As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, and assuming it still meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Didn't find it but no wonder, its not there anymore. Have tried previously however to no avail buts its a spot where you feel the muggle eyes all over you. Could it be there not all muggles?
Checked this one this morning. The waters have receded enough to expose the cache's former abode, but it is no longer there. We'll wait until the area is cleaned up before replacing it.
Dropped by today to see what the water had done for the area... seems GZ is under water so it's come up a long way!!!!!!
Our first of 16 finds today. Found after a short search.

Checked the cache again today to make sure. Still there in its 'new' spot. The original hiding spot became quite exposed with no more shade, so it was moved about 1m east.
Spent a while looking for this one.
Had muggles all around so we couldn't do a proper search for this one.... We felt too exposed, with the people over the road looking on and others just "out and about".
It's definitely not where the GPS says it is!

Stopped by to pick up Jake the Peg TB - he wants to go to Canada, so we'll help by taking him to Seattle in the next few weeks.
Found this one finally at 2305 (finally!). We came by earlier today, but gardening muggles prevented us from searching properly. The night search proved more successful, especially after we moved our hunt a bit further from the GZ we were getting.
We think this might be our 300th cahe (as well as being our 43rd for today). TNLN. Thanks maccamob

Waahey! Still took me a while to find this cache - great hiding place! I liberated Otto the pipe from his enclosure - have to find a spot to put him now.
Argh! Searched for this one for a while in the fading light, but no luck. Will go back tommorow during my lunch break and see what I can do
Found at 17:20. On my way to work a nightsift at Hoppers Crossing I saw this one not far off the freeway do I did a quick stop over.

Found at 4pm. Searched a bit for this one but found it in an unexpected spot. TNLN.
Thanks maccamob!
Thanks maccamob!
Like many others before us we did not find this quickly.GPS has us about 5 metres away but after reading the previous logs we found it in it's well camaflouged hidey hole.
Took Keyring
Left Huey,Duey & Louie toy
Thanks Maccamob for our first of many cache's near that river.

Found at 0745, in company with barcoder. Our first cache on our assault of Werribee and Hoppers Crossing, and our first of seven maccamob caches for the day. When we met at Holmesglen at 7:00 a.m. the rain was steady, and the clouds were thick--not an auspicious start. However, by the time we got to the West, the clouds were starting to clear, and the rain had stopped. [^]
The GPSr took a little while to settle, so we initially searched away from the proper place, but we soon realised that it was unlikely to be there, and dak found it shortly after.

OUT: Pencil sharpener

Dak and I are on the 'trail' again. This time our target is the Werribee & Hoppers Crossing area. I thought that the rain was going to spoil our day. Pretty bleak at 6.30 a.m when I left to meet Dak. It would take more than that to keep us from the 'prizes' though. The rain had stopped, and the sky was looking bluer when we reached our first maccamob cache for the day. Dak found it after a 'rocky' start with the GPSr deciding that it wanted to 'look around' at the scenery. Not so much in the closet, but the 'bag' for us.
IN: Green toy car
OUT: Zoo fridge magnet

This one should have been a quickie, as all closet goers get sometimes . It took some time as it was dark and the cache location very well camo’d. Took pulsing light and left candles. Thanks Maccas.
Finally, after two previous failed attempts.
It turns out that when we previously visited the likely spots, J didn't actually look in the spot where the cache was hidden even though she claimed she did.
Doh !
We took a Butterfly Hair Clip and a Duck.
We left an Eraser and a Pencil Sharpener.

Courtney found it quite easily. Took the purple glitter glue and a car and left a bike helmet light and golf ball.
Found it a approx. 16:00
GPS took the wife straight to the cache and she had it in her hands in no time. It seems like only yesterday that this area was nothing but paddocks with a few horses in them. How different it is now. In fact one day in the future this cache will actually be our "nearest to home" cache as we will be moving to the neighbouring area. Just got to build the house...
Cache was a little exposed so we covered it a little better.
Took: 200 Riels note
Left: Purple glitter glue

Last cache for weekend on the way home. Since it was so close to the freeway, how could we resist.

Nearly got run over by a motor cross bike here. Just walking to the cache when some jerk on a bike comes screaming through the reserve.
Found this one at 10.10 on the way down south for a round at 13th Beach (life's tough sometimes!!!). Putting it back was a lot harder than finding it as I got bitten by a bullant that was approximately the same size as a Great Dane (ouch)!!
TNLN. Thanks Maccamob.

Found at 1:00pm by the "extended family". Can't believe the houses around here now. I remember when there was nuthin' but cows and sheep here an' it twern't that long ago. "K" (second K) had her first find. The rest of us were looking in different shady spots.
Thanks Maccamob. From D,H,S,K,H,A,J,K,J, & L B-A.(whew)
Took Hair Clip. Left Golf Ball.

It was our second, and successful, attempt at searching out this cache. We had a bit of time to spend during school break and the youngest of the pack was eager to bag this one, as our last effort was hampered by poor weather and a setting sun. Today was much nicer and a more relaxed effort brought us to a well hidden cache in about 15 or 20 minutes. Our Gekko GPS was off by a few metres, but a bit of close scrutiny and a sweep of the area proved effective. Took the red fish and left a red hot wheels 'crab' car.
Realised I forgot to log this after comparing notes with Spindoc Bob. Better late than never.
A surprising oasis, as Maccamob suggests. One of the pleasures of Geocaching is finding places you don't expect to find. Dragon's Pearl once again found this after the three of us searched for a good 10 minutes. She was actually sitting this out in the car listening to a song and gave us a five minute head start - Xesist and Spindoc Bob now feeling silly and blind [:o)].
Whilst filling in the log book we saw an ultralight fly overhead and were than attacked by a wet dog [xx(].
The waypoint on my GPSr was about eight metres out, but that is not unusual. Tip: search a sweeping radius.
Just received a speeding fine whilst looking out for this cache - 64 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. The good news I got to log it as a cache at waypoint: GC38D4.

found 1940 after about 5 - 10 minutes of searching around. very well hidden. swapped kangaroo coaster for duck figure.
Spent quite a while looking for this one. Had ankle biters with me so couldn't hang around too long....too exposed, people out and about and my GPS was playing up!
Found at 1255 after getting off at the wrong turnoff then driving around the streets for a few mins . Took me all of 10 mins to find.
Many thanks maccamob, swapped a keyring for a fridge magnet.
My 1st of 6 and a half.

Nearly gave up on this one. It wasn't where I thought it would be, and was well camoflaged. It was in the last place I looked . Interesting area of new suburban growth. I counted all these houses before the last Census. There weren't very many only 3 years ago. Thanks Maccamob.
Found 1.15pm
Arrived at this pretty spot and found right area within minutes, searched for about 20 minutes and couldn't find cache, had to be careful as it was a lovely sunny Sunday afternoon and there were a few people out walking dogs and in their front gardens. Decided to take a break for five minutes and sit a few metres away till everyone disappeared. While i was gazing around at the ducks and other water birds, i happened to look down and couldn't believe what i saw, it was there right next to me, retrieved it quickly before any onlookers saw. Took matchbox car Left kangaroo coaster, hairclip, pink fish and big paperclip. Many thanks to Maccamob for another wonderful area to visit.

Found this one ages ago but only just realised I have never logged it. I will have to go back and look at what I swapped and what date I found it. Will update this one then!
Found at 2:20pm. This cache was a little bit exposed and obvious to a cacher, but still well hidden. I did my best to hide it completely. The camo paint on the container is peeling like a case of sunburn, but with half of it still remaining it is still OK. Swapped a superman toy (out) for a zoo fridge magnet (in).
Second attempt at grabbing this one - my first visit was hampered by neighbours washing their car. I returned today with Maccadad watching, and remarked that I didn't think he would have hidden it where the GPS was pointing. Putting the GPS away, I looked down and spotted the container! Must have walked over it a dozen times previously. Took a hair clip and left a matchbox car.

Found at 1710. This one took a little longer to find, terrible readings for estimated error on the GPS made things difficult. Luckily the planets aligned long enough for the EPE to drop back to reasonable levels, giving me half a chance of finding the cache!
Took puffer fish, left a 9/25 pin adapter.
Thanks Maccamob!

Found after a bit of searching. We didn't exchange anything. Thanks maccamob.
Found on second visit, couln't beleive we missed this on first attempt. Took Monkey pencil case, left Superman wheel toy.
Thanks Maccamob.
Thanks Maccamob.
Found on our second visit. We used a different gps this time and found it within 30 seconds of leaving the car. Probably just lucky though. We swapped a monkey pencil case for the tape measure. Greg and Bev
Found at 5:28PM by Christine, Maya and Ray (The Nomads). This was our sixth and last success for the afternoon. Chris again found the cache easily, I think she is getting the hang of the game. Chris swapped a yellow tape measure for the Ice Brick. Thanks Macamob, from The Nomads.
We looked for a short time in all the obvious places without success. If its still there it must be very well hidden. Greg and Bev
First found by Muzza at 8:50 am. It was going to be a wet, windy Melbourne day but I had the morning off, and with two virgin caches available for the last three or four days, what else could I do but get up early and go caching.
I found this one relatively easily, before the rain and wind arrived. I took the Cotton Buds and left a plastic fish toy in its place. Not much else would fit in this closet!
Thanks Maccamob for another cache.

found the location, however couldn't find the container. Was the first one I've ever looked for so it was a bit disheartening, however we found the other 2 we looked for today (Red Cliffs and Water the Garden)
