Out caching with Everesthigh, Brewmaker, JG9172 and Jackscruff this morning. The weather got quite hot and humid, but we had a great day with lots of geochat and laughs. This cache took a bit of effort JG9172 went and first and we were searching all around our GZ with no luck at all, then suddenly out of nowhere Brewmaker appeared just above us saying he had found the cache. I was very surprised and very happy to see the cache in his hands. he was very brave up there as well. Thanks for the cache lobsterknees tnln replaced as found sl
Found with our team consisting of BEJJM. Epic climb and scramble to GZ. Great hide along the ledge. TFTC
After descending down the pass, along the creek line we were soon heading back upwards to the Heights. By now it was hot, to say the least and very humid, so this one was much harder work scaling the track. It was Brewmaker who made the find for the group. Log signed as BEJJM.TFTC # 5766
Loving this Florabella Track, despite the very hot day. OCW Mighty Minions, Brewmaker, Jackscruff and JG9172. SL as BEJJM. TFTC lobsterknees
Visited this cache again, to retrieve two travel bugs / trackables to keep them moving. Plan to take them up the coast next week.
For the sole find of the day, I chose heights! A lovely stroll in Lower Blue Mountains. Came across another trackable, this time from France. Our six fellow TBs: Cheetah, Harmony Smurf, Canadian Flag, Dosenjger and Dog Tag and Piglet Travel swapped tales with G.N.I.A Travel Tag. Pictured with swappables from this cache.Harmony Smurf and Cheetah jumped off to keep each other company until next retrieval. The French monkey joined us for further travels.
Nice day for a walk from Blaxland down to Glenbrook creek, up to Warrimoo and came back via a fire trail.
It was tricky to reach GZ and nice view from there ! We signed it, dropped a TB and replaced the cache.
Thanks to bring us here.
TFTC - TB dropped.

Tried to follow the track down from the school ages ago but with all the new cut out mountain bike tracks it was so easy to lose and was overgrown. This time I started at warrimoo, found the cache at GZ, then walked back up the overgrown track to the primary school. Even though it was still overgrown, only momentarily got lost a couple of times and felt easier to get back that way. The very last part was completely overgrown and had to dive somewhat through the thick trees to get to the path around the school. Brilliant spot. TFTC
On the hunt for D and T 3 rated caches. Hunting for them in places like this is what got me into caching in the first place! Though I may have started the crawl from the wrong side... I found the cache relatively safely (as long as no one was watching)
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
So, followed the old track from near the school down to here, since I was last on that track it has not seen a lot of traffic, getting indistinct in places. I notice a HEAP of new mountain bike tracks being cut through the bush all around here too.
Easy walk and find, love your placement, need a few more of these thanks very much. Way too many park n grabs around now days. You get a fav point.
Found the first waratah of the season just down from here, only one I saw today so even better, descended down to the track below and continued east for some more sweaty fun.

It got pretty steep all of a sudden right near GZ. I was stiff n sore from paddling on the Colo River for several hours the previous day, so I decided to find this one and turn around. The cache was elusive and I needed to check a number of hiding spots before locating the actual hiding spot. I tried to get to the cache one way, but had to go back, down, around, up and across. A good workout.
TFTC!

TFTC - found the track behind the school and followed it for an easy find. Onwards and downwards to the next.
MrT headed off on a walk, as he needs to keep up his fitness for SES. Decided to do this track as it is a good walk from home plus some bush. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
Walked down from Blaxland School. Found this new way down to Florabella Pass track, previously I came down all the stairs from Florabella Street. No problem finding the cache. Signed and replaced. Fav point. Tftc
Thanks for pointing out the incorrect parking coordinates, Team Canary, now deleted. Park at the start of the trailhead by the primary school.
A lovely walk to help clear my body and mind. Not as steep or tough as I expected. Luckily I spotted a great hiding spot quickly and the owner had liked it too!?!
TFTC.
TFTC.
The Parking Waypoint is GZ.
The Trailhead Waypoint is a great parking spot.
It would pay to check these two help others.

We had planned a trip to the Bluies and were pleased to see a new cache on the screen. Walked down from the back of the school, making sure we got onto a walking track and not a mtn bike track. Very good coords at GZ. Did the climb and along and found nothing. Backtracked and along and there was the cache looking out at me. Thanks for the nice walk to this nice location. TFTC
