when the trees are harvested. TFTC.
Up in Naseby this weekend , and a chance to grab some of the newer placed caches that have been put out since last time I was up this way.
Out on my bike, and amazed at out wet things are up this way.
Quick find.

Found on a dog/bike trip to the now defunct part of the forest today. Great to get out after all the rains. Tftc
Decided that today's target would be to get as many caches as possible in the Naseby area. Some of the plan got side tracked by more interesting caches and some caches were unavailable due to all the holidaymakers in town.
The road is open but what a mess everywhere. The area has almost been clear felled and very few trees are left standing. Luckily the cache is still safe and sound and another easy find. tftc

Made sure I had the cache loaded before heading into this area that doesn’t have phone coverage. Quickly found. Tftc
Heading home after a weekend in omakau catching up with a mate...making time for a few detours on the way
.. no dramas with this one tftc

This one was a mission as we hadn't put it into the GPS and the phone was struggling as there was no coverage here. We got within 15m but we were having no luck so we decided to call it quits as the day was getting late. As we were turning around, we spotted a large stone in the fork of a nearby tree and the rest is history! TFTC [^]
Ah yes - that's how we like a p&g -'over here' it called and we signed and biked onward.
[FTF] On the way to the Cambrians near St Bathans we decided to take a short detour to Naseby as there was a couple of FTF still available. Had a lovely stroll around to grab some caches.
