Logs
Plans had been afoot for a Halloween night cache expedition with Snips and Co and Kristysadventures, however circumstances got in the way. Tonight was the rescheduled adventure, minus the trick or treat. Or was it!!!We assembled near the posted coordinates and began assembling components of coordinates. Snips and Co had already attempted the armchair version so we were able to cross check out numbers. We checked one of the signs that appears to no longer be yellow (now white) and it still gave us the correct answer.Finding the reflectors however was our next challenge and we found the cache before we found the reflectors. After completing our signing duties we used an alternative path out, and sure enough we spotted the alternative reflector trail. Our success meant it was trick or treat time. Kristysadventures set up her Halloween activity, but just as we were part way through in the dark some locals walked nearby. What a sight it would have been. Snips and Co and I found this quite numerous, however Kristysadventures was not so amused.A big thanks goes to Mister Doctor for taking the time to add Armchair Logger* to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Wow! The fun just never stops.Have you logged your will attend for Victoria's first ever Block Party? (Think Mega but even more special!)Join us on 22-23 March 2025 in Sunbury to celebrate 25 years of geocaching by logging your will attend at [**GCAP417**](https://coord.info/GCAP417).
Tonight is our belated Halloween spooky night geocaching adventures.Well it seems like I was going to be the trickster tonight... firstly by confusing Mr RoamingHowie by arriving early (an unheard of event for me hehhehe) and then by being disguised in Snips and co's car rather than my own...Next trick was from Mister Doctor... as a few of the signs seemed to have changed over time but we weren't easily fooled and made our way towards GZ... yep, tricked by Mister Doctor again, we couldn't locate any reflectors but made our way literally through the bush to find the treat of this good sized cache! it was after exiting a much easier way out that we turned and saw the reflectors![@RoamingHowie](https://coord.info/PR5FGT7) and [@Snips and Co](https://coord.info/PR2TFBV) were incredible participants in celebrating this find with a trick / treat party game in the park... much to my amazement they even continued when night time walking muggles appeared out of nowhere!thanks Mister Doctor for this fun little outing
Oooooh, so many ways to find the cache which one shall I choose? I do like lazing in my armchair - its a winner for my first stop. Its fun to do! I chose then to find the cache in the rain - It was fun and luckily I didnt get wet at all!Next was to sign the log. There were many options so this one was going to be at night. There are reflectors - this will be fun. KristysAdventures, RoamingHowie, and I got together at dusk to start the adventure. First, we did the multi sans armchair. This was good as I had guessed one answer because I couldnt figure it out. It turns out I just need to read the instructions better. We hunted in all the wrong places for the reflectors, reverted to the coords and RoamingHowie made the find. We chose a different way out and surprisingly, there were reflectors there LOLThanks for the cache Mister Doctor, for another beautifully creative offering.
At a geocaching event last night, a group of grumpy old geocachers were grunting about armchair loggers. Fake finders. Cheating chasers. And those mass saturations of ALs aboard in Assen. And yet, this is my first time as a virtual armchair logger at GC8DG1Z. But only as a write note from afar. Lovely to view those videos, for me it would be a freestyle tree climb.I've been down to Melbourne several times but not yet as a geocacher so that's an overdue driving trip. TFACL-FTF* Mister Doctor
A few nights ago I had a crack at this late at night after completing the nearby nightcache by the same CO, Mister Doctor. Near midnight I had to call it quits as I could not get the checker to agree. A message to the CO the next day and it turns out I had 2 of the WPs incorrect.Today I was able to log this cache. It was only 20 metres from where I was sitting for 20mins checking and triple checking my numbers! Logged a visit to the cute TB inside.
**FEB 2024 UPDATE***The new pavilion(s) is(are) showing up on most satellite views so I have updated the calculation for D.
This was a fun concept, made the Virtual find from Portland Oregon. I spotted the Virtual reward in another Cachers profile and thought I would give it a try. Enjoyed the videos and made the technical tree climb first. I guess I would be the first to use the armless chair to make the find.
A fun way to spend a Sunday morning when you’re stuck in rural Qld. I’ll be doing an actual Log when I get to Vic… I just don’t know when that will be! TFTC & the fun!
After our armchair adventures with Bert the cat, logged in April of 2021, the time had finally come to find the real cache while Chook was down in Melbourne this weekend. Sadly Bert is no longer with us, but we remember him dearly for helping us get here. Thank you Mister_Doctor for the adventures of this fun cache and a nice hide at the end.
Always on some sort of multi mission! Yes a tad late logging. Scanning for a multi and see that I’m yet to log this. And how do I know? I had my daughters loveable old dog on a leash thank goodness but was memorably terrified of two monstrous unleashed black fearsome DOGS that circled me - barking and snarly and most unpleasant. Not only that, the owner was quite blasé. Still gives me the terrors. Anyway that was hardly an armchair affair and I was not about to run away from GZ without making the find. TFTC - usually I say and for the FUN - this is only for the memories!!
We collected our information for this cache and made our way to gz. Once there we found a very obvious looking object in the bushes, is that it? We investigated but it seemed to just be someone's secret library? On we looked and soon made the find. A very nice hide, TFTC!!
How Fun!
We had not seen this type of cache page before. We weren't sure if we had gathered the information correctly, but got the thumbs up with no issues.
We were so lucky to have visited (and of course cached!) in Australia in early 2020. Although we did not get this far west, as our planning stages involved avoiding that nasty wild fire which you had. We really enjoyed the areas we got to visit, on a way too short of a trip.
We really enjoyed all the videos... the underwear made us giggle... and the tree climbing skills are impressive. You do not generally find an ammo can up in a tree, so that was nice.
We would love to visit again someday.
Thanks for the FUN cache!

This was an enjoyable virtual find! Not to mention the quality videos. I hope those pairs of jocks get returned to their rightful owner(s). Hope to log this one IRL some time soon.
I found this cache by going down a rabbit hole from an email from someone who made a note on one of my puzzle caches. Nosy me! So nice to go on a walkabout down under! I enjoyed the wonderful sunshine (it's been raining here for days ( ) and the lovely park. Too bad there wasn't a match going on, but I did meet some friendly pooches. Thanks for this fun adventure and who knows? Perhaps someday I will find the container and be able to log a smiley! For now it's an armchair smiley. Thanks for the fun.
My friend Tootsie.22 told me about this cache earlier today, so I went home and explored the area in order to get the final coordinates. I enjoyed checking out the park, learning a bit about cricket, and seeing the cute dog on Google Street View! I also discovered the Virtual Trackable called [Bonus Armchair Logger* Reward Trackable](https://coord.info/TB95XMX). I was in Australia last June and found caches in Sydney, Perth, and Geraldton. I hope to visit Vermont South someday and turn this note into a find.
Solved from Hillsboro, Oregon, USA. My kids loved the underwear video and I loved the CITO soundtrack. Being American, we had to Google what a cricket pitch looked like as I hadn't the foggiest idea. Tftc
Greetings from BC, Canada.
Touring Australia and New Zealand with my family. Which includes BeesKnees34, SOB_4M, AlexBN16 and 1MitchG6. We have been enjoying the beautiful landscape and visiting some awesome locations.
This was an interesting and clever multicache. Gets a favourite from me.
Since I was in Melbourne, I was able to talk my son into driving me across the city, as we were staying in Werribee.
At first we found a large tool box with some books inside. I didn’t think that was the cache, so we kept looking and finally found the prize. Signed and replace as found. Left a TB too.
Thanks Mister Doctor for the fun multicache and for putting it back in play, so we could find it!

My caching afternoon in Vermont South turned out to be longer and involve more walking than I expected. My target for the day was this cache... having solved it from my *arm(less)chair*, I wanted a *real log* so I could a day off for a challenge I am working on.
After a pleasant stroll from the north of the park, I found the *neighbour muggles* very active in their front garden. Deciding to give them a chance to "go away" I decide to walk on to some caches south of Burwood Highway.
After mixed results there... one and one ... I returned to this cache. Hooray... the muggles had gone... so I was able to get in to retrieve the cache and sign the *real log*.
Thanks **Mister Doctor** for another interesting... and different cache.

Checking in from Vancouver, Canada.
I had a good chuckle when I read the cache page, and as I like my virtual souvenirs I couldn't resist sitting in my chair and visiting this lovely park.
I came at dawn to find the cache, and then as I had so much fun, I returned to climb a tree... darn muggles, this cache seems to migrate a lot...
Very nicely done!
Thanks for the fun
Did not sign log
Took nothing, left nothing, so in the end I lost Nothing!

Mixed feelings about going to this venue to collect info. . During lockdown with 5 km travel limit, this park was the only leash free dog park in the overlap between my self and a friend. Hence was visited often - not been back since! Dogs were very happy to have a run there today. All information collected live except D. Lovely final location. Dogs got a bonus on lead walk down the track. TFTC

I loved the concept of this cache when I read its description upon publication, but, like many online tasks during various lockdowns, never got around to actually armchair logging it.
Fast forward to today... and I might be the first to find and sign the physical log without gathering any information beforehand AND without getting either of my GPS enabled devices out of my pocket.
Which is not to say I won't after the fact, Mister Doctor. As I definitely will.
Not the first time I've done a multi bass-ackward, and you can guarantee it won't be the last.

Was it really March 2020 that dalerious and I completed the armchair aspect of this cache?
Well the wily wascal snuck off and found it without me.
Not to be thwarted this time, when n0w0rries asked which caches I wanted to find on my birthday, this one was high on my list.
It was fun driving past all the places I’d previously encountered from my armchair, before taking a short walk to locate the ammo can.
We laughed when we saw the contents, typical Mister Doctor humour!
And I loved the three dimensional armchair.
Thanks for another beaut adventure culminating in the cache found with nirgalagrin and n0w0rries.
Wishing I could give it more than one favourite point!

I had so much fun doing this cache today while the rain was pouring outside and the fireplace was roaring inside. I did spend some time "walking" around the neighborhoods here! How fun. Thank you.
Stumbled across this one from Northern Rivers /Tweed Coast NSW.
I am on an enforced break from work cause the shop shut for Christmas and seeing as my car has broken down I am playing around on the computer. I really enjoy maps not that I need games to look at maps but this just adds to the fun. TFTV until I get to Vic. My favourite chair is in front of the computer desk and with some of my lighthouse collection behind.

Nice area to walk around. Found on a beautiful summer day. Quickly got through all the clues to reveal the final location and was able to find the cache quickly.
Woohoo! Well here we are in Victoria and we simply *had* to sign this logbook after signing it virtually on 20 May 2022.
This is a beaut multi and we had fun solving it virtually. Today we went straight to GZ and found your cache. What a good feeling to get to sign the real logbook.
Thank you.

Poking fun at armchair loggers: Yahoo!
You Do You, Armchair Logger, if that’s what floats their boat – unless they’re messing up impending or actual lonely status (challenge needs, hey!) or resetting the count for sequential DNFs so the “Cache may be missing” reviewer note to the CO does not go out. I identified a dedicated armchair logger in my area who apparently had found *none* of the caches they’d logged online – and did indeed muck up timing for a lonely cache I (legitimately) found. (I got over it… mostly. Lol.)
Now I’m honored to claim the title for myself… in a virtual fashion. Thanks for the chuckle du jour, and the virtual tour around your neighborhood park, spotting abandoned underwear along the way, Down Under(wear)!

Found with PapaGrouch. Finally get to 'find' this one after solving it way back when it was first published. We live over 300 km away in North East Victoria so it was a bit of a trek to find it. Today as we were out caching reasonably nearby I said I wanted to get this one. We made our way to GZ where PapaGrouch spotted the cache. Some neighbours nearby checked to see if we had found it OK, and told us about another that used to be near here many years ago. TFTC
Found 17/8/22 @ 9:00 pm.
Out hunting night caches with FMS4 and having just completed another one nearby, I checked the map and found this started just down the road... perfect.
Just as we arrived to count the cricket pitches, the lights went out. Training or whatever had been in for the night was clearly over. Google earth for the save there although we ended up counting wrong and had to re adjust in the rain later.
All in all, a great fun multi that's ended in a from us.
Thanks Mister Doctor for placing and maintaining this.

15776.9 km from home: I am an Armchair Logger from Austria enjoying all the different ways of the FTF hunt. Nice idea!
TFTC and happy caching!

Time to turn this virtual smile into a real one.
Solved ages ago during the hard government lockdowns. From The Gold Coast
Here I am busing my parents in Parkdale but I had a little time to nip up and sign the log.
This is a great concept. I remember having fun solving it.

What a great cache!
The weather here in the Lockyer Valley (Qld) is way too wet for geocaching today (we are ‘flooded in’ again) and a bit of armchair caching sounded a great idea. We heard about this cache from another geocacher so today we had a look at it.
It was pretty easy and fun getting the numbers for the final.
We took a night time hike to find the cache… it was very dark. Happy to be able to log a 'write note' and virtually signed the log.
Look forward to finding the real thing on our next visit to Victoria.
Thanks for the fun cache Mister Doctor.

Another cacher from Oregon saying hello!
Thanks for the fun puzzle! We "cached" with a dog which was fun. We marveled at how you filmed, held a dog leash AND opened the cache! Well done! Perhaps some day we will make it to the actual cache.
Cheers!

Found and signed with catnap777 on our trip south chasing wish list caches in and around Melbourne.
We finally got out of our recliners long enough to log this one by visiting the actual cache and putting our names in the actual "non-digital" logbook.
I have had the Armchair Logger souvenir downloaded onto my profile since Cybergran V and I first hit up Google Earth together and I'm sure everybody that sees it thinks I am a terrible cheat and proud of it. Still.... it's staying there cos it makes me smile. Now with cat' at my side, we were able to retrace the virtual steps we all took on line to find the clean dry container that we recognised from our virtual visit. [^]
I think I originally chose the tree climb option, but arriving at dusk in real life, we were closer to doing it as a night cache.
TFTC Mister Doctor. A top class cache all the way and congratulations for the nomination in the 2019 Victorian Cache of the Year Awards (Best 'Multi' Cache). [^]
A fav from me.

dalerious and I decided that we just haven't done enough caching this month so we decided to make the most of another long weekend, this time caching Melbourne. Easter week we headed up to Canberra and signed a bag load of challenge caches; same happened in Yass. Noice, right .
Well this week we were chasing favourite points and counties.........
I undertook the online virtual version of this cache after being made aware of it by my partner back in July last year. It was alot of fun and a novel form of a multi. I wish there were more like it . Well we got to sign the physical log today after what seems like an eternity.
Thank you Mister Doctor for the fun

Greetings from Oregon, USA!
WooHoo! I haven't had an FTF in about six years, so I was delighted to get this one! We're in the middle of a week of steady rain, and I wasn't in the mood to slog out on muddy trails or paw through wet brush to find a cache, so this was perfect.
I enjoyed the virtual tour, and passed the checker first try. Of course, I "found" the cache "in the rain". Love those ammo cans - they excel at keeping cache treasures dry.
I'd give this a Favorite point, but that will have to wait for when I get down there to find it for real. In the meantime, here's a Virtual Favorite point. Thanks for the fun!

Sitting up here in one day sunny, next day flooded, queensland, finally got around to finish this multicache, while geo partner tries to finish watching third time around Game of Thrones.
Yes, got the coords right, and did the virtual seach in a spooky night search......
Thanks for the puzzle and fun Mister Doctor. If/when we get back to Victoria, this is on top of my wish list of caches to find and appoint with favourite points.

Thanks for the online search. Google streetview certainly is very useful for many multis these days. Hope to get down that way sometime to collect but at the moment it is just added to my Victorian to do list. Cheers Mister Doctor. I spotted this while Geostalking a cacher visiting Townsville who made a find on one of my multis, that a few have been unable to locate.
This is an amazing idea Mr Doctor, a Virtual Tour around town.
I have done a virtual tour for one in England last year, great fun exploring geocaching virtually, especially when one can't get there to sign the physical log.
Still rather happy to be able to log a 'write note' as the next best thing until we are able to head across the Nullabor to the Eastern Seaboard
Thanks for the fun Armchair Cache

Working on my multi month challenge. This was a very fun idea and cool concept for a cache, never had seen an armchair style cache. Wish I would of known about these when Victoria was in lockdown last year Anyways decided to find this one in-person. TFTC
I love this cache idea - wish I could give it a favourite but I'm in Nottingham UK, if I ever visit Australia I will definitely be signing the logbook.
Discovered this cache while snooping the profile of the cacher who picked up one of our TB's from the Wangaratta Event. Have enjoyed a virtual visit around the town and collected the numbers. Chose to do a couple of tree climb as I'm too nesh to do them in real life.
Thanks for placing and allowing me to complete from afar.

With my son starting work at 5 am, I offered to give him a lift. With it going to be a hot day, I thought I would go for an early morning geocaching run. It had been too long since the last one and I had until noon before needing to be home. Didn't get everything I had planned, but got home at 11.45 am after an enjoyable morning.
Today I thought I would tackle some oldies and some DTs that I needed and any nearby that caught my attention.
I remember this one being released and thought it was an interesting idea, but I'm not good at following instructions and never logged it remotely. This was the first cache of day and it was still dark at 5.30 am. As such I couldn't see any path and ended up crawling thru the bush by torch light. Then after finding the ammo can, it was light enough to see the giant path that I missed
Thanks for the cache Mister Doctor

PS. Grabbed TB

It seems so long, and a different lifetime, ago...when this was first published I was on an overseas holiday however I didn't have the time to even armchair log it.
Today, with the frenetic Christmas preparation and day over, we took the dog for a longish walk. At the halfway point we stopped to grab this cache. I dropped off a TB that I had picked up in the UK. TFTC.

Worked out from my armchair during one of “those”lockdowns and here I am today to collect the prize and sign the log. Certainly an interesting way of doing a cache. Just for the fun of it I also did the physical version of the cache today……..I’ve been starved of geocaching for so long I’m happy to do the same cache twice Thanks for bringing me here although I must admit I was actually in the area for another reason
In the area on an errand, and took the opportunity to find a few caches.
The senior iTEEM members used to live and work not far from this area, so the park was familiar.
Found the waypoints for this one in the real world, then made the find.
I haven't come across many of this type of container, even though they are apparently very common in other countries.

Fun and easy puzzle. Considering the placement of several nearby caches, Mister Doctor has quite the setup going here. Big thumb up! Left a few movies in the cache.
It was a fun adventure and we got to the final part to find the cashe it was a small adventure through the bush but we found it and signed it
We managed to complete this puzzle remotely then while we were out for our exercise/walk we dropped by to sign the log. A great little cache. TFTC. TNLN.
I wish I had some really cool story about how I got this one done, but alas it just isn't that kind of day. After spending a few hours grinding away at some rocks out the back with my trusty dremmel and the necessary shower to wash away all the red dust I hadn't been able to escape, I decided to relax with a puzzle. Relax I did not - thanks to one of burgo78's puzzles that I still haven't solved. But thanks to burgo78 because trying to solve that one ended in me looking at his profile, discovering the virtual souvinir for this geocache and heading on over.
Interesting placement of some of the rubbish on the virtual trek but a good geocacher knows how to CITO. One day I hope to sign the logbook in person but for now I am enjoying being home in covid-free, lockdown-free sunny Chinchilla. Love that Queensland weather.

Actually did this onsite with geodaughter. This was a bit of fun and a nice chance to get out for a walk. TFTC.
TFTC, certainly not the armchair logger. Well it was dark, windy, pouring with rain and cold. The other half wanted to go home, but couldn’t resist final cache and one recommended in the dark.
Finally got the checker to agree. Pouring with rain the other half didn’t want to get it, and wanted to leave it for another day. However not to be deterred- in the wet windy and cold, off I went to the GZ. Signed the physical log, to give us the well deserved found it smiley.
Thanks Mr Doctor!

doing a bit of cache spec updating when discovered this with the help from a PAF ''n0w0rries"" and was informed that can log from Port Augusta South Australia as a write note..
so Thank You for this weird experience of armchair logging and hope to one day MAYBE / MAYBE NOT get back to unglorious Victoria
PS: travelled 2 meters for a cuppa to complete this cache

What a fantastic idea for a cache! I 'found' this one from my couch (while watching the footy) during lockdown and now the 5km limit is gone headed out with Finding.Sarah to log it for real. A quick search and the log was signed.
We actually headed 'Into the Woods' at night a month or so ago so nice to come back around here I'm the daytime! TFTC

A favourite!
#499/500 for me and so glad it was this one!
Rough day at work on the tools to be told we’re off geocaching I agreed begrudgingly, but knew I would enjoy it when I got there!
So much effort!
I cannot thank you enough for moment like these will be remembered by me and my family for the rest of our lives!
Really appreciate your time and effort!

Completed the online version about this time last year during the 1st lockdown (a faint memory now) and finally today here to sign the log and add another smiley to the map, nice!! [^] A different approach again by the CO always impressed by your work. Great container. [^]

Woot! My second virtual find as I am in Jupiter, Florida (where a famous Aussie golfer lives)...Thank you to Mister Doctor and thank you to Sapien for sharing the link. I chose to 'find' the cache in the rain...and here is my 'proof', LOL
Really great cache. Found it today on the back of Sami using the clues to work out the coords. Love Mister Doctors work
Today I was out on a quest. I have had a fear of multi caches for a while now seeing as my maths is not quite up to scratch. Looking at this cache I found it didn't need complex maths, all that was involved was a keen eye, a note pad, and my phone calculator and that would be sufficient. Off I set with gusto determined to get this one under my belt. I arrived at the first destination to find quite a few groups of guys playing soccer.
They had quite a good crowd there watching as well. Nice to see sport back on considering the year we have had.
So out of the car I got with my pen and paper and jotted down some info. On to the next way point, a bit more reading and more notes I was getting closer to the end, off to the final waypoint and I had all the info required to give my phone calculator a work out!
There was a bit of a hiccup with one of the questions due to recent renovations. A message to the CO and thankfully a very quick reply soon had things sorted out and I finally got the green light on the checker.
Off to GZ I was armed with the usual "spider sweeper" stick and soon made the find. As with all the Mr Dr caches, this one too was in good condition. I signed the log and returned the cache. Thanks for this cache Mr Doctor gives me hope I may find other multi's a little less daunting. Certainly worth a favourite point from me.

A huge, 4 day geocaching trip for Rex and I!
On Friday, we headed for Ballarat as there was 3 events being held there on the Saturday[^]
One of them was the Ballarat Geo Tour - Event #3 and I wanted to do the geotour, so this weekend seemed like a good place to start![^] We cached all night Friday[|)][|)][^] and completed the geo tour by the end of Saturday[^][^][|)][xx(][|)][xx(] Had the pleasure of meeting, and caching with, echocage too[^]
I also had a long term goal to complete and that was to finally sign the log in the Country Road Atlas challenge as I only had to pick up a few more pages on this trip and then I would be qualified to place a found log on it[^]
So it was from Ballarat to Belgrave Heights' Birdsland Reserve for ahomburg's The Five Oh Event, where the lovely nirgalagrin[:X] spent time wandering slowly from cache to cache with Rex and I after most people had left the party[^][:X]
Next stop was Healesville where Rex and I woke up to the following day in a gorgeous park filled with stunning colours[^][^] Eventually we made our way back to Shepparton[|)][^][|)][^]
4 events attended, 61 geocaches found, hundreds of kilometers travelled[^] and some amazing sights seen[^][^][^]
My thanks to all of the COs and Event hosts[^][^] who made this such a fantastic[^] and memorable trip[^][:X] by leading us to fantastic places[^][^]

This cache was armchair logged this evening with help of Bert the cat. Bert wasn't sure we should find the cache while walking the dog, nor in the rain, and after thinking about climbing the tree, we decided on a nice midday find together in the sunshine. However we did spot some abandoned underwear on the way. Thank you for the opportunity to cache in the comfort of the chair in the loungeroom. Planning a trip to Melbourne soon to hopefully find the real one.
Greetings from Calgary, Canada!
I came across this cache via the badge on another cacher's profile so I was intrigued. I've been on a kick as of late working through quite a few other armchair caches and TBs so it was pretty easy for me to go down the proverbial virtual rabbit hole again.
The virtual tour itself took me longer than listed, but I attribute that to the differences in some of the terms used and my lack of knowledge of cricket (I had no clue what I was looking for :-b ). But the numbers slowly came together and I managed to get the green light on my first attempt. Whew!
Based on the videos listed in the checker, I suspect the CO and I have a similar sense of humour. Well done! I must say you have definitely gone above and beyond for this cache.
Thank you for a fun little tour of your slice of Australia. Australia is on my bucket list of places to visit so hopefully some day, I'll be able to find this cache for real as well.
Now to figure out this locationless find thing, another new concept to me.

I was engaged in a semi-regular virtual activity of solving puzzles with my caching buddy [@Annoying Tarbit](http://coord.info/PR9WN7P) over Zoom, and went down a rabbit hole looking for a puzzle by a particular cacher that inspired a puzzle we were trying to solve. A small wrinkle was the cacher name was spelled incorrectly in the reference I was using and thus the cacher could not be looked up.
No biggie, after we'd called it a night I went back for another crack and exercised my Google-Fu and MrGoogle came to the rescue. This cache came up as one of the Google search results (as the cacher in question has noted it). With the cacher name spelling sorted, their puzzle referred to but I still can't solve either their puzzle or the original one (Darn things!)
Anyhoo, I left the link for this one open, and came back to solve. A little more Google-Fu ensued and I had the okay from the checker. So I'm armchair logging although I must admit that my chair has no arms (does that mean I'm doing it wrong?).
Being only a little over 11kms from home coordinates, there is a very good chance that I'll physically visit the cache in the not too distant future.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed nothing (yet...) and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Mister Doctor.

Having found this cache numerous time already, from the comfort of my armchair, on GCA and now in the wild, the time has come to submit the final log.
Late logging from the comfort of the *porcelain armchair*
Possibly the first to admit as much. [^]
Lots of new construction near the beginning of the cache, it will be interesting to follow the development of the new facilities.
Thanks for the multi-multi-armchair cache Mister Doctor.
***No underwear was damaged in the finding of this cache.***

Thanks Mr Doctor for the fun.

After a cacher from the UK dropped a note on one of my challenge caches in Townsville yesterday I stumbled upon your badge and made the quick solve today thanks to google while on my couch.
Thanks for entertaining me in these times. Not that COVID is having much affect up here but as I've cached out almost everything within 150km of home.
Maybe I'll collect sometime in the future.
Thanks for giving me a preview in the videos. I particularly like the TTC and you can never go wrong with an ammo can.

I discovered this geocaching from seeing this virtual souvenir on someone's profile page, and interested to see this creativity. Despite my lack of time at the moment, this multi-cache had me hooked, and I was soon virtually exploring the park and nearby suburban streets. A few questions had me tricked, for my initial attempt of answers didn't satisfy one of the checksums, but a second attempt had the green tick. All while not leaving my office armchair! A few fun links and videos once solved, and an interesting idea. Thanks Mister Doctor for the creativity, and hopefully I will one day visit this physical multi-cache cache!
Solved.
Thanks for the cache and intresting experience. My armchair is more than 15.000 km from the cache... Greeting from Poland.

Thanks Mister Doctor for a quick amble (virtually) around the Melbourne suburbs. Its been a few years since we last visited you down there and alas, it seems as though it will be a few more before we return again. All the best from the 'sunny' UK.
Stay safe and keep smiling.

As of Monday 9 November, the publication of new caches is set to recommence in metropolitan Melbourne. For details see: [https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria](https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria)
I’m following that lead and finally re-enabling my caches too!
I have checked in on each of them to see that containers and logbooks are present, and that all are ready and eager to have visitors again.
Let’s play!

It's a long time since I found this, and so I'm logging very late. The joys of caching during lockdown are now sort of limited to just actually creating the online logs of things you found ages ago, and are now finally logging online
Thanks to Mister Doctor for the cache and the fun.

I am taking my lead from the planned recommencement of cache publications in metropolitan Melbourne on 9 November, and so will also be waiting until that date to re-enable my caches.
This adventure began during a nearby event.
The trail went cold as we ran out of time on that day.
I guess it was always meant to be found from the comfort of my armchair.
After receiving a "Virtual Hug" today (https://geocaching.com.au/cache/ga16910) I decided it was as good a time as any to come looking for this iconic armchair cache.
COVID 2.3 means no physical caching so what to do to fill the interminable hours.
I warmed up the armchair, settled in with a cup of herbal tea and the laptop and soon headed back out to an area well visited.
With a sense of deja vu all of the waypoints were visited.
Last time I was missing a MYKI card so skipped out on waypoint 3 but no such issues today. (Buses would be more comfortable with the addition of a few armchairs!)
A final flyby using a virtual drone to confirm that the hide was in place and a green light on the control panel confirmed all is well.
Perhaps one day (in 2021...) the log book may also be in hand.
Thanks for the fun Mister Doctor. Until next time, adieu.

Solved today while indeed sitting in my armchair.... My folks live in Melbourne so I will sign and claim the smiley when the pandemic clears. I believe I am FTF from the Gold Coast...
Sadly, metropolitan Melbourne is now back under Stage 3 COVID-19 restrictions. As a result, I am disabling this cache during this heightened period of risk.

Having solved this from the armchair a while ago, we came to collect this today before the next lockdown. Thanks for another fun cache Mister Doctor
Solved today and ready to go and get the actual cache when I'm in the area. I appreciate the effort made on this cache!
Managed to find the spots using technology on a cold Sydney morning. Not sure when I will ever get to the area to find the physical thing, as interstate work trips had dried up even before Covid. But who knows, it is there for the future. Thanks Mister Doctor, I needed a V for the GCA finds.
After getting up early, before the rest of the family, I thought it would be fun to solve this one. Great fun to virtually solve a multi. Will have to collect some day along with a huge number of solved puzzles during lockdown. Thanks Mister Doctor for the fun this morning.
