Logs
The cache is there. After reading the DNFs I did not expect to find this chap, but I read previous logs and I soon had the clever cache in my hand.
We were about to give up, but reading comments certainly helped! Very well hidden indeed!
Found rhe well camouflaged cache after a short search. Sultry Saturday afternoon waiting for a thunderstorm. Greqt little trail I had never seen before. Thanks.
Nearly gave up on this as a DNF but Tanglefoot Dad persevered and came up with the goods - a satisfying find. TFTC
Found it! This took longer than expected. Eventually found GZ which was a bit further away than expected. I overlooked it but Muggle Heather spotted from the other direction! TFTC SL sorry for the late log.
This took a little bit of time to find as the cache was so well camouflaged that we didn't even look twice initially. We were quite certain we were in the right place, though, and we searched in a semi grid to make sure we didn't miss anything. We picked up the cache to see if the cache was underneath and realised that we had it in hand. Very ingenious, and it looks real. We extracted the log and signed it, and I was returning to the path when an older muggle walked past and gave a really disapproving look, I then realised that she probably thought I had answered the call of nature. Thee two Geo dogs were delighted being on this long walk, as you can see from their smiling faces in the photo. Thank you for this cache Pa_i_ge.

Another day out caching with Omegaman1971, today we headed to the Eltham area to clean up a few unfound caches, a great day was had and after the rain we had the day before it was great to see the sun come out.
This is one of the caches we found on out travels.
Thanks Pa_i_ge for the cache.

I came this way a few times back when this was published and (obviously) failed to find. Today I had the benefit of another 60-odd found logs and walked straight to it. Thanks Pa_i_ge - it's always good to be out on this trail.
Found on 17 January 2021 at 3:15:02 pm. A nice day out with my family.
Thanks for the adventure Pa_i_ge!

Well, this one had me thinking!
Went away and had lunch and a bit of a read of previous logs before returning for another look.
Gosh, that blends in well.
Following the cache trail to GZ proved fruitful.
Anyhoo, finally found, I can move along now.

One of the impacts of COVID is that I have got out of the habit of caching... I know the habit can be *all too time consuming* sometimes but seriously, I haven't looked for all month. Somewhere in the back of my mind today I had a recollection about "end of year / start of year" souvenirs... so while I wasn't exactly sure about them, I figured it was a good excuse to go and find a cache or three to find out.
I had tried this cache earlier in the year in one of the in one of the limited caching windows we had... but walked away empty handed. Time to have a go at getting rid of that off my caching map. Last time I only had my phone which isn't always the best way to hunt... so today I made sure I had my GPS. Even with that, it was not an easy find. All the trees make a coordinate lock difficult and when I did find the cache, the indicated GZ was about 10 metres away on the "wrong side" of the path.
Thanks**Pa_i_ge** for this cache... and the series.

Tip for others is that you will have to go well off the path. A comfortable find nonetheless and a cute container! Thanks!
I had a fair idea what I was looking for, but it still took around 30 mins to find it. The GPS signal kept moving around and that didn't help. Tftc.
Nice case. Cleared out some renters that had settled inside and put it back. Log is running low on space. TFTC.
This one took quite a bit of searching as my GPS wouldn’t drop below 12m. We put our GeoSenses to the test and we came up with a win. We also realised there where about 7ppl walking past as we resurfaced on the track
Second for us on this trail. Another great container. GPS was wondering but we spotted it fairly quickly. TFTC
Couldn't find this one... had difficulty in getting a location lock in among the trees and was distracted in my hunt by a work telephone call... ended up walking on and will come back another day.
Thanks anyway **pa_i_ge** for an excuse for a walk.

This will be our last cache for the day. We'll be back again when after the predicted blast of wintry weather.
Great hide. A little bit off the track. We finally found a use for those supermarket plastic things
Thank you pa_i_ge for this second series of caches along this aqueduct bench.
On a perfect day for caching there were lots of people and dogs enjoying this linear park. No problems encountered .

With our respective caching buddies out of town or otherwise occupied this weekend, spiffy and I decided to team up, drag out the bikes and find a trail or two. I remember riding this trail with jimbo80 finding the first incarnation of this series. With minor relocations and perhaps a bit more experience, we managed to find all hides quite easily this time. All but one clues were gathered, the remaining missing one deduced through trial and error in the checker. A lovely ride on a great trail. Thanks for placing and maintaining this trail of caches, Pa_i_ge

Thought this one should be easy as found most of the others in this series but no luck. Didn't have much time to search so need to return
Found at 10:21 am.
Well I didn't go away anywhere for the long weekend and neither did OzHockeyChick. So today we went on a bike ride along a couple of trails and this was one of them.
Started off and in the 1st 2 caches .... no clues .... oh no ... they soon started though but we ended up missing one of them (maybe #2 since it looked like a replacement log) but with only a few hits on the checker we soon got GZ without the last clue.
It was a busy little trail along here today with the beautiful weather but it was handy having the bikes and a companion so we looked a lot less suspicious.
Didn't have any problems with any of the finds today apart from waiting for muggles.
Thanks Pa_i_ge for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Another interesting container which is well camouflaged amongst pine trees. The base on this one was secure, and gave confidence that the parts would remain attached to each other.

Fifth find along this track, can already feel the days heat rising. Thanks for the great wander.
I decided to take some extra days off work to extend that holiday feeling and have been reacquainting myself with my bike. Today I decided to grab the newish series down the Aqueduct Trail.
It was after I found this cache that I suddenly remembered that I should be looking for clues to the final so it was back to the start to check every cache again! TNLN. TFTC.

Finally found it! First time We were looking on the east side of trail! Crafty container hide!
Out with xambo4u, we decided to cache in Research and do the Aqueduct trail. With lovely company, good weather and beautiful scenery, we had a great day.
A little search found the cache, although I think terrain rating could be changed.
Thanks pa_i_ge

Another nice cache container found by the Troops after much pushing and shoving to grab 1st. TFTC found along with Jimmytherat, Flopsy Bunny, Rara & Syd.
TFTC Pa_i_ge. Easy find by junior apprentice cachers FlopsyBunny, RaRa and Syd. Still no snakes. Incidentally, thanks for reinstating this series. It's a great walk, and the caches make it a fabulous one for the juniors! Jimmytherat with Noelle04. [Found on 2 October.]
