was able to retrieve by locating it with a spoon i located in the garden bed and digging through rotting leaf litter just underneath where it was hidden. Film cannister no longer fits the hide so am archiving the cache to allow the area to be used for another hide, Thanks to all those that took the time to find.
Couldn’t find at all we think someone could have taken it, or it was just really hard.
So, it’s been a massive day and need a smiley to make me smile. Off I go down to Turtle Hollow with MIL in tow. She is friendly and has made an account. I am super jealous as they start their trip around QLD and NSW tomorrow... all of the caches that they could do
Looked in the hollow, but didn't see it the first time. Needed to change perspective for the find. T4T$
RDO Bridge to Bridge adventure. Second for the day. Muggles still hovering the paths exercising. TFTC.
Cycling with the kids this morning and collected a few geocaches. We were lucky to spot a few wildlife too. Great scenery along the river.
On a 3 day trip from Mackay.
Found after a hint from CO.
Sorry to all the cache owners for the copy and paste logs.
Thank you all for placing these caches.

TFTC Wow, this one Geocache was sneaky & it took awhile for us to find. Yesterday my GPS was off, today it finally took me to a GZ & eventually I spotted the hide. The geo-munchkins were getting bored with my search & opted to have a swing instead... well after it was found we had a swing. Stoked to have avenged a DNF.
DNF I mean i think I found the geocache!! I did, & I have photo for proof for CO, lol I’ll send through, but alas I cannot claim the smiley as I could not get to the log to sign it...
So my story is after I looked in a couple of hollows in this Turtle Tree at my GZ, I stood back perplexed & looked again & there it was.
“Turtle you had me at hollow”
Ps. Oops, just saw the sign not to climb on the Turtle , hindsight hey...

After messaging the CO, it seems I found a Red Herring & not the actual geocache...
I also note that my GZ may have been a little off today... hmm, 3 DNF’s today. Must be the Friday the 13th Full Moon Werecache curse I’ve caught today.
Thanks BenM70, I will need to pursue this one another day!!

It is wonderful to be strolling the banks of the Ross today
You would hardly know that it was in full flood just seven months ago !! [:o]
Unless you look for the tell tale signs in the right places.
Crikey that was a big flood [:o]
I certainly wouldn't have been standing here back in February finding a cache

Stuck in a meeting when this was published and urging it to finish so I could race out.
On arrival the park was very busy but I don’t think the drunk locals paid me too much attention as they were too busy telling each other off.
Thanks BenM70. That’s month 42 (I think).
