Thanks 3OWs we managed a bit of CITO here and luckily came across an old dress that we fashioned into a carry bag. Container full of water so we left it upside down in the hope that water ingress is less likely. Thanks for a fun couple of mornings.

02-Jan-24
Another nice quick find, container had some water in it but log is fine.....bit of a bush bash to this one and going to attempt to continue bashing through to the next cache we have our eye on, not sure if that was a good idea but we do like economy of motion A lovely stroll through the PK Scientific Park today collecting smilies and adding our name to some more challenge caches out here.Thank you 3oldwkers for placing and maintaining our first cache for us and others to find and enjoy!

13-May-23
Today TaurusSix and I were heading to Perth to have an evening at the theatre. We decided to set off much earlier than needed so we could fit in a couple of hours of geocaching along the way. Leaving plenty time to get to our hotel and change before the show. We had been eyeing off the caches around the Port Kennedy Scientific Park Nature Reserve Area for sometime but believed they would be easiest to get in Autumn or Winter when there is no need to worry about snakes . Therefore today was a perfect day for it. We tackled the PP2 - CBBC series along with a couple of challenges, a few individual caches as well as a nearby Adventure Lab . All in all it was a lovely three hours and we ended up with 26 being 21 actual caches and 5 for the Adventure Lab . The weather was predominantly pleasant with only one short sharp shower.

This is our sixth cache find of the day while enjoying a lovely walk in this nature reserve . We took the short divert to this gz. The cache container was full of water so we emptied and dried the best we could . Thanks for the cache 3 oldwkers .

30-Jun-22
A lovely wintry morning for a walk along the sand tracks to GZ where the cache was spotted in its hiding place. The container had water in it but the log book was ok for signing. Water emptied out and the cache replaced as found. Thanks 3oldwkers for this one.

A quick find while doing the CBBC series. Cheers

21-May-22
Worked up a sweat for this one! TFTC! Water had seeped in and bug was getting a little rusty.

30-Nov-21
A nice find in the bushes for Geo-Bunny always mindful of potential "moving sticks".

Dropped off a "WA Flag" Discover Me WA, TB. Thought it was about time to move this one on. This one did go rouge and ventured outside the state.

Thanks goes to the CO for this cache and bringing us to this location.

03-Sep-21
Hard slog through the sand but made a quick find at gz.

28-Jul-21
I had a good ride around the Port Kennedy Scientific Park. The weather was patchy and twice I had to shelter from heavy showers.

The track was fantastic to ride the mountain bike on too. This is the benefit of a month of solid rain!

It took a few minutes before I spotted the camo container.

I detoured off the PP2 series to find these two trads. Temp was hot so it was a slog through soft sand. This actually took some time to locate. Not sure how I missed it for so long. Thanks.

19-Feb-21
Detoured to grab this on the way back to the car.

TFTC 3oldwkers this is find #11267 for us.

After doing the last of the series at Rocking Lakes we decided to come over to do the CBBC series before the heat although the heat eventually go to us so we didn't finish this series in the end due to other nearby caches being added.

This was one of the extra caches attempted. Cache found without issue but log was quite wet. Log signed and cache returned as found.

Thanks 3oldwkers for placing this cache for us to find.

Phew, this was a bit of a hike to get to... I was in the area collecting the Challenge caches and decided to head for this one. Aerial mapping showed that I might be able to straight line it from "The Lonely Cache Challenge" but I was wrong, the scrub was too thick so I backtracked and followed the sandy trails. I found the cache easily enough and then managed to stumble on some 4x4 tracks which made the walk back a bit shorter. TFTC
